I had such a great experience at Smile32 Dentistry from the moment I walked in the door. The office is very sleek, clean and modern and the front desk staff is very welcoming. The wait time was minimal and everything looked brand new. The dentist, Dr. Vakil, was very thorough in explaining everything and was very nice and pleasant. The dental hygienist, Michelle was great also and did a great job with my cleaning. As well, I got the ZOOM whitening treatment, which I had never done before but had a great experience with Sally who performed the treatment. As you can see from the pictures there was a clear whitening in my teeth and I am extremely happy with the results. I would highly recommend this office to any of my family and friends!

I have a dental phobia. I called everywhere and not one dental office sold me until I called Smile 32. Hearing someone like, Michael with such a positive energy and a very welcoming, positive attitude is enough for me to make my first appointment. I first came in last week and was told I needed exactly what I thought I needed. I went in knowing my mouth was bad. It’s years of smoking and just not being responsible enough to take care of myself. I accepted all the treatment and knew it would cost me a lot of money. After my exam, they told me a girl would see me and tell me how much it would cost. I wasn’t pressured into getting any work done instead I was given an option. I’ve never been to a dental office where I was “given an option”! Blew my mind away. She was very pleasant, very kind and most of all, heart warming. She made me feel VERY COMFORTABLE! Everyone in this office, especially the doctor is so professional and knowledgeable. I didn’t think I could ever fix my mouth again. A friend referred me to Smile 32 Dentistry. I cant say enough great things about Dr. Vakil and his staff. The moment from when I called and talked to Candice, my experience has been wonderful. I needed a few implants on my lower jaw, Candice got me in right away. Everything was verified with my insurance when I got there. The prices are very reasonable. Candice is very open and honest about the fees/insurance reimbursement. Dr. Vakil literally spent an hour with me going over all my options. His bedside manner is remarkable. He has a very calm demeanor about himself. The placement of the implants took him less than an hour, didnt even have to take a pain medication the next day and went to work the same day. Dr. Vakil was initially referred to me by my co workers. I admit I was skeptical but then when I called to make my first appointment, I was already sold. The level of customer service is superb! Then I went to my first appointment and their office is state of the art. Everyone from the receptionist to the assistants and of course the doctor were all very warm and welcoming. The doctors bed side manner and his knowledge of dentistry surpass my expectations. This is probably the only “dental office” that I can say “I had FUN going to”. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new dentist.

Not transparent with their prices and services. I was treated unfairly after being their customer for year and half. Please be careful about this place. I have a whole story to write about my horrible experience here but dont want to go on petty details. In nutshell, I wasnt delivered what I was charged for and there were some hidden treatment cost which were not disclosed before.

First time ever in houston and I broke a tooth. Smile 32 got me in within an hour and got everything taken care of. Best dentist I have ever dealt with. Everyone was so nice and helpful. If I ever come back to houston I will definitely use them again!

Customer Service is excellent and the entire staff is courteous and well trained. I enjoyed the friendly atmosphere as well. AMAZING PLACE!! So grateful to Dr. Vakil and his staff. I came into the practice in 2015 when it just started and have been a patient ever since. I had terrible teeth over the years from not taking care of my teeth. My teeth were broken down and had so much decay. Went in for consultation today I like the doctor I like the technician but the sales lady at the front desk is absolutely the reason I will not go back there she is like your worst car salesperson it was her sales pitch attitude I told her I did not need to listen to it lets just discuss what I needed and she would not listen she had to sell sell sell because of that they will not get my business

Dr.Vakil and his staff are top notch. They are the most professional people that I have had dental work done by. They are not pushy like most other dentist.I had an emergency, and Dr. Vakil never mentioned to me about any other services that they offer or that I needed. He does a great job! Will return to get more work done by them.

I started going to Dr Vakil in 2016. I wanted implants, but had to have bone reconstruction surgery. He did the bone reconstruction surgery and a year later he placed the implants. I went back in 2018 because the implants were loose and didnt feel right. They said they just needed to be tightened and everything would be fine. I then asked him about getting veneers for the rest of my teeth. He sold me on the veneers and I went in to get them done. He hired the same anesthesiologist that did my sedation for my bone reconstruction, but the anesthesiologist didnt ask me for any of my medications I was on. He started the IV and secured it with masking tape. The IV came out during the procedure and caused extravasation of anesthesia in my hand and arm. They pumped me up with so much sedation I dont even remember waking up. While I was under Dr Vakil took out one of my implants and replaced it with a bridge. I didnt consent to that. The veneers didnt reach my gum line so he put filler there and said he was going to fix everything. Well I had an appointment for him to fix everything and then 1 day before the appointment he called and said I was no longer a patient of his. I went to a REAL dentist today and found out the implants that Dr Vakil put in my mouth were placed wrong. The veneers he sold me are actually crowns. He had me pay for veneers and claimed some of the crowns on my insurance. Trust me when I tell you this dentist is no good. I have already reported him to the state board. I spent over $25,000.00 with this dentist and its going to cost me $20,000 to get my teeth fixed from the work he did. Please dont be his next victim.REALY! I HAVE NOT BEEN A PATIENT???? PROOF ATTACHED

What an amazing team! Treatment was great and costs were reasonable. Dr Vakil was very professional and very thorough during my examination. He has excellent chair side manners, listens to you, and open for questions with treatment. He is very easy going and not pushy. He lets you know the treatment options and you make the decision that is right for you. His office staff were friendly and explained the insurance side in detail. They were readily available for questions and appointments. And the office is beautiful! I would highly recommend Dr Vakil to my friends and family.

I went to get my teeth clean also a free consultation for implants from a flyer they sent to me by mail but they charging me for the consultation That was supposed to be free and they would not give me my money back, I called to request my money back after I realize I was charged for the free consultation, they came up with some lame explanation and would not give me my money back I was planning on getting my implants there but now I would have to go somewhere else because they lied to me. The person at the front desk is the reason I will not be returning to this location

Let me start off by saying that the office is gorgeous! It is very modern, but most of all, CLEAN! The staff is friendly and makes you feel very comfortable. I went in for a cleaning and Dr. Vakil not only did a wonderful job, but he took the time to answer all of my questions. I would definitely recommend Dr. Vakil to everyone. Omg, after trying several different dentists , I found THE ONE! Ive had so many bad experiences with dentists and I got a mailer about Smile32 and decided to try it out! I needed some extensive work done and needed a good dentists. The moment I walked in for my consult Ashley welcomed me and we connected immediately and she knew what I wanted. The Dr Vakyl (I hope I spelt that right!) Is amazing! Ive never had a dentist and his entire team care so much about me and my smile and self esteem and teeth! They went above and beyond. I had 2 bridges done and I can finally smile with confidence after waiting for 8 years to find a dentist to do the work and I am sooooo happy with how it turned out and how this team treated me. From the front desk to the Dr to the lab and every single person in this office. After searching for 8 years, I have found my new forever dentist. I highly recommend him! I already have one recommendation that came in for something that will change their entire smile and they too have been shocked at how amazing this team is! Thank you to the Dr and his entire team! I will recommend you for years to come! I went through a lot of awful things before I found such an amazing place!The first picture is the final product with both bridges in place and all crowns in too. The second picture was after they had shaved down the teeth and put temporary caps on. The two front teeth kept turning a nasty yellow color. Dr. Pratik Vakil and his entire team are a credit to the trade. I in the past despised going to the Dentist. They have changed my whole perspective. I was in considerable pain from a bridge that was not placed properly by another Dentist. In fact it fell out. Cathy the office manager did everything to get me seen immediatly and diligently worked out a treatment plan. Cindy the hygenist is a charm and made taking xrays a breeze , Jennifer the DA could not be more gentle and Dr. Pratik himself is just amazing.Prior to my arrival, I was in quite a bit of pain and Dr.Patik and his wonderful staff not only fixed my original problem, but eased my fears so well, I chose to have three crowns, a bone graph done and in addition three implants installed. All done impeccably.I cant say enough about how easy and painless my experience with Smile32dentistry has been. My visit with Dr. Vakil and his staff was amazing. I had went in to his office with terrible tooth pain/sensitivity that left me unable to eat or drink anything on one side of my mouth. I had my X-rays done by Jacqueline (who made it a point to make conversation and help me relax) and ended up needing three fillings done, which I had assumed I needed before my visit though Ive had a terrible experience the last time I got those fillings done years ago from a different dentist. Dr. Vakil was very soothing, he explained the procedure to me and reassured me that I would not feel that pain as I had experienced before. I left that day with Jennifer explaining the cost between my insurance and me. She made sure I was in as soon as possible especially since I was in pain, which I appreciated very much. The procedure was quick and painless, Dr. Vakil was checking with me between every step to make sure I was okay. The staff is awesome, they are a big part in the patient feeling comfortable as well. Here you are not just a paying customer, you are a patient in need and that is not something easy to find. The whole experience was the best I could hope for, I will recommend this team to anyone and everyone! Thank you guys!

Today was my 3rd biannual cleaning and check up at Dr Vakils office. I cannot commend him and his staff enough for their friendly disposition and knowledge of their customers. I had a new hygienist today yet my usual hygienist, Cindy, still greeted me like an old friend. During my check up, Dr Vakil remembered that I am from St. Louis originally and asked about my folks.he was genuine and honest as always. The office manager, Jennifer, remembered my wifes name and askwd how she was, and remebered my preference for scheduling appointments on Fridays when booked my next cleaning.Smile 32 really exudes a family feel and I love being respected as a client. If you are looking for a place where you will be greeted by name as you enter the door, look no further.
