Been doing business with this branch for over 10 years, and have executed an untold multiple of money transactions over the years with no problems. However, today the new management and employee team have shown how horribly wrong things are going at this location. After waiting 20 minutes in the drive thru to cash a $200 check drawn on a LOCAL large chain bank, I was told they were putting a 7 day business hold on it since they didnt recognize the person in the system. Doesnt matter that they have all my account history in their system and can see what kind of customer Ive been, theyre going to jam me up for an insignificant dollar amount. If they treat long time customers like this, I can only imagine how they treat new customers. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere.

I never have an issue with inside with any of the bank tellers or the personal bankers. All are very nice. The only serious complaint I have is the ATM machine is ALWAYS having “maintenance” done on it. Why always on a weekend? I get it needs to be done but maybe have it done during the mid week. You also need to accommodate your customers and get more coverage in drive through. Wait time takes way to long.

Charging a fee for a lost debit card is not necessary. Used to love your bank. So much for our small town feel of your establishment.

Caring and courteous service by Wendy at Pearland.She helped us with all our questions for new accounts and also was very patient with my friend who had issues with her online account. Only thing is the branches are too far from me. Great loan rates!!

Honestly they have always been really nice an accommodating to me. I can’t remember the lady’s name that I worked with last time I was there but she went above and beyond to help me get a personal loan for my car repairs. She didn’t just do the loan she set me up on the path to build my credit and explained it to me in away that made sense. If I had to complain about one thing it’s the atm deposit option. It’s frequently broken,but to be fair that isn’t really their fault. It’s people putting other objects other then money (paper clip, rubber bands) in the money receivers fault .

Don’t try and get a home mortgage with their loan officer Ryan Crawley. Very rude and unprofessional. On the phone he treats you like you are a waste of time for him. I will be looking to moving my accounts elsewhere also. Thanks for nothing Shell Federal Credit Union.

Every since I have been issued new cards from this credit union, I have had three Fraud transactions. I have received text messages from unknown company asking if I made charge, then upon calling, they ask entirely too much personal information BUT still unable to cancel card nor return funds back into my account, so WHY am I even speaking to this company.This credit union has really gone down hill as far as service is concerned. For all I know, the company who keeps texting me is the one stealing my card information. Then it takes 10 business days for an investigation and funds to go back. HORRIBLE WAY TO DO BANKING!

Was the only person in my lane at the drive thru. Was never greeted nor asked how I wanted my cash back. I had to specifically ask for the bills I needed, which made the wait much more lengthierthan it needed to be. Cannot imagine what its like for people requesting larger transactions.

DONT GET AN ACCOUNT HERE. 1 HOUR AND 30 MIN WAIT IN DRIVE THRU. MEMBER SERVICE LADY NEVER TURNED IN MY ACH FORM THEREFORE I HAD LATE FEES WHEN ASKED FOR A MANAGER WHEN I WENT BACK THE HISPANIC LADY MANAGER WAS SHORT AND RUDE AFTER HER EMPLOYEE MESSED UP.

Worst branch ever! Today I joined the Shell Federal Credit Union and based upon my horrible experience with Mellody Reyes I will definitely won’t be a member for much longer. Mellody Reyes failed to provide any details about my new checking and savings account. She was rushing me and seemed irritated when I asked simple questions. She was not helpful at all. She purposely didn’t provide her card , so I had to ask for it. I will definitely find another Credit Union that actually cares and values their customer. I will recommend no one to bank at this location or any other Shell Federal Credit Union location . I’ll Also be sure to let the members that did advise me to come here to take their business elsewhere. Next time hire someone who will take the time to provide great customer service instead of the horrible service I was provided by Mellody Reyes.

This the the worst branch they have the atm never works and they never have it closed off. The drive thru is always slow and long. The tellers are rude: if this wasn’t so close my house I would drive all the way to webster. This place needs new management and new employees

Ive banked with the credit union for about 15+ years. I wanted to inquire about opening a saving account for my child and the lady who helped me was so rude and unprofessional! I ended up opening my childs savings account at Chase. They need to look at who they hire and make sure that customer service is a strong key of theirs!!

Ive Been with this bank for about 4 years. Recently Ive noticed that there were several fees applied to my account. I made a total of 4 calls & no body could explain to me what happened, all I was receiving were run around answers. If I put my money into a bank & something happens, I would expect for an employee of the bank to be knowledgeable enough to explain to me & help me understand what happened. One young lady hung up on me while in the middle of asking a question. I would of assumed that the employees would be much more polite & patient with customers when something does not look right or goes wrong. I used to bank with Bank of America & have never experienced this issue with their customer service. Ill be taking my business back to them.

Done doing business here once I pay down my accounts and close them. The last couple times I needed help, couldnt get it. The most recent, still waiting for a replacement credit card and its going on 4 weeks. Put in request 6/11/18, today is 7/13/18.

Dont go to shell federal they will screw you over and work with local car dealerships that also screw you over. Failed to send payoff for a different vehicle and ruined my credit.

Why arent the phones working! Need access to my account to transfer money onto my credit card!! Need to pay bills. When is the system going to be up and running? This is annoying. Very bad service.

I recently started using this bank I had the account for a while but haven’t been using it, now I have a business account with Chase that I have to pay myself every week, so I bring the payment for me in cashiers check and this is the only bank that I have ever heard they would like to put a hold 7 to 10 Business days, on a cashiers check. I have more than enough to cover the check, even then they want to put a hold on a cashiers check, I used to work for a bank 10 years ago am I crazy or is it a weird rule to put a hold on a cashiers check.
