The staff was extremely patient and friendly! My son has autism, the staff went above and beyond to make sure he was comfortable and knew what to expect during his visit! They even gave him a transformer toothbrush! Great service !!!

At my great age of 30, I had neglected my teeth for a few years and needed a root canal. I was extremely anxious about the procedure, but Dr. Fraker eased my worries and talked me through the entire procedure and I had zero discomfort during the procedure. He was quick and thorough. I will never go to another dentist. My son, who is 4 years old, goes to Dr. Manning and let me tell you how EXCELLENT her bedside manner is. She really knows how to communicate with younger patients to put them at ease! She was also very swift and thorough! I’ve been going to Normandy Dental for 25 years. This is the quickest I’ve been able to get in for a cleaning. I hadn’t been in a while so needless to say the dental assistant/hygienist had major work to do to clean my teeth. It was the first time that a person provided step by step of EVERYTHING they were doing while cleaning my teeth. It was awesome. She did not hold back on the advice to take better care of my teeth, but it was a very realistic and pleasant experience.

I had two teeth pulled this morning and they did a incredible job. I have been Intimidated for years from dentists until today. It was piece of cake and now I’m feeling way better than before.Thanks to the entire team for all the work you guys do!

Dr. Fraker is great! He explains everything regarding your dental procedure and also any options that may be available to you. I am a bit nervous about dental work and his demeanor puts you at ease! His assistant, Norma is great too. She has always talked to me and made me feel informed and at ease about any procedures. The ladies at the front reception counter do everything they can to help you with insurance questions, scheduling and other patient issues. I would recommend Normandy Dental to anyone!

Dr. Dao is great! Hes very attentive and always very friendly and professional. When he was working on my tooth, he kept stopping to make sure I was ok. The staff were always very friendly as well and always smiling. The prices are a little high but they work with you for payment plans. Other than that, great place and awesome staff!

My husband needed an extraction but was hesitant on going to the dentist because of the pain. He had the procedure done, he felt no pain. The dentist was great. The prices are way to high. I was also told I needed a root canal and it turned out that I didnt. They quoted me $4000.00 for a root canal, repair 2 cracked teeth and a deep cleaning. I went for a second opinion they gave me a price $1700.00 that included 5 fillings, deep clean and a new mouth piece for grinding. That is a very big difference. They dont give discounts for not having insurance. Shop around get second opinions.

I was very nervous going in due to previous experiences with other dentists, but Dr. Mani did an amazing job of keeping me calm and assuring me I was going to be okay. The appointment was at 2:45pm and I only waited five or so minutes to be seen. Aside from the deep cavity I got taken care of the service was amazing and I felt so comfortable.

I had put off getting a root canal until I couldnt. Dr. Manning sang and hummed while working her magic, told me to take 2 different meds for pain and swelling and sent on pain free. The only thing about it, is that I never took another dose of anything for pain. The procedure was on Wednesday(12/5) at 7am., Ive been pain free every since. Normandy Dental gets my stamp of approval.

Our 8 year old son needed 2 teeth extracted. Making the appointment was a breeze and we were seen within hours! Dr. Raymond Dao pulled the teeth. Norma assisted. The extraction was not easy, but they were absolutely amazing! My son hugged them both before leaving and thanked them. I just cant thank them enough!! They truly care! In my original review I gave them 1 star due to long waits. However, since they are my in-network dentist I continued going. Every visit after the first was more pleasant than the last. I have since moved and felt the need to leave an honest review of 5 years of visits for a family of 6.They earned those 5 stars.

Had an appointment at 9am today arrived early, but kept getting passed over in favor of people who arrived after I did. When I inquired about this issue, I was given an excuse that there was only one doctor and he was running behind.....this still did not explain how people who came after me were still being seen before me. I politely left and will not bother to inconvenience them with my Cigna dental insurance and prompt arrival again in this lifetime.

Left there fully knowledgeable on my situation and the circumstances surrounding it. He does not order work to be done without showing you what it means and even using figures to demonstrate how it happened and how to fix the issue. Love, Love, LOVE! WOULD definitely recommend to anyone.

Generally does a great job - just dont ask them to call in a prescription on Friday afternoon. I have a nasty toothache and spoke to them at about noon today (Friday) and was assured that they would call in a prescription for pain medicine. When I got to the pharmacy after work at 6 pm, no prescription had been called in and I am currently in so much pain that I am in tears. The after hours emergency number is having no luck contacting the doctor on call either.
