Just wanted to say thank you for this team for being a fantastic clinic. Ive been bringing my son but had to go for myself. I screwed up my appointment time and was last by 20 minutes. Despite me thinking they were running behind, they were very patient with me and worked me in so I wouldnt need to reschedule. Dr P is so friendly and works to help you find affordable solutions.

Excellent care, great staff, I highly recommend! Scheduling was easy and they were very accommodating as I had to change my original appointment. The team was easy to work with and very friendly. I had seen a dermatologist a few days before and he was rude and abrasive and spent just a few quick minutes with me after I had waited in his waiting room for an hour. Dr. P. Was the complete opposite!!! She took the time to explain everything to me and she even sat down! Even the gal who set our appointment was gracious and caring.

They took me in the same day (due to a cancellation), and didnt make me wait long once I arrived. Once I was able to meet Dr. P. I got lip filler done (not here) but the doctor who did my filler did it wrong I started getting blisters and asked what I need to do to treat this so they referred me here. Not knowing what to expect I called and asked for a bit of information. The receptionist was rude and unhelpful. Not to mention the first time I called was to confirm I’m coming and they didn’t even know anything about me and told me I can’t be seen today. Okay then I get a call that they can treat me today so I call asking simple questions about what to expect and the receptionist states rudely “why don’t you just go to your dermatologist then” omg are you serious? I was referred here by the doctor who did my filler and they were very unhelpful!!! Why would I go somewhere where they don’t care how they treat me over the phone? What makes me think they will care about how they treat me in person? Super disappointed in my full experience with lip fillers ( I DID NOT GET THEM HERE) I was willing to be treated by this place until they basically told me to go somewhere else. Literally got off the phone and cried of disappointment. The lady on the phone was unhelpful, nonchalant, rude, and extremely unprofessional.

Dr. P is fantastic! New patient to this practice & went into the first appointment with the goal of having my questions answered, body checked, and to discuss options for dealing with eczema. Dr. P took care of all these points!She spent what felt like a substantial amount of time with me, not rushed at all, taking time to understand my skin and answer all questions. She wrote a prescription, and her assistant explained they would call it into a specialty pharmacy that has all manufacturer coupons and would provide the best price (and ship the script overnight to me).I can tell Dr. P really cares about her patients. She wants them to have perfect skin, and avoid skin cancer at all costs. Dr. P cares!Front office staff was fine, fairly transactional. No new patient paperwork to fill out - rather a lady asked me family history / medication questions once I was in a room.Would recommend!

They listen to my concerns, and discuss treatment plans with me, explain the rationale for every decision in the plan of care, and ensure that my questions are answered and addressed. Dr. Catherine Papasakelariou has been my dermatologist for years- treating everything from acne, eczema, annual skin exams to cosmetic injections. I was thrilled to see her open her own practice conveniently located with free parking! She is thorough, patient, warm, kind and brilliant. Ive had a great experience with Dr. P. Everytime I see her, she is always very warm and compassionate. I am usually in and out quickly with minimal wait time. One time I had an allergic reaction on my face, and her office was able to get me in the same day. They really care about their patients. Great staff, great service and great doctor!

Excellent care doesn’t come close to doing justice to the experience I have every time I visit Houston Premier Dermatology. The staff are all wonderful! Everyone is so kind and friendly. I recently had trouble with my pharmacy failing to refill my prescription, and they went above and beyond to fix the pharmacy’s mistake. My only regret is that I didn’t see her sooner!

Dr. P patiently explains everything and carefully listens to questions. She does not seem at all rushed and has a fun, caring personality. I had some lab tests done and when they came back she called me personally to go over them and give me some options. She deserves all five stars!

I’ve been going to Dr. Papasakelariou for years. She is by far the best dermatologist I have ever had. Prior to seeing Dr P, I’ve seen about 4-5 dermatologist over the years. I used to live 15 minutes from her office. Now, I live about 30 minutes from her new office. She is worth the drive and I don’t regret following her to new location. The office staff is nice and very professional, clean and safe environment, the wait time is usually very short, free parking and conveniently located off I-10. Dr. P has treated several of my family members and we can all agree she is the kindest, very knowledgeable, professional, and caring. You are not just another patient to her and she has a great bedside manner. She remembers your name, details, makes eye contact, listens, and addresses your concerns. My family and I highly recommend going to Houston Premier Dermatology!

Dr. P is great. There was no product or services sales push. She listened to my concerns. I never felt rushed or like she was itching to move to the next patient. I received Botox for the first time and it was painless. The results 3 weeks later are amazing. Natural but less wrinkles. You would never know I had anything done and that’s exactly what I wanted. I can’t recommend her enough. Staff is great as well.

Meant to post this 6 months ago. Dr. P. was kind, thorough and even solved an itchy spot that two other dermatologists had not solved. She is so kind and pretty it almost makes you want to go to the doctor. Knowledgeable. Family members have thought she was amazing as well.

Certainly easy to understand why this clinic has so many 5 star reviews.I called a couple weeks ago to make an appointment as a new patient for an annual skin cancer screening. It can sometimes be a bit dreadful calling doctors offices, but I was amazed with the patience of the receptionist as well as her willingness to answer my questions.Today I had my appointment, and it went every bit as great as my phone call to set it up. The Dr. was attentive, thorough, and gave me a lot of information and suggestions. She explained everything in a way which was easy to understand.I could not have been more impressed, and will certainly look forward to going back next year.

My entire family has been seeing her since we moved to Houston three years ago and she has taken great care of all four of us (two littles ones included). Dr. P and her staff are the BEST! I was diagnosed with alopecia areata and the first dermatologist I went to was unhelpful, didn’t give me any treatment options or explanation. I asked for referrals from friends and that’s how I found Dr. P. I came to her with almost 20% of my hair gone and literally in tears. She held my hand and looked me in my eyes and promised me we would get through this together. Her and her staff are always kind, patient, considerate and in good spirits. She makes me feel reassured and has my full confidence.

I found the practice very friendly and, as always, love working with Dr. Papasakelariou as her patient.On suggestion I would have is to give precise instructions on how to find her office. I just guessed and parked in Lot 3 which turned out to be closest. That was good, but once I got out of the parking lot I had to call to get exact instructions and I was completely lost in the building and was going the wrong way.

Dr.P provides very good insight as to my cosmetic needs! I believe her approach is excellent assessing what I really need. And the results are great!
