Just visited Dr. Kopel last week for face acne. My appointment was quick and to the point. I was prescribed some medication & had difficulty with the pharmacy. Her and her assistant were quick to correct the problem and sort things out for me. Great customer service, quick, efficient.

My experience with Dr. Kopel has been exactly what you don’t want from any doctor. I have never been more rushed in an appointment in my life, before I could even ask her any questions she rushed out. I spent more time talking with her assistant and staff than even seeing her. I went to Dr. Kopel for a terrible itchy scalp issue to which she glanced at my scalp for maybe 5-10 seconds. She then gave me a diagnosis that only matched what I described I felt and not anything else, and then prescribed me with the same medicine as my primary care doctor did which I told her did not work. She also prescribed another medicine which was not even covered by my insurance. I had to pay out of pocket and it made no difference. Her office staff is friendly, but I would 100% recommend booking another dermatologist if you want someone that doesn’t rush through appointments and actually explains the diagnosis and actions needed instead of having their assistant explain after they leave the room. My experience with Dr. Kopel felt more like a checklist for her to do the bare minimum, leave, and then bill me. I would rate 0 stars if possible

I have been a patient of Dr. Kopel’s for several years and cannot be more effusive in my praise. She is punctual, thorough in her examinations, and, to my layman’s mind, conservative in her identification of bumps requiring biopsies (which is fine by me). Her staff is also professional and solicitous about patient concerns.It’s tough to break into her schedule for an introductory visit since she is regularly booked full, partly due to to a full slate of appointments, but also owing to her decision to raise her children, which restricts her time in the office. However, once you are an established patient, her staff will find a way to fit you in for any emergencies (real or imagined).

Dr. Kopel is thorough and determined. She will get to the bottom of a problem. She is kind, intelligent, and very patient. I highly recommend her.

Dr. A Kopel is truly a blessing. She is professional, acknowledgable, and understanding. I am 31 and literally have suffered with acne my entire life after puberty kicked in. As of today, I do not have a pimple om my face because of this women. She has an amazing assistant by the name of Bridgette, too. She was so kind to me the day I came in eve though I was very depressed because of the bad breakout I was having. She looked at me and knew exactly what to do. I was initially referred by an assistant that worked with her before who to has a severe case of acne. Now Tiffiany is free of all acne also and wanted to share her amazing transformation. I look at them as both a blessing in disguise. Thank you again Dr. Kopel you are indeed a life changer.

Multiple people in my family had a horrible experience with her. Actually told my brother she can answer questions or treat him, but not both. Unacceptable.
