This is one of the most friendliest/professional dentist offices I have been to. I needed a root canal done for a tooth and I had been at a dentist that morning who told me they couldnt do it because of the curved root. I called around until I found this place. Even though they were out of network for my insurance, it was still applied. The pricing was very reasonable and was done within an hour. There was no pain during the procedure and none afterwards. I highly recommend this office for anyone looking for a dentist.

I had an awful experience with Dr. Rami. He drilled away a huge amount of healthy enamel from my teeth unnecessarily and without my consent after he messed up a crown placement. He completely changed my bite with this drilling right before I was set to get braces to fix my bite issues. I’ve since had multiple dental professionals tell me that the drilling he did was unnecessary and should never have been done. I’m now faced with a situation where I will likely need to spend thousands of dollars in crowns to fix the damage that Dr. Rami did(he drilled down a total of eight teeth and drilled away the majority of several tooth cusps). Now that I have been using Invisalign for several months and my teeth are moving into the proper position, there is a significant gap between my top and bottom molars when I bite down where the most significant drilling was done(see picture of me biting down completely).Trusting Dr. Rami was a huge mistake on my part.

My experience here was delightful. I recommend this team for their efficiency, caring demeanor and convenient business hours. I’ve only had one visit, but I know I’ll be coming back. Dr. Rami Alsaleh obviously cares and was gentle with me, which is always appreciated.

Its always a pleasure to visit Dr. Ramis office. Its evident hes built up considerable experience and seeks to provide the best of care for his patients. His staff is great and the amenities at the office are catered to keep you comfortable.When it comes to complex dental issues, I felt he took my previous history into account and listened to all my concerns patiently. There is a lot I also learned from him when it comes to hygiene and other aspects. I found the offices hours were nice and it is helpful for working professionals who have little time. He has much more availability than other dentist offices.I highly recommend this office to anyone new to Houston, especially when it comes to dental issues that are difficult and out of the ordinary.

Wonderful experience from the reception desk, to the hygienist, to the dentist! When I arrived for my appointment, I foolishly forgot my dental insurance card. The receptionist took the time to find me in the online insurance portal so that I didnt have to pay out of pocket. The dental hygienist is highly skilled, yet gentle. The dentist is amazing! If you end up needing a procedure, he always shows you the plan and cost prior to doing anything. Highly skilled, honest and sweet. Lovely office with chairs that massage your back and Netflix. Highly recommend this office!

I have had great experiences here, with both the staff, hygienists, and Dr. Rami. They have very fair pricing and even show you the price of the procedure before it is performed. The atmosphere is clean, comfortable, and tailored to patients, as you can watch netflix in a massage chair during your cleaning.

I had a bad experience with another Doctor where I felt they were suggesting very aggressive procedures for issues that seemed to be simpler. Then the same day at 5pm we called Montrose Advance Dentistry asking for help and they offered to take a look. When we arrived Dr. Rami checked me up and gave me his opinion about my issue which was very coherent. Now he is my permanent dentist and I’m super happy with him. I totally recommend him.

Think I found a new permanent dentist with Dr. Rami. He suggested oral surgery elsewhere first to alleviate my pain, and then a treatment plan with him for when I came back. Definitely felt cared for from the second I walked in to the second I left.

How can I start with Dr. Rami s bedside manner and wonderful dental skill ? I usually get so nervous with any dental procedures but this place has really changed my experiences in a very positive way. Dr. Rami and his associates seem to be very welcoming kind and truly helped me out in terms of insurance and what steps needed to be done clearly. I have 2 more appointments ahead and start feeling happy about the results.

I would give 10 stars if available!Best Dentist Ever...even get a massage from the chairs while he works on you. I even made an appt for three months (self-pay) to get my teeth cleaned again...thats how Good!

First visit with Dr Rami and he is one of the best. Wonderful patient education, excellent bedside manner, and most importantly he explains the root of the problem (no pun intended), treats me, and now I feel great.Ive never enjoyed the dentist but Dr Ramis office is great. The office is very state-of-the-art, and he uses photographs as a great visual tool to show the nature of the problem and how to treat it. I would recommend him to anyone.Additionally Id like to mention his staff as well. They are great with patients. I left with my teeth feeling very clean. I had such a great experience with Dr. Alsaleh. Went in on a Saturday, no wait time, and amazing work - whats not to like? He walked me through what he was going to do, when I had questions he answered them thoroughly, and made sure I was comfortable. I wanted to take that massage chair home with me! While I had my teeth cleaned and a cavity filled, I got to watch Netflix and relax. Overall, hes a really sweet, and wonderful dentist. Office is very clean and organized - a must in my eyes for a medical office.
