First time at this clinic, chose based on reviews and my insurance list of providers. Had a biopsy done for skin on my foot on 3/7/18 and was told they would call me if anything came back positive. Never heard back. Called today just to make sure everything was OK, and turns out my results were positive but oops they forgot to call me so we could call in a prescription. Service there was attentive and facility clean, just maybe too busy on the followups.

Although i was pleased with my care at Heights Dermatology I am very disappointed that they wont take my Tricare Prime insurance anymore. I am a 20 year retired veteran. I had been seeing them for 2 years now. They didnt notify me that they no longer take my insurance when they made the decision that would only accept self pay earlier this year. I recently reached out to my care provider for a referral and had Tricare send the referral to Heights Dermatology and made my appointment. They called me 6 days before my appointment to tell me they wouldnt accept my insurance. What a slap in the face to veterans. I even had my parents come see the Dr. Tejas Desai. I am very disappointed. I have no idea who a good dermatologist is in Cypress or Houston. If anyone can recommend one Id appreciate it. My insurance doesnt do a good job normally referring me to a reputable doctor. Thank you

The best group of doctors!! I have been a patient for several years and Dr Alpesh Desai and the whole clinic of doctors and staff have been caring and professional every time Ive been their patient. I highly recommend them.
