I’ve been to a few dentists in Houston and this is by far the best experience I’ve had. Everyone was very nice and I felt the warmth and got to watch the Great British baking show through out my time in the dentist chair.

I came into town to visit my family and had tooth pain during my stay. My family recommended Dentist Tree Of The Heights. I was able to get an appointment with Dr. Nguyen pretty quickly.After taking some X-rays, we found a cavity underneath the gum line which would have gone unnoticed. Dr. Nguyen assessed my situation and recommended a root canal and crown.In a short amount of time, he was able to reschedule me to have the root canal done and a crown ordered and placed to fit my schedule.I am very grateful for the attention and care Dr. Nguyen took in helping me not only from the pain, but also in saving my tooth. Any more delay, and I suspect the tooth would be too damaged to save.The office is very new and clean, complete with a high tech 3-D x-ray machine.Thank you Dr. Nguyen and assistant Daisy for your hard work and thorough care.I highly recommend this office!!

By far best dentist office I have ever been to and I have tried many!! Scheduling was easy, office was very clean, easy to get to, entire process was streamlined and efficient. The staff is what made it exceptional! From the front office desk, x-rays, and cleaning. Everyone was so kind and they explained everything before anything was done. Dr. Shinta has changed my view of dentistry completely ... he was gentle, kind, explained my options clearly and answered all of my questions. I cracked half of my tooth late at night and was freaking out that I wouldn’t be able to find a dentist who could see me on such short notice. I was able to book online for the next day. When I emailed about coming in earlier the next morning, they responded right away! I was able to send all my insurance info and forms in virtually. When I came in, zero wait time. (Really I never waited at all—at any point.) They made it SO easy!The entire staff was so incredibly kind, even when I broke down in tears at how much it was going to cost (my fault for neglecting the dentist for so long and allowing all of the damage).Dr. Nguyen and his assistant were amazing, and they stayed well after the office closed to get my teeth fixed! They didn’t have to do that. He’s super patient and thorough.I can’t say enough good things about this place.I wanted to hug all of them at the end of the day!

Dentistree at the Heights had a simple and effective way to schedule me and gather my intake paperwork. The office is extremely well kept, and their staff made me feel welcome for my first visit. The patient education I received from my hygienist, Cristina, and Dentist, Dr. Shinta, made me feel well informed about my options for the future of my dental health. I really appreciated them explaining their findings with me. It’s great to know they’ll leave no question unanswered and advocate for me as a patient. I have been looking for a dental office since I moved from Pennsylvania, I’ll absolutely be staying with this group.

Very DISAPPOINTED!It was supposed to be my first appointment since i just moved to the Heights. I scheduled appointment 5 days ago and completed all record forms they emailed me including transfer of records and X-Rays.I show up today for my 1st appointment and “Magda” at front desk was RUDE and treated me like a walk-in. Asking for my records…I explained that when I made appointment they asked me to complete release form so they could obtain the records. Magda wa rude and said I don’t know if we can see you “you are supposed to bring them, with you”. I reiterated that I did what I was asked. She basically told me I was wrong.No welcome !I WILL LOOK FOR ANOTHER DENTIST. MAGDA WAS RUDE AND NOT HELPFUL GOOD BYE…..

I love this dentist I came at 3pm and there staff is very friendly and very good I felt comfortable and welcome with the visit and normally I feel pain at other dentist when I get my teeth clean but here it excellent and no pain at all and I recommend this place and I’ll make this my dentist place and I recommend people to come here they are very fast at what they do and very efficient.

I went here over a year ago for just a cleaning and was told I had FOUR new cavities. My spouse was told the same thing. It seemed pretty suspicious so we didn’t get anything worked on. We have now gone to a different dentist more than a year later and NONE of those cavities exist. RUN RUN RUN! Don’t let them drill your tooth enamel. It does not grow back.

I usually HATE going to the dentist, but dentist tree of the heights is amazing! They have such a clean and welcoming office, creating a comfortable and relaxing environment. Dr. Nguyen is the most gentle dentist I’ve been to as well - I had to get multiple cavities filled a couple weeks ago and didn’t feel a thing.

The nicest dentist office I’ve ever been too. They are very friendly and took extra care to ensure my cleaning was a pain free experience. They are also great with my kids (13 & 10). My kids have never feared going to get their check ups and cleaning done. I think the really enjoy watching the TV on the ceiling!

I highly recommend Dentist Tree of the Heights!My husband and I moved to Houston 2 years ago and were looking for a dentist when we saw Dentist Tree on Google. I called to inquire about scheduling and was immediately impressed by how nice and welcoming they were. Since then, we have been seeing Dr. Shinta and we could not be happier! He is super pleasant and really takes time to listen to our concerns. He even remembers things I tell him about my family, son, etc. He is very thorough and skilled at his craft. We love him so much that we plan to keep going here even though we are moving to a different area already!

Everyone was super nice and informative. Dr. Shinta is very kind. There’s a tv on the ceiling so you don’t have to awkwardly stare at everyone in your mouth. I really had an extremely pleasant cavity filling visit (which I’ve never had before ever).

I can’t say enough how great my experience was here. I dread going to the dentist and as it had been many years since my last appointment I was definitely nervous. Everyone from reception to Dr. Nguyen made me feel completely at ease, answering all my questions and explaining everything to me thoroughly. They walked me through my future treatment plan with them and the time frame and I’m looking forward to continuing to get treatment there. HUGE shout out to Lisa, my dental hygienist. She did a great job of educating me, taking care of me, and making sure we got in some laughs throughout my cleaning.

This is the best dentist I’ve ever been to! Everyone is so kind and they make your visit so comfortable. First, I must say that I get slight anxiety from choosing new doctors because I’m so use to my doctors back home (not originally from Texas). However, Dentist Tree of The Heights definitely eased that feeling. From the moment I walked in to the moment I left, I felt like a valued customer. If you live in and around the Heights area of Houston, and you are not going to Dentist Tree of The Heights...you are doing it wrong! The folks at Dentist Tree are awesome, friendly, knowledgeable, & Super Transparent. From the Tech, to the Hygienist, to the Dentist, and even the billing personnel were all extremely professional and each explained exactly what they were doing and why. No one likes going to the dentist, and usually when I walk out of a dentist or anything medical, Im usually mad and felt like I was taken advantage of financially...Not this place, I immediately told my wife how great my experience was, much to her shock! If you are unsatisfied with your current Dentist Office, or even if not and you are close to this office, make the move, you will not be disappointed! Keep up the great work DToTH staff!

TLDR; would definitely recommend this practice for anyone needing anything more than just dental cleaning.I have changed my dentist several times this past two years because any time after cleaning 9/10 times they would recommend I get Invisalign for a small gap - as if that were end-all-be-all for all tooth problems - even though I was satisfied with how my teeth looked in general.Dr. Nguyen helped me spot years-old dead tooth (which no previous dentists pointed out) and also worked with the crown manufacturer to help reduce the small gap in between my teeth by adding one vaneer to the equation. At no point did he recommend Invisalign.I definitely would go back for any other dental procedures & trust they’ll make the appropriate recommendations! It’s a plus they have such kind and fun staff. :)

From start to finish, I had a GREAT experience. The booking and new patient process is very well organized and easy. I just went in for a cleaning, but they made sure that I was comfortable and informed about what was going on. My son loves this dentist! We first came in about a year ago and my son had really bad dental anxiety due to a bad experience at another office. Dr Shinta was super nice and patient the first time. My son wouldn’t let them even take X-rays or do the cleaning. Today is the second time I come and my son was able to do the X-rays as well as his cleaning way more comfortable. All thanks to the doctors great bedside manners as well as all the staff in the office. Thank you !

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. They had all the latest technology. The dentist explained everything in an understandable way. He separated what was urgent versus what should just be monitored.

I am extremely cautious when it comes to choosing the right dentist as I have had some horrible experiences in the past, but I can say that this is BY FAR the best experience Ive ever had at the dentist. It took me awhile to find the right one here in Houston (moved here from Florida last year) but after doing my research and reading the reviews I know I absolutely made the right choice in coming to Dentist Tree of the Heights. It lived up to and exceeded my expectations and, after reading all of the positive reviews, I thought it had to be too good to be true but it wasnt - best experience Ive had and its not close. The office itself is very nice and the staff are all very friendly and make you feel welcome and comfortable right from the start. They are extremely gentle when working in your mouth and listen to your feedback as a patient. I also greatly appreciated Dr. Shintas transparency and clear communication around our visit and next steps moving forward. If I could give this a 10/5 stars I would. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

One of my crowns came off my tooth while flossing at 9:30am. This crown was only 2 years in place and put in by another dental office. By 11:30am my crown was re cemented in place and I was back to normal. Very impressed with fast efficient service!

The staff and doctors are very refreshing and knowledgeable. Plenty of time was taken to not only clean my teeth but also address concerns I have with a dry mouth due to Sjogrens Syndrome an autoimmune disorder. I received suggestions to better manage the disorder. The offices are beautiful and welcoming. I look forward to starting my treatment plan.

Man! What a pleasure. So friendly and helpful from the second we walked in, to the second we walked out. It’s always a bit of a stressful experience to walk in as a first time patient hoping your child will behave while your teeth are done first. Well, she behaved to the absolute best of her 3yr old ability but the staff went above and beyond to help me keep her happy!Both mine and my daughters appointments were quick yet thorough. Everyone was so informative and straight forward which I am a huge fan of. Took time to answer any questions I had and made sure all bases were covered. I have been so pleased with the care and service I have received from the entire DentistTree team. Everyone is so kind and accommodating. We switched from another provider and my kids and I are so glad we made the change...even my daughter who dislikes dentist visits in general. Dr. Shinta is our provider and he is so nice, gentle and caring.

This was my first visit to Dentist Tree, and it went extremely well. They have a modern setup that includes lots of “techy” imaging tools and TVs on the ceiling so the patient can watch Netflix during procedures. In addition, the online web form that I completed prior to the appointment was user friendly. The staff was friendly and professional, and I felt as though they were compliant with all the COVID-19 standards. Dr. Nguyen was very thorough — he identified a flaw in my previous dental work that will be a minor fix now, but it could’ve caused major issues down the road had he not discovered it.

What an absolute delight to have this team of great professionals help me get my dental hygiene in check. The entire staff was engaging, hospitable and put me at ease. I am definitely confident in their future treatment and care for my oral needs and would highly recommend!

Seriously loved this dentist office! The first appointment took longer because of x-rays, but they are all SO NICE. My second appointment was a nice and quick cleaning. I loved the x-ray tech, dental hygienist, and dentist, they seriously couldnt be nicer. The front desk is also very welcoming! My teeth came away squeaky clean and they are willing to work with you on if they think dental work is absolutely necessary or not and how soon you should do it if it is not in your budget. This is my third visit to Dentist Tree. I went in for an extraction today and the whole process was super smooth. Never any wait time, Im taken back as soon as I complete whats needed. The dentist does not make me wait to be seen, always professional and kind. The extraction itself took maybe less than 10 minutes. It took longer for me to numb which I have no complaints about. I felt pressure as described but never any pain. I was in and out. This office is great! Very efficient, organized, high tech, and patient friendly. I highly recommend them.

I recently went in for a new patient visit to Dentist Tree and I was throughly please with this place. I have just moved to town and needed a new dentist. I was treated excellent by their staff, felt like I had been going there for years. The place was extremely clean and well organized. Everything was paperless (so nice to not have to fill out all that paperwork off of a clip board in your lab). I was able to check in while sitting in my car, so no wait what so ever. I had a wonderful dental experience at Dental Tree today! The wait was minimal. The staff was great! They were friendly, attentive and professional.I love the television distractions. Each hygienist area had two televisions, one in front of you and another on the ceiling. You could watch Netflix or local networks even as you laid back as they serviced your teeth.Focusing on my movie selection was a nice distraction from the work that took place in my mouth. Someone should have thought of this years ago!I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist.

I never have to wait when I show up for an appointment.My X-Ray technician was extremely thorough, and took some mind-blowing images of my mouth.The Hygienist (Lisa) did an impressive job explaining my opportunities for improvement in regards to my oral hygiene, and of course she cleaned my teeth so well they almost look fake!Lastly, the doctors here are first class. I don’t hate but definitely don’t love any dentist I’ve been to because it tends to be a very intense experience. Dentist Tree was the exact opposite and you almost forget you’re at the dentist. Everyone is extremely friendly, seems to love what they do. I especially loved that my dentist wanted me to focus on the root (no pun intended, lol) of my issues instead of just treating a symptom of an issue. Highly, highly recommend!!

I am new to the Houston area and wanted to find a dentist with the best technology as I had previously. I would highly recommend this office! They care about your experience, making you comfortable and making sure you understand your mouth, your teeth and all options. They also have 2 tv monitors for you to watch anything you’d like. One on the ceiling and one on the wall. Great distraction. The X-Rays were very smooth and didn’t hurt like the traditional x-rays. Loved the staff and doctors. Extremely clean and comfortable office.

This office, staff, and service is nothing short of exemplary! Every visit Ive had has been a great experience. The entire team is extremely professional and timely. Ive never had to wait more than 5 minutes in the waiting room, and the transitions between the x-ray tech, dentist, and dental hygienist were real smooth. The technology they offer is top of the line! I used to dread getting dental x-rays because they were so painful, but the equipment they utilize make it a much more pleasant experience with the mildest of discomfort. Excellent all the way around, from when I first scheduled a appointment to coming in for the first time, going a second time and till we left we had absolutely the BEST Patient Service you could possibly get. It started with the ease of scheduling an appointment online and even got a same day appointment and was a new patient at that (appointment was scheduled late morning for that afternoon). When we arrived the front desk people were so very nice and helpful as well as the atmosphere welcoming. The Dentist were very friendly and made you feel tree. At the second appointment when my daughter had her tooth pulled they made sure she was comfortable and ok with what was going to happen. The Dentist (a different one from the first visit) was very caring and nice. I will definitely be going back and not just for my daughter but my family.

Now, after coming here twice, I can attest as to why there are so many rave reviews.Dr. Hieu is professional, really listens, and genuinely cares to provide you with the best care. He paid great attention to detail in my exam and fillings. Even took extra time to make sure the fillings were to my complete satisfaction. Everyone from the front office staff, x-ray tech, hygienist, and dentist - everyone is so friendly and kind. Some additional perks are the convenience of scheduling a new patient exam/cleaning online. Consent forms can be signed online. Hygienist was thorough and gentle. Office space is clean and spacious. Chairs are comfortable. Wait time is minimal. This practice is the total package!I have moved from city to city for work and been to a fair number of dental practices - Dentist Tree of the Heights knocks it out of the park with their exceptional care!HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

They tricked me to get deep cleaning service I didn`t need and that is not covered by insurance. Doctor also tried to sell to me 5 crowns that i did not need (thanks God i got second opinion). Why would you do this to healthy teeth!!???? As a result I lost my two annual free cleanings and i payed full price. No need to say I felt cheated. Watch out!They are chasing me over phone and txt messages despite the fact that i talked to their representative few times to stop calling to me and delete all my info. I don`t want to have anything in common with this fraud dentist. And PLEASE STOP CALLING ME.

This was my first visit to Dentist Tree. Everyone was friendly and professional. Zero wait time. I went in for an exam and cleaning and was in and out in an hour. Office is very clean and high tech. I highly recommend Dentist Tree.-Noah

Dr. Nguyen is a master at his craft and Daisy was also great. The team makes sure you are always comfortable and the setup of the place is done with that in mind. A great find, highly recommend!
