I saw a DR for less than 5min, was charged over $450, they didnt even file my insurance and just billed it all straight to me. They lost my blood for the blood work I was supposed to get done. AVOID

WORSE experience calling into a clinic. I called in to cancel an upcoming appointment and the front desk was incredibly short with me. Then, when I was mid sentence trying to ask for information on how to reschedule in the future…..the assistant deliberately hung up on me. Of course when I tried calling the clinic back they would not answer. So disappointing and I will find another practice that can provide decent patient service. Would not recommend…..

Two stars because its on Metro Rail.Doctors here are strangely always dismissive of patient concerns. It cant be that because X or I dont think so because Y.When a simple test can provide the gold standard and remove any bias in treatment, it is not done possibly due to the arrogance of the doctor.On the other end of the spectrum, doctors here rerun the same exact tests another doctor does.Example?I went to the ENT over 2 years ago and was told that I needed tubes in my ear. Every time it rains, my ears clog, swell up, get infected, and cant drain.Now, I had just been through a course of 3 broad spectrum antibiotics to eliminate a bad ear and sinus infection. So when the provider looked, there was a clean ear and they said that I didnt need ear tubes!Thats right, because at the time the condition was stable the provider made an assumption that I would not need any ear tubes because the ears looked clean at the time. You can guess now that its rainy, exactly how those ears are feeling and whether or not they are infected again...! But if I want to see the provider, it will take a week to a month, and at that point the ears will be all clear again. Rinse, repeat. With a sprinkle of has anyone ever told you that you might have anxiety?Frequently, the doctors here have made assumptions only to be proven wrong in the end.UT Physicians needs to address the issue that patients cannot see specialists in a timely manner because it results in a waste of time and money for patients when conditions clear up and become undetectable.You cannot wait until the damage is done and then go oh there was a problem after all because if you do so, then what exactly is the point of medical intervention?

I’ve been coming to this doctors office for 10 plus years (I’m currently 20) the last time I visited I was told they will continue seeing me till I turn 21 I just called to schedule an appointment I was told I’ve been aged out and denied care even though I have stated several times doctor Barrat would continue to see me till I’m 21 I have the paperwork from last visit and etc they are still trying to refer me to someone else I would not recommend this clinic only wants to do the bare minimum they will not take any extra steps to make sure u are satisied

This was my first visit to the clinic and my first visit with Dr. Teunis. I was pleasantly surprised to meet with a physician who actually listened to me and showed genuine concern. She took her time with me and I found her to be very personable and caring. I will be recommending her to all my friends. The whole experience at the clinic was stress free and pleasant. Everyone seemed to be so nice.

I have been seeing Dr. Torres-Barre in Pearland for well over 9 years.The staff is fantastic! They will do whatever they can to insure you get an appointment in the quickest amount of time as possible. Their communication skill are also excellent. There have been times I had to wait, but always knew that were helping others as they have helped me.Dr. Torres is better than FANTASTIC! She has excellent surgical and medical skills in addition to her great Bedside Manner. There is no physician I Trust more than her and she truly has improved my health and my life. If you need an orthopedic, I guarantee you will really be totally satisfied with her and her great staff. Try them, you will be amazed at the care.

I have been trying to schedule the appointment for my surgery for about three weeks now. They almost never pick up the phone or call back. If you’re lucky enough for them to pick up your phone call , they have a bad attitude and are ready to hang up right away.

If you want to waste your time call them and try to get a appointment. I wasted 45 minutes listening same thing again and again without getting a appointment. 0 stars.

They cant even see you on your appt! Rescheduled me in August to end of September then I get there and have to Reschedule for beginning of year! So frustrating. Not enough you have to drive downtown and find parking! To do it all and not be seen cuz Dr isnt there!

I love the staff at this clinic. Also, a lady named Suzy took the time to explain things to me so that I could get the help that my daughter needs sooner. The doctors are also awesome. I am changing my children to this clinic for all their pediatric needs. It is hard to find a good doctor with great bedside manner and respect for their patients and patients family.

I’ve encountered some great providers (and some not so great ones). But I am so very troubled by the fact that I cannot bring my toddler to my appointments with me “due to COVID.” My alternative is not getting any prenatal care whatsoever, which sees far more dire than bringing my kid in a stroller who just sits and plays with her toy during my appointment. I wish they would loosen up this policy as I truly have no other options.

I had a giant cell tumor removed from my index finger. Dr. Matthew Jordan, along with UT staff, were prompt with appointments, informative when questioned, and helped me to feel confident in making decisions about my care. I would highly recommend....

Absolutely LOVE Dr. Dodwad! Wonderful bedside manner, VERY informative to myself & my husband before & after my surgery...my back feels GREAT! So glad I did the procedure. His assistant Manny is great as well! Always went the extra mile weather it was appointments or med refills. Highly recommend Dr. Dodwad!

I have been attending this location since 2019. The staff is excellent and has wonderful customer service. I recommend Dr. Nguyen because he listens to you and really is attentive to your medical needs. He is an Excellent Doctor and down to Earth.

The staff works hard and always available whenever I called. I just had surgery and everybody was so attentive. Great nurses, great techs, and outstanding Dr. If you are looking for a great doctor’s office and great vascular Dr, this is the place to go.

My surgery was on December 10,2020. I had a very good experience. The in-take nurse and the other staff members was very attentive to my needs. They made me feel at ease and less scared. Dr. Rodriquez-Quintana did a fantastic job, and I would recommend him to anybody needing a joint replacement. He is my ANGEL!

Aside from the initial wait time, everything was run at a good pace. All staff encountered were very polite and professional. Dr. Nguyen is awesome! Overall it was a great experience.

Horrible experience with the billing and payments. They charged me out of pocket $517 on 01/05/21 because my deductible is $675 but only reported to my insurance company I paid $68 out of pocket. The claim to my insurance company says I saw a “Dr Steven Thompson” when I don’t even know WHO THAT IS. I saw a Melissa Thomas and one nurse who did an EEG and UT Physicians sent a report that I got TWO different exams when I only got ONE. I called in to see what was going on because I had already talked to my insurance company and they explained to me all of this when it wasn’t even true and I have RECEIPTS to prove it. UT Physicians said they were going to reimburse me in 24-48 hours and I still haven’t seen a single dime in my account. Now this is throwing off all of my other Doctor’s visits because it states I haven’t meet my deductible because UT only reported $68 out of $517 and I’m getting billed from left to right. If I would’ve never called they wouldn’t have ever file a report and “reimburse” me the money that I’m waiting on. They’re so quick to charge but take months to give your own money back. Shame on them. Find a better clinic to go to.

Went for a routine checkup. Was told I had high cholesterol and blood sugar and given meds that almost killed me from severe hypoglycemia. The doctor and dietician didnt answer my calls or emails. So I dropped the meds and went on with my day. The next night, the hypoglycemia was worse, and I had to stay up all night eating to try to get my blood sugar to the 80s. I tried calling to get help and got no reply, so I made an appointment online, and waited for them to open. I showed up and the person at the front desk asked if Im still experiencing symptoms. I told them Im not, but it took eating 5 spoonfuls of sugar, 4 kolache, a bowl of oatmeal, a handful of dried dates, a Whataburger meal and several glucose tablets to bring my sugar up to normal levels. They sent me away refusing to allow me to see a doctor. It took 3 days for the medicine to get out of my system and things to return to normal. I got a continuous glucose monitor and have been watching my blood sugar closely for 3 weeks now. I dont think I have diabetes. My sugar is usually 70 to 85 when fasting, and under 120 2 hours after meals. My overall average blood sugar is 92 for the week. Even when I try to spike it by eating 2 loafs of bread, its still below 140 within an hour. To make matters worse, today I was just billed for my 9th visit to the dietician when I only met with her twice.

Wow! I was very impressed with my first visit. The entire staff was very friendly and seemed to genuinely care about the patient. Dr. Gauvain explained my injury very throughly and took the time to answer all of my questions. I highly recommend this office!

Great first impression with UT Physicians. The Neurology physician Dr. Rohini Samudralwar, was recommended by my VA Medical Center physicians. She and her accompanying resident, Dr. Ibrahim, were very professional and kind to me given my anxieties and reservations about traditional medicine. Im thankful for their care in giving me dignity in assessing my concerns with autoimmune disorders. I would recommend these specialists to my fellow Veterans and to my family members without hesitation. Many positives for this great team along with the medical clerks/assistants and nurses. You all were great! As a recent Kidney transplant recipient, I had 4 procedures performed by Dr.Shu & his assistant Carrie and the staff was very friendly But professional at all times, using state-of-the-art instruments in OR and his office, I now feel much better.

This medical facility is staffed with cheerful, understanding, professionals and the Ortho Doctors/PA are outstanding.

Horrible experience with Dr Abana Azariah. This doctor treats people as if they are beneath her just because she has a white coat. Instead has a huge stick up her behind. Very rude, bad attitude & too short to look down on others. She needs to be the one getting the assessment on a brain injury.

I thought I was going in for a pleasant experience for me and my significant other to see our child and it was truly a nightmare. The lady who was our technician was soo rude asking me questions like “why are you just now getting a ultrasound?” “Do you have a doctor” etc I would not recommend this place I told the doctor who came in after the exam to give our report that her technician was Rude and way to rough with my belly. She just said ok and it’s a little uncomfortable? Do not waste your time with this clinic very very poor serviceNo stars for me.

Dr. Evan Meeks is amazing. I started into his office suffering with knee pain and 5 previous surgeries. I had pretty much given up on doing the things I enjoyed and ever having my pain even manageable. In 3 months with no surgery and his knowledge and attention to treating me and not the MRI results I ran about a mile. I was overcome with emotion all because Dr. Meeks had a plan, made me believe it would work, and worked with me to get the results. His staff is very friendly and attentive always working to make sure you are informed. Dr. Meeks is a very gifted and talented Orthopedic Dr. and I am forever thankful for him. I would never see anyone else, even if I had to move away I would come back just to be under his care. If you find yourself in a situation and need a superior ortho I dont think you could find anyone better than Dr. Evan Meeks!

Even though my regular doctor faxed over pictures, I was asked if I brought the color pictures. A bit up front due diligence would have been nice. It would have taken a few minutes to let me know to bring the either email or phone call. The patient portal seems antiquated compared to others. No provision to send the doctor an email. It is a shame that medical groups dont have the technology to share patient information. I do know some that do but the Memorial System doesnt seem to do that.

I highly recommend UT Physicians. Ive been under the car of Dr. Nadim Jafri, Dr Shah (surgery 2x), and Dr. Thosani (Ertan Center) for almost 5 years. All of them managed to remember what some other doctors seem to forget while in medical school - that their patients are human beings. Never would I consider going back to my previous providers.

Front desk was very courteous. Professionally handled the paperwork process and there were no delays. The staff was over all very courteous and went out of its way to provide answers and to show that they cared for our concerns.

Most of the UT Physicians who have seen me are young with little experience practicing medicine. The worst has been Dr Amy Laude. It took 11 months for Dr Laude to refer me for a spine MRI required by the UT spine clinic. She took 12 months to refer me for a mammogram even though I was overdue. I kept telling her I have extreme issues with dexterity in my fingers and have trouble using buttons on microwave, sound systems and especially answering the cell phone. Laude said no issues because I am negative for rheumatoid blood test. The spine doctor has now referred me to rheumatology.

Dr. Chiu is an awesome diabetes care provider. She does not play and she stays on top of you taking care of your diabetes. If you want to get a physician that will help to get your diabetes under control, this is the physician for your diabetes. Her staff is very friendly and knowledgeable of what they are doing.I would and will recommend Dr. Chiu to anyone thats needs a Great Endocrinologist!

MDs fail to place orders in even after multiple calls etc - one therapy order never placed and another exam told to ask another MD etc - then told had to go through too many obstacles so I have lost the use of my arm due to the four ring circus

I missed a weekend all paid trip to Las Vegas so that I could keep this Drs appointment on Monday, to be told by Dr Rapini that there was nothing that he could do for my problem. ☹. I shouldve canceled this appointment and took my trip 😒 but my PCP wanted me to be seen immediately. And life goes on. Nothing bad to say about Dr or nurse they both were nice. Just cant help me.

Ive never experienced such care and concern from any staff.The dr s mannerism was superb and thoroughly explained health concerns.Would recommend this Dr to anyone.Thanks for being there.

Dr. Burnett hears me, meaning she genuinely listens to me. She clarifies questions or concerns. She always make me feel that I am her only patient. She is seldom late and is never rushed. I sincerely appreciate her explaining all am concerns. Dr. Burnett respects my opinion.

The Nurses and Doctors are terrific. I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Bilkis. So why only two stars. The in-office blood draw is like going to a free clinic in a third world country. There are no appointments so it might take 10 minutes or over an hour. You don’t know until you get there. So if you are going before work or at lunch it takes multiple attempts to get your blood drawn. Also patents are handled on a first come first served basis but the person drawing blood doesn’t alway go by the order on the sign in sheet. I really can’t think of a less efficient or more inconvenient way to handle getting blood drawn. It’s because of how they have the blood draw set up that I would consider leaving this office. It shouldn’t be so difficult to get my blood drawn. Other offices have figured it out why not UT?

I have seen Ortho Dr. BLEVINS in The Woodlands Ironman many times and love his bedside manner and his care. I did not think doctors could get any better until I saw Ortho Dr. HARTLINE this week at the same location....He shows compassion and communicates with u.... I had given up on the medical field but am so glad there are UT Physicians!!!

Been here at this facility twice already, ones last year when I contacted Dr Shu and yesterday 1/14/2021 to talk about my up coming surgery. Everything is going pretty well Dr Shu explains everything very well and professional his staff knows everything I need up to know and God help all them as well as this is not an easy job for anybody. So yes you will see some negative reviews but no body is perfect we just need to have faith first in God then on our Dr. bless them always.Hopefully every Hospital or Medecine place keeps up with their good work that we all might need at one time or another.

I have been going to UT Physicians for years. I feel very safe going to the med center location. NP Anthonia is kind, caring and very helpful. I highly recommend UT physicians for your diabetic care.

I found this office through my insurance provider. I called May 15, 2020 to make an appointment. They said they do not accept my insurance, even though I found the office through my insurance. I had to call my insurance to confirm, who then called the UT office to explain that they do accept my insurance. Again this was May 15th, after getting the insurance settled, I scheduled my first appointment. They could not get me in until June 15, 2020. A MONTH later. For my first prenatal appointment. After the headache with the insurance issue, I just accepted the appointment.Doctor was fine, didnt give me much information about things I could be doing during my first pregnancy but It was fine, i figured I could just research myself. (She did not tell me about genetic testing 10/12 weeks along, or that I can request to know gender by blood - I found this out all through research)Anyways, after my appointment my Doc advised me to schedule an appointment for my FOUR-WEEK check up. I went to the front desk and they told me all of June and July was booked. She told me to call back AFTER July, to SCHEDULE my four week check up. I asked if I could schedule now for after July, she said no. I have to call back after July, just to schedule :)Now I am getting a bill for this appointment. I called them to ask why they did not file a claim with my insurance after all that trouble and she said the claim was denied and she does not know why, I have to call my insurance provider.After calling my insurance provider and having them yet again call the office, she advised that the information filed on the claim was incorrect which is why I got billed. However, I should not have.I am thankful my insurance provider was able to help me through all of this because the staff was not helpful at all. This was my first and last appointment with them, The whole process was just stressful, I do not believe being able to communicate with your doctors office should be this stressful.

From the time I entered Suite 1700 every person I encountered was extremely professional, kind, & helpful. I traveled from Louisiana and must say it was a TRIP WELL WORTH TAKING!!! Dr. McGarvey & his colleague who entered the room just before him (can’t remember the physician’s name) were amazing! Both examined me and exemplified how much they cared about my situation. Very humble and patient. Dr. McGarvey gave me options and explained each option, making sure my husband & I understood everything he shared with us. If you’re looking for an orthopedic surgeon who genuinely cares about his patients and who’s compassionate about what he do, Dr. McGarvey is definitely your guy! Kudos to the entire staff in Suite 1700!

I have had the good fortune of having Dr. Mays repair significant defects in both of my shoulders. He is straight forward, informative, honest and caring. I would recommend the excellent service I have received without reservation to any member of my family and friends.

I have been very satisfied with both my PCP, Dr. Carmen Whiting and my Rheumatologist, Dr. Binh Nguyen. I appreciate the care and concern Dr. Whiting has given me in the short time I have been her patient. She referred me to Dr. Nguyen, who I have the utmost respect for. Both Dr. Whiting and Dr. Nguyen have bern the best physicians I have seen in a very long, long time. Kudos to both of them for reassuring my confidence in the medical system. Both of them actually care for patients and not how much money they can make off the patient. Thanks Dr. Whiting and Dr. Nguyen for your excellent care you have given me.

First time at this office. The staff was so nice and professional they really helped me being that I walk with a cane and have shortness of breath. Dr. Siddiqui is very nice and knows what she’s doing so yes I recommend her.

Doctor and clinical staff are great. Staff members in the front desk area are a different story. And unfortunately certain staff members make the face of the clinic look really bad. Specifically one front desk worker was very dull, blunt, and pretty much rude. She obviously showed that she was not happy to be there. From a patients point of view, what ever issues she had going on has nothing to do with anyone else. The last thing a sick patient needs is for someone to be rude and short with them. Not the first time I’ve had a sour taste in my mouth about the front desk staff area. So sad.

Wait time is excellent at this location, my doctor is great physician, hes patience, he listens to your complaint, and, he will get you what other services you need. Dr Johnson is a great physician, hes been my doctor over 20 years. I have no complaints about him, nor his service. Ive followed him from various locations. This location is easier for me location wise. Parking is free at this location . I will forever referrer him. Keep up the good work Dr. J.

I love this office from the first time I went when they transferred my doctor. I was very impressed with the atmosphere and the cleaness. The staff is exceptional and my doctor is extremely caring and always in a wonderful mood and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend Dr. Han and the great staff at this location.

Social Distancing is non-existent in this office! The lady doing temperature checks was not checking the temperatures of every person entering the office. She checked mine, but not my children, and they were the patients. Same for other families in line to go in. The front desk had people lined all around. There were no signs on chairs to remind people of social distancing. The main waiting area was very overcrowded. We were called back with THREE other families to follow each other, only to be taken to a second and much smaller waiting room. There were only a handful of chairs in this corner and we were asked to all sit next to each other. Some office staff in patient contact areas had face shields, others did not. Hand washing was not visible. Extremely disappointed that this was their standard of reducing exposure during a pandemic.

I have been going to UT physicians at 6410 Fannin for 11 years. Dr Grant Fowler was my primary physician for nine years and Dr Michael Altman has been mine during the past two years. Both are excellent doctors. I have been extremely pleased with the care I have received.I have no complaints, only praise for the people in this organization. Thank you for a job well done. James

If they have any negative ratings, I would love to give them one. I took my son for his 4 years old check up, it took them TWO hours to get done, it’s not like something special, it’s just regular questioning and getting his shot. The nurses and doc were chatting and laughing in the hallway, and just kept us waiting in the room. Finally one nurse came to the room give my son’s shot, she was like done in 1 min, , don’t even care he was still bleeding and crying and just left the room, even left the trash with us. I was super mad with them. NEVER EVER going back to this place. The worst clinic ever!!!!!!!!!!!

Dr. Devidi is the best rheumatologist I’ve had manage my lupus. She is thorough, compassionate, and explains each treatment option so I understand. She treats me like a whole person. My nephrologist Dr. Waguespack also has been great. Energetic and super knowledgeable. I feel like I’m under the best care with both of them!

If you don’t have time to wait nearly 45-70 min every time for an appt, DO NOT COME HERE unless you have no other choice.

Been to a few cardiologists and Dr. McPherson is hands down the best. His staff is a pleasure to work with.

Dr. Klimas is excellent. I’m dealing with an issue that she’s really made me feel she’s interested in everything about...not only the portion that is just skin. I believe they’re interrelated but most doctors just look at one piece of yo and disregard everything else. I highly recommend this office as a whole.

I am very well impressed with the collaboration between members in this office. Gina and Stephanie were invaluable in scheduling me quickly and gathering relevant information before my visit to ensure my time there was well spent. Lindsey in radiology took extra care to address my needs. Above all, Dr. Munz spent all the time I needed to build trust, share important information with me and answer all my questions.

Dr. Richard Beaver is an amazing professional medical mentor who helped guide me and give me confidence in making my decision about my surgical options. He gave me a long range look at the outcome possibilities of all the different treatment protocol options so I could make an informed decision. His great support team is working around my schedule to accommodate my needs and facilitate a successful medical outcome that enhances my overall level of health and quality of life.

Double billed us for my wife’s ultrasound and we’re still having trouble getting our money back. When politely trying to get help from front desk the woman was condescending and acted like we were somehow at fault. I’m being forced to provide an interest loan to UT Physicians Maternal-Fetal Medicine Center while they perform an internal audit which I was told could take a month or longer. Doctors and nurses are nice but the front desk and billing department definitely needs improvement.

Best care in Houston is found at UT Physicians. MS sucks. But UT Physicians make life bearable. Dr Lincoln, Dr Gibson, Dr Hilfiger, all the team have been amazing. From Neurology, Rheumatology, and Psychiatry, all my medical needs are met with extreme care, compassion, and professionalism.

My doctor is located at the office in Pearland and his name is Doctor Crumbie he has great listening skills hes a very kind person and I would recommend him to your entire family

Called and got an appointment with in a week. Once I filled out my paperwork, they called me back immediately. They listened asked questions, xrayed diagnosed my issue, got a Cortizone shot and 2 perscriptions. Made a follow up appointment hopefully to see complete healing of L4 & L5 bulges!

Dr Barry Siller was amazing with me he is been taking care of my case since my surgery. His office is been in contact with me the whole time trough my recovery. Very grateful to him.

This place needs to be shut down beware there is no real genuine concern or compassion here. Please don’t waste your time you will be disappointed and they will tell you anything so please get a second opinion unless you like getting the run around.

The secretary that make my appointment by phone , was very gentle. The day of the visit, all the staff was nice, time for appoiment perfect, I had a very bad pain , and the Dr Eric Berman and Dr assistants , were very patient and nice to me, also the XR technician. Im very grateful to find this place to take care of my problem .

The staff was very courteous and all practiced the social distancing offices very clean and staff/Drs were great would recommend

I had a REALLY BAD HEADCAHE, lightheaded nauseas, bad pain on my left trigleminal nerve. I went to PCP. ENT and they couldnt find why my headaches, dr refered to dr Predeep. NEUROLOGIST...after talking to her I felt she was guessing why was my pain that strong, I was told may be a migraine BUT my symptoms werent just migraine...she sent me Indomethasol...didnt work I called her office several times/days, I WAS STILL WITH HEADAdHE, and all symptoms still calling sometimes with NO answer to the voicemail. I decided to sent her a written comment...neither lime that she answer . I got answer by her after 3 o 4 days after..whats the point to be sick, going to the Dr Predeep with NO SUPPORT OR HELP ON MED. With NO answer. 🥵

I went to UT Gastroenterolgy to see Dr Shroff. This was my second visit to this office. Everyone is very professional from the receptionist at the front desk, Lisette my nurse, and Dr Shroff who spent time and was very thorough in explaining the plan of my care

My introduction to UT Physicians came through the trauma center and emergency surgery following a vehicle accident. I had a second surgery several months later. Throughout this ordeal, I have interacted with surgeons, PAs, nurses, and support staff. I have experienced a universal culture of caring coupled with extremely professional and skilled care. I tell everyone I know about UT Physicians organization.

Ive tried to make connections with Dr. Yum Wang for over three years. Ive hung in to no success. To be abandoned and told that the pain I am experiencing after a dramatic fall should be gone by now and that the fall is related to age, totally disregarding prior falls due to lumbar stenosis problems in the past, to be told at 2 1/2 weeks I should be out of pain and back to normal, to be told that well I could think about seeing other doctors, but with no true clinical reasoning was so disappointing, oh and make sure you dont get constipated wasnt helpful, was discouraging.

This is the worst experience ever! I had Dr Ayub sent me for a bunch of unnecessary test but the real test did not do. I came all the way down waited 3 hours for a 10 min visit where she caught an attitude like she did not want to be there. I absolutely hate that office .3/8/21

Dr. Freedhand and staff made my visit very easy and comfortable. I was greeted with friendly and caring staff. They Eased my anxiety during this crazy time. A huge plus from beginning to end of my appointment. I am blessed to have found Dr. Freehand @ UT Ortho!

My children see Dr. Umeh and I see Dr. Whiting. Both of these doctors are amazing. They are kind, they listen, and they are helpful. I trust them and I would highly recommend both of these doctors to any of my friends. Not to mention he front desk staff is also amazing, the say hi when i walk in and know me by name.

The staff was unbelievably professional during my emergency treatment. I will be forever grateful to them all.
