I cannot comment on how the actual dentists are since I never made it back there. I arrived to my appointment this morning 5 minutes before scheduled and gave the front desk my name. I was then told to have a seat were running behind. I grab a seat and 30 minutes later I get up and ask how much longer will it be? - they havent even given me the new patient paperwork. A different woman at the front says I didnt know you were here, while another one pipes in and says My bad for not telling the woman I was here. The other woman hands me the paperwork and I ask How much longer will it be? She says definitely more than 10 minutes which would put me at least 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment. No one apologizes or tries to accommodate me with timing at all - they just look at me while I am clearly frustrated, so I just walked out. I am blown away with how rude they were. I understand offices run behind, but how they handled this was horrendous!
