I have been coming here for years and always get treated fairly! The doctors are also very patient and kind! Would recommend!

Collecting payment for the full service seemed to be more important to them than helping me with correcting/applying my insurance toward the bill. Perhaps it was the lackluster communication between the clinic and their patient billing company. In the end I gave up trying to contact either of them and paid in the full amount when I had insurance the entire time. Barely any of my questions were addressed, so Im under the impression I didnt matter as a patient.Other than that, my in-person experience was fine. Dr. Lin at the time (October 2017) did his job. Staff was very nice.

If you like hidden fees then you’ll like it here! Smh got a simple procedure done and I payed that day but they still wanna charge me extra after 8 months of my visit? And the girls in the receptionist and billing are super rude.. never coming back..

My 94 year old mother and myself use Dr Lin. He is very thorough and friendly. The girls in the office are always friendly and helpful! I will continue to use Heights Dermatology at Willowbrook.

Took my son in back in October for skin problem. He received cream that didnt work called in December to tell them there was no change, gave me the run around about getting a new cream said theyll send to pharmacy but never did. Called back 3 times only to never receive the new cream. This place is a totally joke and wish Id never spent my time with them.

Been to this place three times the two times I went and was seen I had to wait 30 minutes after my scheduled time and had no problem waiting the third I showed up twenty minutes after the scheduled time due to the fact that I recently moved and am now located in weisthiemer and traffic was terrible so when I showed up they denied me service. Lets just put it this way dont be late because apparently the doctor wont be able to assist you ten minutes after your scheduled time..

Ive been coming here for almost five years. There were some amazing doctors and then Dr. Lin came. You will not get any care from Dr. Lin. He will just stand there and shrug. I have a very rare skin disease that is autoimmune/autoinflammatory. His office failed to get me on Humira. They would never submit the paper work. They dont return calls, nothing! Today I cornered Dr. Lin and told him why do I come here? The other doctors before you were aggressive and cared, you dont offer anything to help for my disease. He just agreed and apologized. When I told him he failed since January to get me on Humira he just shrugged. They just filled out the form and never submitted to insurance. I had to make appointments because they wouldnt return my calls for updates on the Humira status and every time We forgot to submit the paperwork. This is for a disease that is debilitating so bad I receive disability for because sometimes I cannot walk or move when I flare! I told him my rheumatologist took over and got me on Humira in a week. I asked him why do I come to you when you do nothing? When Im in a flare you do nothing. You just stand there when Im in pain. I cant walk, I cant dress myself, I cant get out of bed and its a disease of the skin treated by dermatologists. I asked him what am I supposed to do? He just shrugged. Ive never had this response from a dermatologist in the 15 years Ive had thebskin disease I have. My husband and I left dumbfounded that he actually nodded and agreed that he was inept. Stay away from this office! I actually told him to his face Im firing him and I was done. They cant keep doctors in there, they dont return calls, they dont submit paperwork for those with autoimmune disorders for biologic/anti-TNF therapy, and Dr. Lin doesnt treat. He just stands there and shrugs!

Worst experience Ive ever had with a doctors office!I called before scheduling an appointment to find out if the willowbrook could perform a lip biopsy. I was told by a nurse that they did perform them and that I would need to go for a consultation for the doctor to look at my lip. I scheduled and appointment like I was advised. When I got there, the same nurse I spoke to on the phone want sure if they performed lip biopsies! And then Dr. Olsteen (something along those lines) came in and told me that NONE of the doctors at the office had any experience in this kind of biopsy. He then told me that I could do some blood instead of the biopsy. He needed to get a hold of my rheumatologist first and find a lab that would perform the blood work. He told me that he would call me. A week goes by and I hear nothing. I called the office and left a voicemail. This goes on for two weeks! I had left voicemails every single time I called and never got a call back. I gave up on this office and determined that I would never go back. Two months later, I was sent a bill stating that my insurance did not cover any of the office visit! (I have PPO and I know that this is not true.) turns out, no one filed the claim with the insurance. I called the billing office and was told that it would get sent. A month after that (three months after my appointment), I got another bill stating that I owed $10 additional dollars. I called the billing office to pay it and get this visit over with. The lady told me that they do not accept any payments for this office!!! So I called the office to pay the $10, and SURPRISE SURPRISE! No answer. Pathetic.

Everyone is friendly and very accommodating. .........had skin problem and she quickly fixed it ... cant wait to see what else I can get here to improve my skin .. ☺

The lady at the front desk gave us very bad customer service, making us call the primary doctor back and forth for a referral that was faxed days ago. She had the nerve to get offended when I asked her to be the one to deal directly with the doctors office.

Cutting it short, Dr. V. Is not very experienced. Not helpful for my problem.

Dr. LIN always takes time to listen and has addressed every issue that other dermatologists have dismissed as untreatable. My doctor for life.
