Dentist office or scam operation? Sadly, my dentist went out of business during Covid, so I had to find a new one. I tried this place out. I filled out the contact form for them to contact me for an appointment. After two weeks and not receiving a call, I called to set up an appointment. I told the lady on the phone I had filled out the contact form and she sounded clueless. This should have been a sign.Today, I arrived to my appointment and waited about 45 minutes. The receptionist then called me up and said I had to pay a $50 copay. I told her Ive had the same insurance and there is not a copay for a cleaning. I figured maybe because I was a first time patient I would have to pay a copay due to x-rays (which are covered by my insurance). I was a little baffled and asked if this was because I was a new patient and she said no that every time I come for a cleaning I would have to pay $50. Two cleanings per year are covered by my insurance and I never in 6 years had to pay for a cleaning. She then explained that it was for the extra services they provide. I told her I wasnt interested in the extra services as they are not needed (which is why they are not covered by insurance) and just wanted a cleaning. She said I didnt have an option not to receive the extra unnecessary service, so I left.I will go to an honest dentist that does not require extra, unnecessary services to scam their patients out of money. I would stay clear of this place. I am sure they scam many of their patients out of money, especially those who are not sure what their insurance covers. I read other similiar reviews in which they billed insurance companies for services that werent completed. I should have listened to those reviews and stayed away from this scam operation. I hope I can save you some trouble.

Great customer service! Daniela helped our process go very smooth. We felt comfortable and at peace with the way we were treated. Dr Pham was so gentle and kind with my son and I, & We loved that about her. I’ve had different doctors treat my kids very rough and fast so Dr. Pham was great. She answered all our questions at no rush and made sure she did a great job. The staff was so kind and helpful. Definitely made our dentist appt easy and treated with great service.

Simple as this, you feel comfortable and cared for right from the get go. When you are in the exam room the music, staff, Television for the children make you feel comfortable!! I was very impressed with the service I was given at the office. The front desk was able to fit me into the schedule at the last minute due to a cancellation, she was was friendly and my visit was comfortable for me. I was able to get a cleaning done on the same day as my checkup. It was a very easy process and explanation of my follow up appointments were given to me too. Initially I was nervous going in but left the office confident and at ease. Thanks for reassuring me everything would be okay. I recommend the office to anyone that needs exceptional service.

I came in yesterday as a new patient, and it was incredible. They were all friendly and did a great job of explaining all of their procedures to me. I ended up needing a deep cleaning, and they ended up having a same day opening. The procedure was quick and painless. Cracked my tooth over the holiday weekend. The Dentist was able to get me in on a Saturday morning at 9am. The dentist performed an emergency root canal a gave me a temporary crown. Im no longer in pain. The dentist explained everything as he was working. Awesome bedside manner,extremely professional! I found my new dentist forever!I absolutely love this place. Hey this place is LIT!!!!! Very cool place with games and a movie theater!! Dental Offices out there STEP YOUR GAME UP!!! The dentist here was explaining everything to my family and I to a point that we all can understand. They didnt hit us with a bunch of unknown dental words. My little brothers and sisters really like the place big time and as Big Bro it means alot to me to see my smaller siblings feeling comfortable and actually liking the place. I recently switched Dentists and so far I’ve been having good experiences. There’s a section for children to play with and even a small theater room. Everyone is so kind and polite as well. There’s TV on every room so the patient can stay entertained I love this place and I would love for everyone to check them out.

Honestly, the staff and dentistry provided is one of the friendliest and most professional Ive experienced. They take quality time to explain both visually and with words what is recommended. Some Staff are very nice but the doctors don’t do a great job in doing dental fillings, if you’re looking for a place to get a tooth filling this is not the place! they will leave you with a bad tooth having you come 2 or 3 more times without solving the problem! Some of their ratings are basically bought, they tell you if you give them a five star rating on all their social media they’ll give you a discount on your braces. Coming from experience I personally never had a good filling done here probably because all their patients are mainly children.

I brought my mom to this place and to get her out of pain and thank God for this place because they helped us out big time. I have never been to a place where they really feel for a patient that is in pain. Thank you all for helping us out

Amazing office I was here sometime in 2018 and my kids Medicaid ran out, they called me and they gave a payment plan option for all my kids using care credit, really economical and the monthly payment were low, thanks to Ivan and the staff for helping my family out. And thanks to Dr Patel as well for getting them in and out.

I had a tooth that was really bothering me today, so I called and scheduled an appointment to be seen. I’m so glad I checked with my dental insurance provider prior to arriving for my appointment, because my treatment would’ve been very expensive without it. After filling out the usual paperwork and waivers, I was called back for my comprehensive oral evaluation and x-rays. The dentist ended up finding a lot of plaque buildup on the surface of my teeth. She recommended to me that I have a Deep Cleaning Procedure done on my teeth. I had never heard of that type of cleaning and didn’t know she would have to give me several injections of anesthetic to numb my mouth before having it done. She tried her best to numb my gums with some topical anesthetic gel prior to the injections, but it did very little to prepare my mouth for the pain that followed. I guess everyone’s body reacts differently to the medication used to numb the gums. After the Deep Cleaning Procedure she found several cavities that needed to be filled. To prevent them from getting worse, I chose to go ahead with the fillings that I needed to have done, especially since I was still partially numb to pain. She was able to fill all my cavities except for one of my front teeth, because the anesthetic had started to wear off. This has definitely got to be the most painful dental experience I’ve ever had to go through. Besides all that it was a great experience, the staff, and the dentist were very professional and friendly. The waiting room was very kid friendly, with a lot of comfortable seating for everyone. I enjoyed playing all of the arcade games while waiting for my appointment time.

Today my four year had some of her teeth work done by the specialist then she came back out from the back her bottom lip had blisters on it ??? I wasnt allowed to go with her so im pretty sure it was from her being sudative and them not watching her biting her mouth

So like most people I don’t like to go to the dentist. Well I had no choice I had to go,woke up with a swollen face. I searched for a dentist in my area, found a few with good ratings. I decided to try Sea Smiles dental. First off I call to see if they could take me today and the young lady on the phone said sure come on in we will fit you in. Got there the place was clean and well organized. The attendant give the forms which I need to fill out and not long after I was attended to, very minimal wait. Got my X-ray done by a very pleasant young lady, followed by another short wait to see the Doc. ; who was very informative and answered all my questions also give me all my options. All in all a very good experience left feeling better and I think I’ve found a dentist family to love and take care of me.
