After my dentist retired, I needed to find another. Dr. Le was highly recommended by my wife’s coworker. I have already had some dental work performed and I am extremely pleased. Dr. Le and his staff are just great. They actually deserve TEN stars.

Dr. Le and his staff are amazing! They will go above and beyond to make sure that you are taken care of. I have been insecure about my gummy smile for years. I came to Dr. Le’s office for a consultation for gum contouring - best decision I have ever made! Right off the bat, I could tell that Dr. Le was very knowledgeable about his craft. He is also very personable and funny which helped me feel more comfortable. His wife, Ann is an absolute saint! She went out of her way to understand what the patient wants. She thoroughly walked me through the process to get a better understanding of the procedure. The receptionist and dental assistant were also both so sweet and caring.The office it’s self is spectacular! All of the equipment is state of the art. The office is also beautifully decorated! I came back a few days later to finally fix my gummy smile and Dr. Le is a magician!! The process went so smoothly and I didn’t feel any pain! ( during and after the procedure) Ann was so caring! She made sure that I had everything I needed and went over the after care instructions with me. I already feel so confident about my smile and it’s only the beginning!

NOT TO BE CONFUSED WITH BUNKER HILL PEDIATRIC DENTISTRY.This office was truly a miracle. My wife’s tooth had broken. Other offices quoted us an absurd price to help at all we were also told it would take weeks to even be seen.Enter Bunker Hill Dentistry. I spoke with Miss Ann on the phone and she worked an opening for us to get into the office that day. Upon meeting with Dr. Le, he assessed the situation and provided options rather just diving into a rash quick decision. He opted to rebuild the tooth rather than remove what was left. Working with our insurance, the treatment plan was more than financially reasonable. This office brought hope into the situation where it didn’t seem like many options would be available.We were welcomed, put at ease , and the office has thus far delivered on and exceeded all expectation. We are happy to make Bunker Hill Dentistry our home dentist.

My family and I have been going to Bunker Hill Dentistry since they opened at this location 5 years ago. Dr. Le and his staff are extremely knowledgeable, experienced, and very friendly. Dr. Le is very diligent and patient with his care, and he has done an excellent job with my cleanings as well as restoring an implant and crown where I had a missing tooth. The office itself has a very nice ambiance with comfortable chairs. I’d recommend this office to anyone in Houston.

I visited Bunker Hill Dentistry on 1/9/20 and was met with compassion and professionalism. The office is gorgeous and both the administrative and medical staff were courteous, professional and engaging. I really cringe going to the Dentist, but the visit to Bunker Hill Dentistry was unmatched.The Dentist recommended that I get my wisdom teeth pulled and the administrative staff jumped right into action. They contacted my previous provider to get my x-rays so I didnt have to come out of pocket for any expenses. This saved me the time and frustration of having to do it myself. I really appreciate the level of detail and care that they provided me and Im actually looking forward to coming back.

Dr. Le, Ann & his staff are amazing!My previous dentist has not been able to schedule 3 of us for our cleanings that were disrupted by COVID, and after waiting 10 months I finally started looking for a new dentist office for my son, my husband and I.Dr. Le comes highly recommended via insurance portal + google reviews, so I went ahead called to make an appointment. Considering my previous dentist was always having scheduling issues due to COVID, I figured there would surely be a wait to get into Dr. Le. NOPE! Ann was able to make us an appointment for the following week. Enter Texas-Snow, and once again, cancelled dental appointments. :(BUT! Ann is amazing and called me as soon as the office opened and rescheduled our appointments for the next business day! My son, my husband and I were all seen on the same day - on time and with efficiency.We all were able to get our routine cleanings in the same day, as well as make individualized treatment plans for each person moving forward. I appreciate the time and attention we all received from Dr. Le, and I am happy we have made the move to his practice :)

Dr. Le is entirely interested in helping the patient first. He has been wonderful about making a plan specific to each of our family members needs. We even have extended family seeing him now because the office is so helpful and friendly.

I am a sixty-two-year-old male and over the years my teeth were chipped due to night grinding. In addition, my teeth were discolored. I decided I wanted to change my appearance because your teeth are the focus point of any face. I chose to replace all my teeth with crowns and veneers as needed. I talked to various dentist and the Houston area as well as watched many videos on YouTube. After careful consideration of the recommendations, I decided to go with Bunker Hill Dentistry (BHD). Doctor Le is very skilled in his craft and has a great personality. He upgraded all my teeth over a three-month period using Zirconium (4 veneers and 17 crowns). He works with a great lab out of Denver (German trained lab technician with years of experience) and when the crowns and veneers arrived everything fit perfectly without making any adjustments. My wife and I, love my new Hollywood smile (look natural and real). I have been told I look ten-years younger. BHD Is located in a beautiful office building ground level on the feeder next to Starbucks Memorial City Mall. Incredible communication, even before I step foot into the office. I sent an email showing interest in becoming a new patient here and less than 12 hours later I received both and email and call following-up. I was able to get all my insurance information sorted over the phone with them and received text messages and emails (very helpful) reminding me of my appointment. One thing I love about this practice is that part of the registration process involves asking what YOU dislike about your smile. The staff here really take into account your goals for your smile and will help you develop a plan to achieve it. This was hands down the fastest and least painful cleaning Ive ever had, and thats saying something. In the past, I have been told that I am not a good candidate for invisalign for adult braces, but Dr. Le and his staff informed me with the new technology of 3-D printing and Dr. Les expertise, it could be possible. Dr. Le has been published in multiple dental journals for his work and I feel incredibly grateful to be a patient of his. His staff are all knowledgeable and incredibly kind.

Dr. Lee was such an excellent dentist and even with my extreme situation he was able to bring me comfort in my smile my teeth and my overall happiness. I LOVE going here! (As much as you can love going to the dentist anyway...) The staff is so friendly and personable. They are very timely, so I can usually get in and out during my lunch break. I like that they are consultative in their approach to your dental plan, and don’t make you feel like you have to do do everything at once (unless you really do) so you can make the most of your dental benefits each year.

Best dentist I have ever had... my previous DDS hadnt really updated his tech in 15 years...so when I first went to go see the folks at bunker hill I was blown away. Dr. Li shows you whats going on in real time with imaging and his display tech, didnt have to leave chair or put on vest for xrays... the cleanings are even more pleasent...the place is also maintained very clean and sanitized. I had crown replaced and it was done with the minimal amount of pain. My whole family goes here and I feel totally safe there. They are open for business!

Im from Georgia, I came to Texas to visit my family. I stopped by and they went above and beyond of what I expected for my implants. I typically do not go to the dentist unless my tooth really bothers me because my past experiences with multiple dentists had not been pleasant. Bunker Hill Dentistry has a positive friendly clean modern atmosphere and their staff is genuinely kind and welcoming of everyone. I loved that the plan of care is individualized for each of their patient and detailed explanations were given about my teeth and procedures so that I could better understand everything in order to move forward with my plans. Pictures are taken so that I am able to see the progression of my dental care plans. Dr. Le kept me informed throughout my extractions about what to expect before, during (with no pain), and after the procedure. Wow! Just wow! Very satisfied with this family practice. I normally hate going to the dentist with a passion, and havent been in nearly 5-10 years. I was very scared going in being it was so long. I honestly cant even remember the last time I went. However for just over 10 years Ive had a dead nerve as my previous 2 dentists claimed on the side of my front left tooth (Very unnoticeable in my smile, but you could clearly see it). Both dentists gave me NO options whatsoever with it. Not even to color over it or something cosmetic. One tried to drill it out, but said it was deep in my tooth.After getting a basic cleaning that morning, Dr. Le told me right off the bat that it was a cavity!!! I even questioned him numerous times as if I knew more than him lol (only what the previous 2 people had told me). He was able to conveniently fit me in for later that afternoon to take care of the 4 cavities I had which was nice given my situation, and low & behold like Dr. Le said, it was a damn cavity the whole time!! For 10 years Ive carried that around and felt uncomfortable in my smile, and I cant thank him enough.Theyve been around for over 20 years and him & his wife are both very genuine, down to earth people (plus theyre from the Beaumont area where Im from). Theyre not fake or youre average snobby rich people, and I can honestly say that it was a very pleasant experience. I didnt feel one single cavity being drilled on (which is what deters me from going in the first place). Truly a 5-star dentistry. No wait time once I checked in so they do a really great job in scheduling their patients out & not stacking. Thanks again!

Dr. Li is a skilled dentist who does most of the work himself. By this its a refreshing change to spend so much time with the dentist himself rather than a hygienist. Ive had many cleanings, some light fillings, wisdom tooth extraction, and Invisalign here. All great so far!

Cant say enough good things about Dr. Le and his staff at Bunker Hill Dentistry. I visited them initially to get a second opinion on needing a crown. They took the time to inspect, photograph and then explain to me fully about why they felt I was over diagnosed and I walked out with just a filling. Dr. Le is also an expert in bonding, which is often an excellent and less expensive alternative to veneers (which most dentists will push you toward because they are quick to apply and cost far more for the patient.) Their enormous emphasis on educating their patients to help them make informed decisions about their dental health is second to none. You wont be disappointed.

This is one of the best dentistry experience I ever had. It was by accident that I found Dr. Le and his Bunker Hill Dentistry office. His office is right across the street from my office building and I decided to walk in and talked to his receptionist to get more information. After talking to Ann for 10 minutes, I was given a tour of the dentistry and its operations. I decided to try the dentistry for a one time cleaning and was convinced of the professionalism. When I make an appointment, I get an email calendar reminder and a text message reminder a few days before the appointment and on the day of the appointment. I can reschedule the appointment from the email or text. After my first appointment with Dr. Le, I decided to leave my other dentistry of 8 years and have Bunker Hill Dentistry and Dr. Le as my primary dentistry. For two years now, Bunker Hill Dentistry has been providing me annual teeth cleaning, removed my old black fillings and refilled it with a natural color fillings, and most of all, I had my Invisalign done at his office and within a year, all of my family, friends, and coworkers were amazed at how straight and aligned my teeth has become. Dr. Le spent about 2-3 minutes every month to check and track the Invisalign process. I am very satisfied with Dr. Le and his office that I have refer my uncle to use his service.

My husband and I smile in front of everybody today because of Dr Le and Ficoi.They helped us a lot when we were on pain.Very humble and very professionalThey love what they do and they are too smart.The husband speaks many languages.We spoke some french before.Very talented and very humble.I strongly recommand people to get their teeths clean.

Very BAD!! Front office staff, this is the second time I book an appointment for February and i get sent home because the staff dosent verify ins on time, Im having to go up there so they can tell me things and send home, you guys are just waisting my time need to get better verifying eligibility and at least give heads up to parents whats going on with a childs ins defenetly not going back.

I want to take my time to review this place with a negative number .in may 7,2017. I took both of my kids 11 and 13 of age to this place.they worked on my kids tooth 15,18,31,19, tooth #2,30 was pending .so the reschedule me for 8/9/17.they had said that it will be $180 for #2 and the insurance will cover $22 and I will cover$118.also tooth 30 needed some work .they said it will be $235 but amount allowed was $182 and $100 from the insurance and I would pay $82 so the total would be $200.when I showed they wanted to charge me for things they had already done for example tooth 19,30,c,14,15,31.and the prices were wY too much than what they had quoted me.i will be contacting a lawyer and I will be posting with friends outside the office with banners letting customers know what kind of place this place is.i reached out to try to talk to a manager and the wait was bad but finally talked to Kristen but she was no help.i wish I could post pictures of invoices so I can see exactly what iam talking about

Baby, let me tell you my story. In April 2018 I had some major issues with root tips and a broken tooth and also some major cavities from childhood fillings falling out. I first went to Castle Dental. I won’t name the location. Had X-rays n I had the tips pulled and prescribed amoxicillin and ibuprofen which I took as directed but I’ll be honest, I could not afford to remove the other 2 teeth that had issues. About a week ago, I started having really bad pain again. I went back to castle on Friday and was given a prescription for a different antibiotic and a schedule 2 pain med but no new X-ray although I told the dentist that it was my jaw in major pain, not the teeth or gums. I was able to find the antibiotic with no problem but I had to go to literally 12 different pharmacies to find the pain med and that wasn’t until Monday. On Tuesday, I returned to work and was fine until I got home and my jaw became even more swollen and the pain and pressure was not relieved with the pain med after 2 separate doses taken at the correct times. I called and was told that I need to let the current antibiotics run it’s course. I felt like after 5 days of on time meds, there should have been some improvement. I went to the er at 1 am today. they gave me a shot for pain, told me they couldn’t do anything and sent me home. It did not work. I happened to find this dentist in my discount provider program list. Although they said they didn’t take it, I was still able to be seen, get new X-rays and was treated like a person and not another number for a very decent price. He showed me my new X-rays showing the mass of infection in my jaw and prescribed me an stronger antibiotic and a steroid. 8 hours later, I’m pain free with no narcotics and was able to finally sleep. I will be returning here for my work as well because it’s pretty affordable for me being a cash patient and he made me feel like he cared about find out why I was in pain and not just covering it up or thinking I was just looking for drugs. I was a pt.of Dr.Lei in port arthur,tx.when they first came to Texas I was very please with his service.recently I went in to finish dental work he had started. To find out he left this office without a forwarding address. I told new office i had paid for dental work $800.they had no record of anything he started.i called my insurance.he hadnt filed. I goggle his name found him in houston.called and she said it was wrong lei. A lot Asian with that name.Goggle again there was a article an his pic. She lied an i got the run around. All i want is my money for services not received .

This is only the second time i’ve Been there and they remebeeed me (it’s been a year and a half) always do what’s best for me $$ wise they Mrs.Le took the time to call the oral surgern for me!! I haven’t been tot eh dentist in 12year (prior to me first visit) because of trauma from when I was young honestly the only people I trust with my teeth

Dr. Lee and his wife Ann are charming people. I reached out to them when they owned and operated Southeast Texas Cosmetic Dentristry in Port Arthur, Texas to discuss options to improve the appearance of my teeth. I had already seen my family dentist and discussed options. I expressed a desire for cosmetic correction of coloration and relatively minor misalignment. I felt a better smile would help to increase my sales and further my career. My dentist had advised me that my teeth were in good condition, and with some whitening treatments and possible use of Invisalign braces, I would be very happy with my appearance and my original teeth would last a lifetime as they were intended to do. He seriously warned me of dentists who would try to talk me into more drastic procedures that would look good initially, but in a few years would begin to fail and break off, and in just 10 short years would leave me with a mouth full of short nubs that were remnants of my original teeth. In many cases there would be just the base and roots of the original teeth which had been ground down to gum level when the dentist couldnt get the alignment they were trying to achieve with any remaining portion of the original tooth exposed and in his way. He told me that these dentists could be very persuasive, and the pictures they show and the sales techniques they employ, along with the luxurious and stylish design of their facility, were intended to convince patients to consent to the most drastic resorative procedures, disregarding other less drastic yet more appropriate treatment options. These very costly procedures, which are not covered by insurance, would greatly enrich the dentist, without consideration of what was in the best long term interests of the patient. He told me that many times the dentists staff would actually secretly pull a credit report on the patient without authorization and before treatment or financing options have been discussed, and often before the patient had even been examined, to determined if that person would be a qualified candidate for cosmetic enhancement.I wish I had listened to my family dentist and heeded his warning. I sit here today with the exact end result I was warned may happen. All of my front teeth broken off at the gum line with only the base and root remaining. I am told there is not even enough remaining to attach new crowns to, and (if I could afford it) would require painful surgical extractions of these remnants to even be able to implant new teeth. The side teeth that were ground down to sharp pointed nubs, the crowns having all broken off, make it almost impossible to eat without cutting into my cheek tissue every time I bite down. It is a horrible situation to be in, having paid Dr. Lee almost $15,000, I now sit at home, embarrassed to even go out in public because of my appearance.BEWARE of this charming and persuasive artist/dentist/salesman, driving his fancy car and living in his big mansion. What is in HIS best interest may not be in YOUR best interest, and in fact may cause you to face a devastating future.
