I am a new patient at this practice, and I have to say it was the best experience Ive ever had. Friendly scheduler, all paperwork was done in advance online, and pleasant receptionist afterward. I highly recommend them to all of you who, like me, skipped their 2020 dental exams using COVID as an excuse.

They are the worst. They only care for your smile. None of them have license to operate. Once you make a claim them tell their security to kick you out and that they will charge you for trespassing. They messed up my teeth. They don’t have real hygienist, dentist. Beware of this place. I came with cavities and they told me I needed a root canal, then the teeth failed off and bleed, my other dentist ask for X-rays and told me The root canal was unnecessary.

I am 5 months pregnant and they pulled THE WRONG TOOTH. Then attempted to blame me for it. Smh. DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST OFFICE!

Went to brownstone dental expecting exceptional service but got the exact opposite. I started going to brownstone dental when I was pregnant in 2018, they did a couple of extractions and I received 8 crowns in the front of my mouth. My crowns got loose over time and 2 of them came out multiple times so I went back to brownstone to get them recemented back in my mouth. The second to the last time I went on a Friday, Dr.Saif himself recemented my crown back into my mouth. He even had the audacity to try to get me to pay to recement my crown yet again. The following weekend the exact same crown came back out and I had to go back to the dentist that Monday. That Monday I went to the dentist and got the same crown recemented but this time I went I had pain leaving and it continued throughout the night. I didn’t think anything of it - dentists visits can hurt but as time passed within 2 days my mouth started to swell were I had the crown recemented from Monday. I contacted the dentist and told them what was happening, they said that the crown could have possibly been sitting on a cavity and I may need a root canal. They also stated that if that were the case I would have to pay for the root canal; there was nothing else they could offer or do.I was on bed rest for 2 weeks and couldn’t do anything because my whole face was in excruciating pain due to the infection I had called the dentists office about in the first place.I told Dr.Saif about the incident via Instagram and he never responded.I wouldn’t suggest anybody go to this dentist because they clearly are mindless of customers.

We have been coming to here for years. They are very nice, especially to the children. I never had any problems and will continue to come. Very professional, Highly recommended. Our Dentist is very kind.

Can I give them zero stars? Is that possible anyone? WOW! My wife and I were given 9:00 am appointments last Monday, December 24, 2018, to do teeth cleaning. We arrived at 8:45 am and waited in our car. At 9:03 am, a guy arrives in the office and we went in. I asked him why they would give us a 9:00 am appointment only to arrive at 9:03 am? He laughed in our faces. YES. HE LAUGHED and told us that he did not give us that appointment, that he only gives 10:00 am appointments and in any case the DOCTOR WOULD NOT BE IN UNTIL 10:00 am. Let me repeat - they gave us a 9:00 am appointment knowing the doctor would not be there until 10:00 am. To say they are unprofessional is to put it mildly. Just plain horrible place and horrible people. He even laughed in our faces.WOW. STAY AWAY from these people. Needless to say my wife and I walked away immediately. Jesus! They are unprofessional. I wont recommend them to even my worst enemy. Now watch them respond with some canned message about how they are sorry they could not meet our expectations. It is not an expectation in USA for you to be there when you give your customers appointments. It is called RESPECT. Respect for your customers. Respect for other people.

They are dirty they put their used gloves over the tray of equipment used for my deep cleaning, my appointment was for 4pm and I was not seen until 6pm after I asked for my money to be refunded. I will be reporting to the city of Houston because they are putting people at risk with their unsanitary instruments.

This dentist office is completely horrible. The front desk lady was rude as hell some heavy Mexican girl at the desk. The dentist lady left out the room and never came back had her assistant to ask us to reschedule our appointment, While we sat inside the dentist for 3hours. While leaving she was with another person.

This dental office has very good dentist. They do a wonderful job cleaning. Very gentle when extractions. The office is always clean and the staff is very nice as well as professional. However, it takes entirely too long to be seen. Also you may not be treated by the same dentist each time you come. Thats a bummer for me.

I called Brownstone last minute and they were able to get me in the next day even though Christmas is around the corner. They had quite a few customers, but they were still very quick. Plus, I get free whitening with insurance. Im happy Im able to help support the local business, but I dont think Ill be going here again. The dentist that did my cleaning did not do such a great job. I can tell that they are all about volume and speed there. Luckily my new insurance provide 4 cleanings a year. Also, I have filling residue on the side of my tooth that I can not remove (it is not covering a cavity). Ill definitely be going somewhere else. Two stars are for customer service.

If I could give it anything less than 1 star I would. This place is absolutely horrible from the front desk to operating rooms. I went in for a simple teeth cleaning and to get some cavities filled. They did a root canal plus a crown not authorized by me. “Why didn’t you stop them you say?” I had needles in my mouth. After doing this the dentist goes Oh I read the paperwork wrong. I had to return to them on several occasions for them to fix what they had done to my teeth. I had to go to another Dentist office to get everything done properly because the crown Brownstone put in had started coming out and cutting my tongue until it eventually fell out. What’s to be expected from anything located in that are. NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE!!!!!!

So bad front desk service. I made appointment wfor a day and when I came to the clinic she said you dont have appointment and told me give me the name of person made the appointment for you she want to move her fault to me! Check your system I think need more control otherwise I dont feel comfortable to do the checkup because the area its dangerous and the clinic is not clean.This is my opinion.

I recently had to get my wisdom teeth removed and I was recommend Brownstone Dental. Dr. Shere was very professional and he explained everything clearly and answered all my questions. He took his time to make sure I was comfortable and made sure to minimize my pain. His staff was very nice and explained all the details of the insurance billing. They were very clear and concise about what options I had, as well as the best option they recommended. All in all it was an pleasant experience and I would definitely recommend going there.

I just had a pretty rough procedure today. I had to have a compacted wisdom tooth extracted. Im sure it made for a difficult job for the Dr. but he was very thorough in ensuring he got all of it out and they were constantly asking if i was okay. They are very warm, caring and professional and i really appreciated it.

The Doctor that did the root canal was one of the few competent professional people in the office with the exception of a few others. The appointment was scheduled and we received a reminder call the day before and so we went in at the time discussed twice. Well they said we were not on the schedule and that the dentist was not even there, but offered us a later appointment.*Long over due update 08/21/2017 Well the root canal was not done correctly once we went to a competent Dentist we were informed of what they did wrong. So I take back the part about the one dentist that did the work being any better than everyone else in the horrible office.We went back in a few hours later to see the dentist. His demeanor, and bed side manner was not good to say the least. Very rude and he did not even introduce himself when entering the room just simply asked whats the problem. Nor did he say good bye or that someone would be in to help us shortly after he was done. He just walked out..... After going home from this visit we were called that we missed our appointment today. The one they said did not exist in the first place. Reluctantly we went back in for the root canal knowing a Doctor would do the procedure since the dentist Shere that owns and works there is not capable of doing that procedure.The Doctor that did the actual root canal was a very nice and did a good job on the root canal, and was kind the entire time. The dentist that owns the office could learn a lot from working with him. To bad he is only in the office in the evenings on certain days of the week.When the dentist came in before leaving to go over the course of action from here on out it got worse. We over heard a upset patient in the front complaining about the dentist not seeing his children twice because of some scheduling error and this would make the third time he brought in his kids only to not be seen . The front desk lady came back to ask if he would see them and in front of us and he said No and we dont need them we are busy enough they can reschedule if they want. Kind of shocked to hear that said right in front of us, but it confirmed the behavior when we saw the dentist the first time.THE ONLY good thing about this office is the Doctor that comes in to do the procedures.We will not be going back to this office for the filing there are MANY other dentist offices in Houston with much better service and

I did not expect to come here today too actually began the process of fixing my teeth. Usually with other dentist you have to come back to start the process but not here. Right now Im GRATEFUL for this. I have put it off long enough. Mariam is soooooo sweet she gave me a discount simply because I told her my daughter came first in my eyes and Ill do my procedures in the future. But I am able to start now.

It is a bit expensive. Even if you are paying cash. my husband went for the free teeth whitening they were advertising on the radio and they did not want to honor it.
