Dr Kenneth To is awesome. He took care of my dental situation very efficiently and is always available to help you if needed. Great staff and I had a good experience. Will definitely recommend him to family and friends.

Are you serious ! I run a very successful cardiologist office and my children go here and so did I when I was a minor and my mother called to reschedule because OBVIOUSLY emergencies happen in the hospital, the lady up front, the receptionist who’s been their for years was on the phone with my mother as she was rescheduling my kids appointment for me, under her breath called my mother a “stupid bitch”How is this acceptable?? Tell me please, you know who I am and feel free to reach out to me because I can tell you if ANY of my staff members called one of my patients that they would’ve been fired ASAP!

I just back from the University of Texas dental School which Ive tried to get an appointment there for the past 5 months but after that experience there I will report back to Dr Kenneth To & Advanced dentistry to discuss a treatment plan this office is always been very good to me Ive been coming to him for 15 years and lately Ive been having more dental issues within the past year he has extracted two teeth and I had one actually fall out and I just went to the school to exercise my options but Im going to return to Dr To to see what he can do for me

I recommend Dr.Tam & Dr. Martínez! My kids just love coming to their 6month check up because they know they are being seen by the sweetest nicest ladies ! ❤️🤗

I went in today to get some of my fillings done . It was a horrible experience. The lady at the front desk is not very friendly. I also went to this same dentist office back on November of last year to get fillings but when I came in today they said they had no record of me ever getting fillings there. Which is insane! My insurance even verified to them that they were never billed for fillings at all last year. You would think if I got fillings some where else I would have used my insurance benefits that I pay for every month. On top of that one of my fillings that THEY put in last year fell and they didnt want to replace it because they swear that they never did my fillings there. The only reason Im giving two stars and not one is because Dr Martinez is awesome and very professional.

It is the best place ever. Even though I hate the dentist, they make me feel happy and I dont hate it like i do with other dentists. Some other dentists dont explain procedures as good as Dr. To and his wife is super nice. They should get more patients than they do. So if you need a dentist come to Advance Dentistry. Also, the staff is very nice, kind and professional.

We moved to this area in 2016, after an extensive and exhausting search, we came here. The friendliness and dedication of the staff is unbeatable.The Saturday hours help with our busy schedule, and the atmosphere is extremely welcoming for adults and children.

I have been going to this facility for many years. Dr To and his staff are exceptional . They are like family. I cannot ever imagine going anywhere else for my dental needs.My daughter lives in another state and comes biannually to Dr To or one of his associates rather than going to a stranger. She also does not have dental insurance and feels that the prices are fair.

Wonderful staff have been bringing my children here for 17 years . I love it here the staff is very friendly, cooperative, they answer any and every question you have . Never will change to another dentist. This is the only place I will ever come to. Very clean as well and my experience had always been great here .

I had lost my Insurance and had a broken tooth. I was blown away by Dr. To and his staff, especially Johnny. Not only are the prices the best I found, but Dr. To was kind, gentle reassuring and is the first dentist I have ever been to that I did not feel any pain. He did not over sell me and truthfully cared about what was in my best interest in the most economical way possible. Gave me all options and THE BEST CARE I have ever received from a dentist in my 50 yrs of life!- I cannot believe this place has been here in my neighborhood for so long and I have driven far away for a dentist when the best care was right here in my area

Very impressed. My first time here and will definitely make them my regular dentist. Was seen by Dr LianaTam and her assistant Johnny. Highly recommend them. They make a great team. All this coming from a person terrified of dentist since childhood. Deep cleaning and extraction, no pain.

Best Experience ever, they have the best staff and Doctors in town. I like how they dont make me wait, when I have an Appointment they take me in right away, Doctors are great they explain procedures clearly so I feel really comfortable with what Im getting done .

Always welcoming and on time appointments! Waiting period is minimal, staff is super friendly and questions are thoroughly answered with no feeling of being rushed. My family and I have been coming to Dr. Kenneth To for 17 years. He and his wife (who works the front desk) really care about their patients. Our eight children our grown now but every time I come in for a six month check up they ask about each one of them. Nice to know people in business today still know that relationship matter.

This place is on a strip mall but it’s a DIAMOND find of a dentistry place in Spring Branch. And here’s why.Dr. To makes sure you’re informed and the support staff helps you get to that point and takes care of you like you’re a good neighbor. They speak Spanish as well, if you need assistance in that category.Past Experiences at other offices..I’ve been to another dentistry especially one by the Dairy Ashford area last year, south of i10 because my insurance changed. I was dissatisfied by their line of work and entire paperwork process. I expected more from a Memorial/Dairy Ashford Dental Office but they literally read me a picture book about cavities during my visit before they let me go from my 25 minute wait plus 10 minute consultation. They scraped my teeth and did not do inform me of the X-rays they took at least. Didn’t speak of short term or long term effects. Total waste of my time and I did not feel self assured of what they preached to me.WITHIN 15 MINUTES, Advance Dentistry beat all the decor and dentistry performed the year before. Dr. To took time to explain the issues I may have from my teeth, short term (cavities) plus long term (wisdom teeth) and answered my questions and concerns to the fullest understanding any patient would want. They give you a dentist baggy because he got your back even when you leave the office!He’s a hard working man who wants the best for his patients. You are the man, Dr. To!
