I have been getting laser hair removal treatments here and just had my first appointment with Sonia. She was AMAZING. I have NEVER had someone be as thorough as she was with a laser. I truly have never felt that taken care of during any laser appointment. She listened to my concerns, was extremely kind, and did not rush through my appointment. I could not be happier with how my appointment went and finally am at peace with finishing out this treatment because I know I’m getting the best care! Don’t walk, RUN here and ask for Sonia as your aesthetician!!!

1st appointment at SBA dermatology: great, wonderful staff and medical Assistants but felt highly rushed, lack of understanding and stereotyped by Dr.Eubanks. Didn’t even bother making another appointment. I’ll be finding another dermatologist office.

Sonia Howard was super knowledgeable, friendly & did an amazing job on my Microderm. She thoroughly explained the exfoliation process, circulation, and cell renewal at each step! My skin feels softer & more vibrant! Highly recommend her!

They recommended 3 monthly Secret RF treatments on my buttocks for cellulite and neck for deep horizontal lines. I saw no significant improvement after spending $2k on 2 very painful treatments. I decided not to proceed with the 3rd session. I feel this clinic is dishonest and overpriced.

Best dermatologist Ive ever been to. I had really bad acne and after roughly a year and a half at another dermatologist it wasnt better. Now 4 months later almost all my acne is gone. Besides that the people in the office are great. Always willing to answer questions or help out. Would highly recommend.

From reception to advisement to treatment they are very organized, professional, and helpful with any and all interests or concerns you might have. The physicians seemed very knowledgeable and experienced. They are also extremely great on time and I was never left waiting for more than a minute or two. The clinic sold me skin lightning products that didnt lighten the face and a skin peel, that didnt peel the face. Phone calls, visits to the clinic and promises to get back to me failed to produce any results. I have decided to forget the $565 spent and chalk it up to a bad lesson learnt from a fraudulent clinic.

Very knowledgeable doctors; however, the bedside manner is not the best. Will be looking for a new doctor. But I will say the spa was excellent - the people were very knowledgeable, personable, and helped me find treatments that would make me feel more comfortable with my skin and treat it.

The doctors here are super friendly and knowledgeable. They are very upfront about what is covered by insurance and what is considered cosmetic and it out-of-pocket. They have a spa attached and do facial fillers and other cosmetic work, but they are never pushy about it if you are only there for dermatology work. The front desk staff is excellent and friendly as well.

There was no available printed information for the care of the abrasions that Dr.Gantz applied to my skin. After the nurse, who did not introduce herself, looked around she verbally, quickly made some suggestions.

Very exciting when nurse introduce this to improve my blackhead in nose with hydrafacial. I did it at the last day in 2020 and looking forward to have a bright skin in new year. However, due to I arrive 6 minutes late for the appointments, they cut my treatment time and quality. I only got 20minutes treatments, thus it was not careful, it can improve the blackhead, but only half of my nose got improved. I felt nurse moved vacuum probe too fast, not gentle at all. My face skin got little peeling after few days after procedure.This is my first time to treat my skin, and I did lots of research and want to find a good place for long term maintenance. I understood I was late, but the whole experience in treatment just disappointed me.

Dr. Powell was wonderful - took his time was very nice - had to take a biopsy and he knew I was a little scared and he made me feel as comfortable as I could possibly feel. Everyone was very nice. Did not rush and he took his time - asked me if i had any questions.

I have been a patient of Dr. Leigh Ellen Eubanks, for 20 years or more. She is awesome. I have very sensitive skin, sun damage and small veins that are challenging to get rid of.
