The bedside manner of the dentist and some of the staff needs much improvement. Cold, not gentle at all. My son was cut during a procedure and it was not major but instead of apologizing while letting me know, the Dr. said he must have been cut before he got there. I didnt have the patience to show her video he had just before procedure showing his face and lips had no cuts before going in. But yeah...dont recommend this to parents that expect gentleness required to work in any pediatric medicine.

I took my daughter to the Conroe office for a cleaning. First time there and the staff was awesome. Very friendly and helpful! My daughter ended up having a cavity and they were able to get her in to have it filled within 30 minutes of her appointment. I love Dr. Luu! She explained everything and made it very comfortable for my daughter. I would recommend this practice to everyone.

We had the best experience here! The staff are kind and welcoming! They were also very professional and patient with us. We definitely plan to come back here and would recommend it to anybody looking for a pleasant experience!

I never write reviews but I feel the need to write one after our horrible experience today. My son has been coming here for years and now he is six. Every time it’s gets worse and I keep giving this place chances! The front office staff was helpful and great. My issue is with Dr. Luu. She has zero patience for kids with fear and anxiety. My son was having a procedure done this morning and she seemed frustrated that he was taking his time drinking the medication to relax him. My son was crying and felt the need to have to apologize to her because he felt her getting mad at him. As soon as the procedure was over the first thing he said to me was the dentist got so mad at him. He also told me that they held him down even though he was already strapped down. He said that he felt that the dentist and her assistant didn’t like him because they were not listening and being mean to him. I’m not sure what all went down in the room because of course we are not allowed in there but it broke my heart that my six year old felt the need he had to apologize to a grown woman for treating him badly. Another thing is they always find more work to do on their patients while they are already having a procedure done. I’m done with this place for good now! My son is officially traumatized and I’m hoping to find a nice, caring, hopefully not money hungry dentist for him.

I had a similar experience. They told me that I wasn’t allowed back with my child while being examined but once the exam was completed the dentist invited me back there to discuss things. What is the difference with me being back there when everything is happening or when it’s completed. When he told me that my son needed to have a filling and that I wasn’t allowed back there that is what made my decision to move and find a better dentist office that allowed a parent back with the child. Also, they messed up on my insurance too. I would not recommend them. It certainly changed compared to what it was when I first started going there.

Do not recommend this dentist, they didn’t even want to let us in the back with the kids and when they did, they wanted us out while they were doing sealants on one of my kids. What kind of dental office doesn’t let you be in the back with your kids? Horrible service. DO NOT GO HERE!

They dont give you clear information for your first appointment, when we got to the office they told me I could not be present while they were treating my kids. They excuse themselves on the CDC guidelines but their waiting room was full of people with zero physical distance, someone even sat down next to me! So COVID precautions are definitely not their main concern. I could hear a kid crying and screaming on the back. I spoke to the manager and she was polite and told me that she understands that this is not everyone. Doctor not so polite. Definitely scarier when I saw two kids coming to the front crying and one of them were even kicking and yelling after their treatment. Definitely not a place would make a parent safe. My kids got their teeth cleaned but we wont be back.

I got a quick appointment because my grandson had horrible tooth pain. They pushed a cleaning with the exam and xrays. Once examined Dr. Luu said he needed 6 crowns and 2 teeth removed. Heres the kicker: our visit was May 21st and treatment COULD NOT be provided until AUGUST!! HOW ON GODS EARTH IS THIS HELPING HIS IMMEDIATE ISSUE? They just wanted the immediate pay out for the cleaning xrays and exam. Its a SCAM.

Ms.Jody is always kind when I call & she never rushes you off the phone. Shes always eager to help & very respectful. I also like the staff & Dr. Luu as theyre gentle to my childs needs, they answer any questions I have & just an overall professional atmosphere. Weve been going here for some years & I love it.

Save yourself some time and do not come here. The insurance lady is not only incompetent but also extremely rude. She didn’t obtain the right information from my insurance provider about the co-pay and demanded I pay the wrong amount. When I called insurance directly and they confirmed that I was right, she got infuriated and instead of admitting her error and simply fixing it, became extremely unprofessional and loud for no apparent reason. Ladies upfront had to apologize for her behavior. They were nice and understanding, but couldn’t do much about their “boss”.Frankly, this is a gem to still have such people having anything to do with customers nowadays. We get less and less of them as youtube encroaches into our lives.

Im updating my review not because Im happy but because the dentist kept calling me trying to make things right from the first F up. Im still upset about it but at least she offered to fix the mistake. Doesnt negate the fact that THERE WAS AN INITIAL MISTAKE. I know youre sorry. Apology accepted but Im still mad and people should still read the reviews before making the same mistake I did. 2 stars for trying.

I absolutely loved this office. The staff is friendly and their service was quick. My daughter had no complaints and enjoyed using her lucky golden coin at the end of the visit.

First appointment for my son and I don’t know if I will be back there. The reception’s staff was incredibly, friendly and helpful. The lady for the X-ray should have had more patience (to work for children she was rude) and finally the doctor was pretty good.Note: waiting room needs to be cleaned, our appointment was 10:00am and the waiting room was dirty already.

My child went in to get checked and was “evaluated” very quickly. Was told she needed numerous dental procedures done without even performing an x-ray.I get you people feel superior to everyone but you do NOT have x-ray vision. Children’s dental procedures are not to be compared to wood working where if there is an issue, you can simply just drill right through it and patch it up.How are you able to know what the root of the issue is if you are just looking at the outside for two seconds?Absolutely pathetic. Oh, and some of the staff looks like they get scolded by someone in the office to maintain sales/dental procedures so you will feel as if you are purchasing a used car and cannot walk unless you agree to get your child’s procedure done that day.By the way, I took her to another dentist that actually cares for children and had x-rays done. The procedures needed are not even half of what they would have done here or as extreme.Again, my experience here is similar to being in a used car lot.

Hello I just want to say that I’ve been taking my daughter here since she got her 1st tooth. We’ve had pleasant experiences with the male dentist and the dental assistants. Today is a different story, and after reading all of the reviews I’ve connected the dots since I’ve never had a run in with Dr. Luu I now see she was a little ruff with my 2 year old who was excited to get her cleaning done because we’ve always had pleasant experiences right. Other then that she encouraged to get an X-ray, the 1st time ever my daughter was to get an x ray, the dental assistant Jamira was instructed to perform it, jamira had bad bed side manners with my daughter and I. let me say again she is 2 years old. You would think that someone working in a pediatric dental office would have experience on how to handle toddlers and their 1st time receiving X-rays. She was rushing my daughter again 2 year old, and so then we decided not to go ahead with the X-rays and Jamila walked away as fast as she could while I stayed behind trying to explain to my daughter what X-rays are and not to be afraid of them and Jamira comes back telling us we can get off the chair, more like telling us. So I asked her if she was okay and if she was in a rush and what is going on because her body language toward us was negative and her sour pus facial expression toward us was very alarming yes I could read her facial expression despite her having a face mask on. I quickly went to the front and asked them for the office manager and to write a formal complaint against Jamira. Apparently there is no way to write a formal complaint. In the midst of me talking to the front office associates Dr. Luu comes up and I let her know what I as going on and she assured me that she would talk to Jamira. Honestly I hope she does because I’ve never had an experience there where the dental assistant looked at me and my 2 year old daughter so nasty and treated us very unprofessional. I am writing this review in hopes that the proper actions were taken to address Jamira and the way she treats patients especially toddlers who are easily impressionable.

Took my Daughter here first time to have a simple issue taken care of. Lady had an attitude but I looked passed that. After waiting for 30Mins I was told my other child wasn’t to enter. He is 5. I didn’t feel comfortable letting my daughter back into the office by herself. She told me to put him in the car. Mind you it’s 100 degrees outside. She wasn’t joking. That’s what she told me. That was first issue I had. I had to go in and out of the room to keep checking on my other child. Was only gone for 30 seconds at a time. Finally she told me that my Daughter was not behaving and wouldn’t sit still and that she will not continue. Told me to just go home. My daughter was not the only one to be told this as well. On the way home I assured my daughter everything was okay and we will go somewhere else. She said that the Dentist when I wasn’t there kept telling her to shut up and to stop moving. She left terrified. Never had anyone else before Has told any of my Kids to Shut up multiple times. I am very worried about what else happens at this dentist.

My kids have been coming here for 3 years this year they have a new dr. Dr. Misaqi , and they seem to like him more then their previous doctor he’s very friendly and nice with the kids . The front staff is always friendly and helping . We drive an hour and 30 minutes just to go to this location and it’s worth the drive !

There are plenty of places to bring your child to get their dentistry done, but Dr. Luu is one of the best when it comes to good, honest work. The staff is welcoming and the building is designed to be inviting. Dr. Luu works as hard as she can to make your child’s experience as peaceful, pleasant, and seamless as possible. We always talk about how much we appreciate teachers and other educators for working with children, but pediatric dentist never get the credit they deserve! There are very few children that walk into a dentist office excited about what they are doing. However, I have seen many children walk OUT of Dr. Luu’s office with a new found love for their dentist, and a desire to come back. Take your kids whoever you want, but if you want their teeth to look top notch, take them to Dr. Luu!

Please read…. Get a second opinion and research what Dr. Linh Luu says.Please do your homework. I trusted her, did not research the treatment plan, I assumed what she was telling me was the truth. Read the office reviews, with what I have experienced, I do not recommend this office.According to the office my 4 year child needed 4 Therapeutic Pulpotomy (THIS IS A BABY ROOT CANAL). Dr. Luu never explained the term of this. I thought it was FILLINGS not ROOT CANALS/ CROWNS. Ask her if there are alternative treatments, if your insurance declines is probably not medically needed. Dr. Luu said the child was not in pain, if they are crying or asking for help it is her duty as the dentist to STOP. They use a papoose, they said it was a nice blanket to keep them safe. NOT …..IT HAS STRAPS TO CONSTRAIN, this is a constraint where the child CAN NOT MOVE. It was explained as a blanket to make them feel comfortable NOT TRUE. The door in the treatment room has to be a soundproof radio high in the front.My child came out with his eyes swollen and breathing very fast, he was completely sweaty. He just wanted to go to sleep. His left side of his eye had red dots of how much he had cried, or another sign that maybe he threw up. Once in the car he said it hurt and pointed where it was hurting, I was calling your mom, they were holding me and pulling my head back. They pulled my hair.If indeed your child has no other treatment option and they must have a crown. READ AND REVIEW…...The crowns are bright silver, you have options to ask, maybe out-of-pocket. These are cemented, they are not fillings. This was not explained to me.Ask for all paperwork, they make you sign sedation.

AWESOME! My son has been coming here since he was a baby. The dentist is extremely patient and helpful, the assistants are just the same. The office is built around kids, so there is always a distraction to keep them calm. So far no issues, I would recommend anyone here.

Please avoid this dentist or at least get a second opinion. My kids have gone in for treatment and have needed more work due to their negligence.I was referred by my family dentist and brought two of my kids for dental work. I initially thought this dentist was awesome but it’s a long drive so I took them to a new pediatric dentist closer to my house.First of all, my son got 2 fillings at bunker hill and the dentist I went to pointed out that they were infected. He told me that prior to fillings, a dentist must do nerve preparation and by looking at the X-rays, he could tell they skipped that step. This resulted in infections on both teeth and now my son has to get extractions and have space maintainers placed.My daughter has had a lot of work done at bunker hill.The dentist pointed out that one of her teeth was nicked in the process of prepping another tooth. My daughter also got an infection under a crown that they placed at bunker hill and had to have an extraction with a space maintainer. The dentist was shocked at the amount of work they’ve done on my daughter. My suspicion is that they may have over worked on her and possibly not needed as much treatment as she received.

I would recommend Bunker Hill pediatric to any parent!! My son Camden has been going here since he was two years old and they have taken such great care of him and his teeth! They are kind and fast....and they just make it easy for me as a mom!:-)

The worst clinic I ever met, I will not recommend to anyone. We had x ray checked 2 weeks ago, they told us we will need to do a few surface white filling and 4 plastic seal for back teeth. and then when we visited this week for the treatment, they did 4 crown back teeth without any inform.for the two crown front teeth, they asked us whether do crown or not during treatment .Front staff said the two front teeth cavities are too big. but they never mention the color of crown. since we think the crown should the same as color like front teeth, at that moment we think we should trust dentist, and agreed to install two additional crowns of the front teeth of my son.after finished the treatment, we saw my son get 6 silver crowns.If the 4 crowns for the back teeth are justified, the two additional crowns are not necessary based on the paper we signed two weeks ago.we suspect that two additional crowns were over treatment and monetary motivated, as it were covered by insurance. The problems for us was that they did not suggested the crown at my sons front teeth were silver color which was ugly in my opinion. If they told us at the moment, I would not do the crown for my sons front teeth.My son has no nice smile because of the silver color and it will directly changes my son face appearance for 3 years.

We have been visiting this dentist since my son was 10 month old because it is close to our home. The clinics service were fine for my sons regular check ups util this month.The dentist scheduled a plastic seals for my sons 4 back teeth. ( the rest of the teeth with surface white filling ). It was changed to crowning procedures for the 4 teeth inside and the dentist or clerk did not inform the changes. At the last minute, we were told that the plastic filling was not sufficient for the two front teeth and there 4 teeth were already done crowning. They ask if we agree to do crowning for the two front teeth . Being surprised, we agreed to do it in hurry. The problem we have are the following:1) She did not inform us the crowns color is silver which was ugly. We would rather not do it if we knew it is silver color.2) My son was so painful and he was shaking after the procedure. And he did not want to eat any thing as it was pain to move his mouth. There were several of pressure spots under his jaw were swollen and showing black. His face still showing the suffering spot after 15 days and the photo shown was taken after 15 days . Because that horrible experience, now my son refuse to go any place looks like a clinic or office building since that visit ( he had a cold a week ago we tried to see his family doctor)3) After 20 days, as today, my son still is not willing to chew when eating. It had light bleeding for a week when we brushed his teeth. ( he was eating fine with his cavity teeth and never had any blood sign on his mouth before!) We suspect it the bad crown work caused it and we are going to see a different dentist to find out why.4) We had our son checked on childrens hospital in China at the end of September( less 2 weeks before doing it this clinic). My wife called the dentist in China who checked my son merely a month ago. He said, by his opinion, there were only two teeth inside that could need doing crown. The two front teeths cavity were very light and he would never recommend to do crowns.My suspicion is that there is possibility that the dentist did a over treatment for insurance reason. I strongly recommend that parents to seek a second opinion before agree to do crowning procedures. Also please do not agree to do X-ray every time on your child unless it is necessary.More importantly, when my wife challenged the dentist about the two front crowns which were obvious has very light cavities. The dentist was not honest about the fact she did not provide enough information before the scheduling or changes either.

With the great advice given about dental hygiene my son was able to get to a month before his 7th birthday before getting his first cavity.The treatment of his first cavity was amazing. My son went through no anxieties. The staff was very friendly and informative to both my son and myself. Which gave him an overall enjoyable experience with his first cavity. I would definitely recommend Bunker Hill Pediatric Dentistry to anyone with children.

The absolute best dentist in Houston! Dr. Luu has been my daughters dentist since she was 6 months old and I couldnt be any more happy. I move away from the city about 2 years ago but I still take the almost one hour drive because my daughter loves her and her staff is also as amazing as she is.

Everyone at Bunker Hill is amazing. They truly are great with working with children. The wait is short. We have been in and out in 30-45 minutes. I’ve been to places where it takes you more than an hour to be seen and treated. Definitely recommend this place for everyone’s children.

Moving from out of state and trying to find a good pediatric dentist is hard. We scored gold with Bunker Hill Pediatric Dental. The 7 and 2 year old both enjoyed the experience so much. Every staff member was helpful and friendly. We are so thrilled this is our new home for dental.

Usually, I’m a huge fan of this practice. We’ve been seen on time, the dentists and hygienists are kind, and everything works very efficiently. Today; however, was a disaster. We get there early to check in, as we always do, and we wait. We wait, we wait, and we wait some more. After questioning if the front desk has forgotten about us, we are seen 10 minutes later. The hygienist does her thing, and we begin our wait for the dentist. After 30 minutes of waiting, with my squirming, complaining 9yo, we finally give up. I ask about the status of the dentist, and the people can’t give me a straight answer on how much longer we will be expected to wait. RIDICULOUS

My best friend recommended Bunker Hill after my 3 year old daughter fell in the tub and hit her two front teeth. It happened on a Saturday (of course) and we called first thing Monday morning and they saw her the same day!They were absolutely awesome with her, and with me. They made her totally comfortable, have a very clean, modern set up, are super nice and super great with kids. They explained everything to me, were very gentle and I am quite sure they are competent and know what they are doing. We received excellent and appropriate and quite gentle care.Unfortunately, the reason I cant give them 5 stars is because when it came down to her needing her two front teeth extracted, they wouldnt allow me to stay in the room with her.Now I think in this day and age, knowing what we know about childhood psychology and trauma, my baby is already going through a super difficult experience, and to not have her mommy there (she turned 3 in December, this is February!), well, thats just more than any mother and child can take. Its an outdated way of thinking and I was totally not comfortable with it. If she were 5, ok. But 3??? No.I understand no doctor wants their operating room to be a circus. And its possible a parent might cause problems. But I feel I am paying cash for this procedure, this is my baby that I birthed, and I should be permitted to be with my daughter at all times as long as I am not interfering or causing problems.I ended up going to West University Pediatric Dentistry for the extraction because as long as you behave, they allow you to stay in the room to comfort your child.Now, I regret this, because I totally trust Bunker Hill in their competence, their compassion, their qualifications, their state of the art facility, their excellent care etc. I would not hesitate to recommend them for routine pediatric care. I really regret their policy which forced me to go elsewhere for treatment, and I hope they will reconsider it and evolve a bit.But, I would not hesitate to recommend them to another parent. They were sweet, smart, reasonably priced and completely capable of serving your babys or childs dental needs.

Office is very nice and clean. Dr Luu was very nice and informative when did my kids exams. No wait time and treatment is done same day which a plus for a working mom. Will recommend my family and friends to this office.

My experience bringing my kid has been usually pleasant but I was very disappointed with the non conscious sedation, which the doctor sold it to me as almost Benadryl with a duration of no more than 15min; however, the effects actually lasted for more than 2 hours. I was just not prepared for seeing my kid like this and I didn’t plan for taking four hours from work, which made my day even more complicated. Also, keep in mind the insurance does not cover at all for the sedative so parents need to pay $250 for this service (this was never explained to me, I assumed the insurance was going to cover the same percentage that for the other things). But for me the worst was waiting on a chair with a sedated 50 pound kid. Terrible experience.

I absolutely love everyone here! Everyone is very friendly, they know how to interact with the kids and make going to the dentist a fun experience. At the end of the appointment they give them a coin and they get so excited about using it to get a little toy out. I would highly recommend taking your kids here.

Worst experience ever with a pediatric dentist! I absolutely would not recommend this office. They run this office like a McDonalds drive through. No care or concern for the children receiving dental care. They want the children either strapped in a papoose or very sedated because they are in a huge hurry to get done and on to the next patient or $$. Children lined up in every dental chair waiting and I hear more crying at this office than any I have been in. I realize dental work for children or anyone is no fun but this is unbelievable to me. I have raised three adult children and I have two young children at home. The point I am making is, I have spent plenty of time in pediatric dental offices and I have never seen this type of environment. My child, that was seen here, has had cleanings and a few fillings with local anesthesia at two other dental offices and never needed heavy sedation or had this kind of experience. Due to our previous dentist relocating we tried this office and what a mistake! Dr.Kate doesn’t even wait for the injected anesthesia to kick in before she starts drilling and her impatient tone doesn’t help keep a child calm during dental work either. Not even an adult would like their teeth drilled on without the local anesthesia having time to numb the tooth. Of course by now he was crying and Dr.Kate didn’t want to complete the dental procedure because it was taking longer than she had scheduled for him. It looked like she was under so much pressure trying to stay on schedule that she was in a hurry, impatient and too rough prepping and putting on one crown. Once the procedure was over she didn’t even say any comforting, kind words or even bye to my six year old. Instead she turned her back towards us and created a really awkward moment. I did let the office scheduler know of our experience. She seems to be the only one in the office that we interacted with that has a caring heart. The next day I received a call from my child’s school nurse to pick him up because the nurse believes he needs to be seen by his pediatrician due to a huge blister/mouth injury on the same side as the dental work was done. This has been a traumatic experience for my six year old. I am certain that now he will need to be sedated to allow any dentist to receive dental work. I spoke with the office manager about the incident and she was only interested in being defensive and again I was showed the lack of care or concern for my child. This practice is all about the money and has absolutely no interest in providing caring or quality service to their patients who are children.

We have been going to Bunker Hill with our kids for years, and we love Dr. Luu and her staff! The office is extremely clean, and there are plenty of activities to keep the kids busy.Dr. Luu has a great approach with our kids, and they are never scared. Highly recommend!

The ladies are so nice and everyone makes you feel so comfortable. I have had an awesome experience with my 19 months old son and my 7 weeks old daughter. I highly recommend bunker hill pediatric dentist for your babies/kids.

Love this place! Tiernay, the Hygienist and Dr. Julia are amazing! They kept my child calm and happy while doing a thorough exam. We had a slight tooth issue that Dr. Julia took a wait and see approach instead of invasive treatment which I appreciate.Weve been coming here for 2.5 yrs and wouldnt change Dentists for the world!! Highly recommend!

We had a little bit of a wait, but nothing more than would be expected on a Saturday. The staff were friendly & helpful. They were caring and took time to talk to me following my 18 month olds exam.

Be prepared to fill out lots of paperwork! This stuff should be filled out online prior to visit considering people have young children and the front office is small. It can save the hassle of having to watch multiple kids and filling out paper work unless this is a way to distract patients while they possibly wait for some time.

I did a lot online research and found this office has really good review thus has brought my kids here for the past few years. The experience is getting worse. Although like everyone else is saying the staffs are indeed friendly, environment clean, but the hygienist literally took less than 2 minutes clean the teeth, and barely even touch both sides of teeth when polishing, is unacceptable. Always rushing, and could you please allot enough time for each of your little patients? What’s more is the question they ask every 6 months when we come in: if it’s ok with you, could we take an X-ray to see whether there are cavities? Or could we take a panoramic x ray? I am not sure whether this is a standard operation for all pediatric dentist office, but do kids get dental x-ray every 6 months? Or is it because our dental insurance covers it?? Bell should ring a year ago when my kid had a tiny cavity and the dentist asked me whether she could use anesthesia. I overheard she asked the assistant whether our insurance covered it and the answer is no. I asked whether it’s necessary to use anesthesia because I would rather pay to avoid my child hurt, and the dentist answered NO since the cavity was really tiny. SERIOUSLY? I guess making profit is more important than children’s welfare! Y’all really need some ethic training!

My baby girl has been coming to Dr. Luu since she was six months and three years later we are still here. Never knew working with doctors would be so fun. The office is so kid friendly and they seriously have an amazing Staff.

Dr. Luu is the most patient doctor I’ve ever encountered with my 5 kiddos. We’ve done everything from checkups cavities being filled and my youngest just did a tongue tie and is actually able to eat now !!! Amazing staff, they really try their hardest. Jade answered all my questions about insurance and Rosio went over everything thoroughly. Loved the follow up call direct from the doctor herself ! Definitely didn’t expect that !

ITS amazing! from start to end they took care of both my 7yr old and 3 yr old very very well at the same time. 3 yr old got a filling and they had great patience with him. My kids came out happy from the dentist! Recommend definitely!

I tired giving this place a second chance but it still disappoints, The first time when we came here, my son did anesthesia because I knew of his anxiety, I mentioned an extra cavity on the lower and with blurry x-rays they denied it being there, when it came for his 6 months check upthe same tooth that I was certain with a cavity has an abscess forming, they suggest to removed it and place a spacer there, they also came with an explanation why it formed however never acknowledging my concerns in the first place, which could of been avoided.I also did not like that the assistant was pushy on my son and yelling at him to open his mouth during the xrays.Lastly they forgot my sons fluoride at the end of the appointmentI’m not sure how this place operates but they need to get it together

I took both of my daughters and they loved it. My oldest 3yr old was not scared at all, everyone was friendly with them and made them feel very comfortable.

I have been coming here for several years! I had bad experience in the past with several different dentist office (from billing stand point as well as to how the kids are being treated). Not once had I had a problem with this office, they work with you in trying to get you in and are willing to help where they are able to. My daughter has medical issues and requires clearance for any work; never been a problem in being received or seen by the dentist. Front desk is awesome as well and the billing person I spoke with a few years back is wonderful as well. I hope to continue seeing the care that we are receiving and cannot wait for our next visit.

I took our 23 month old there for a check up. They were great! The waiting area has toys and TVs to keep the little ones entertained. Once back on the cleaning chair, they were so great and gentle with him! He got to hold a big carrot stuffed animal so he wasnt scared and they showed him how to brush his teeth with a tiger stuffed animal. At the end he got to pick a toy. I was impressed with the entire experience, they were really great with the little ones! We will def be returning in the future! I would highly recommend a pediatric dentist over a regular dentist to anyone with small children.

AVOID this place for the health of your children. Initially the Dr seemed good. However, after two visits for each of my kids we realized they do not care at all for their patients. A few examples of this were that she refused to refer us to a specialist in orthodontics, insurance claims were wrongly charged, and finally our last appointment was cancelled without previous notice. In the last case they even tried to convince us it was our mistake. However, when we showed them their own reminder card, they only said the Dr was not available anyways). Definitely not recommended. In fact be aware of this place ...

My 4 year old son went in for his first dentist visit and everyone was great at making him feel comfortable! He didnt cry at all and loved the whole experience. Dr. Luu treated him with so much care and was very informative with us. I will definitely be returning and recommend this office to anyone with children!

Professional and kind office. My children were patients here when they were little and we made sure to come back when we moved back to the area.

The staff here are wonderful !! My 3 year old son was very afraid and I am not going to lie, he was BAD. Trying to run outside, not wanting to let the Dr. see in his mouth, you name it, he did it. But everyone was so great and worked with him well, they never lost their cool. Everyone stayed claim and we got thought the appointment. I highly recommend them.
