First RUDEST FRONT DESK STUFF EVER, they’re not smiling, not helpful and always lecturing patients, I been with this location for almost 7months today was my first time forgetting my mask they did not want to provide me with one and kept lecturing about it that I should not forget a mask and I have to bring it with me next time otherwise I can not enter the clinic I did not like how they act at all they were talking rudely and it is a clinic so I think they should have a mask available for everyone who don’t have one just like any other place.Second, I had an appointment for my newborn baby with the pediatric My appointment was at 1:00pm I arrived 1:18pm because of my baby kept crying and I had to park and feed him so I was late 18 minutes as a new mom things happen as soon as I enter I signed my baby name they called and asked me if they can reschedule my appointment because they will not accept my baby because we are late I asked nicely if I can talk to the doctor because my newborn baby really need to see the doctor the pediatric nurse came and did not even want to listen to me and kept saying that we have to reschedule the appointment that was really bad act with a newborn baby she was so mean and did not even try to help me and was talking rude to me so I do not recommend that location for any baby, she should be nicer than that with the kids I don’t know how they hired her to be a pediatric nurse think twice before you go.

I have been to this clinic with my adolescents for 2 years now and I would not recommend it to anyone. While some staff members like the nurses and one doctor were warm and seemed compassionate, the front desk personnel, (except for the referral coordinator, who is always professional and polite) is quite rude and incompetent. Once, I had to leave the place after having made an appointment for a physical 1 month ahead, I was told that I had to apply to become a member of their network.My son came out of an appointment thinking that he had a fat liver disease according to his doctor and became hypochondriac, only to be told later that there was nothing wrong with him. It is not easy to ask for a doctor to sign for a visit, for that you have to go to their corporate office. The front desk is rude and dismissive. Trust any other clinic with your health care.

This clinic is amazing! The efficiency and structured coordination of the Covid vaccinations was unbelievable. I was literally in and out in less than 30 minutes from beginning to end. This includes the 15 minute wait time after the vaccine to ensure there are no reactions. I have never been to a clinic that was so organized. I received text and email notifications as well as a call when there was an opening for an earlier appointment. This was a great experience with two locations and very friendly, professional staff. I highly recommend.

Worst experience.... they missed the appointment twice with DR Lilani Dashan, then the office manager refused to even talk to me when I asked to speak to her becauseshe is busy.... I made the first appointment on Sep 29 but they claimed they dont have it. The second appointment scheduled Oct 4, at 2:30 pm and verified twice the time and location. I arrived 30 mints earlier and after waiting for 15 minutes they told me the appointment is at a different location.

We just had a baby, and we would go to see Dr. Shan-Chen Wu. She is a very patient and kind.Every time we have questions or problem, she would respond quick.

The old lady I believe shes clinical general manager was so rude and yelled at one of the patients inside the clinic! Noisy environment not acceptable I would ask her to be more respectful with the patients!

Probably the BEST DR staff and experience! Seriously DR. Hana is very professional, he’s always on time and knows what’s he is doing! My husband and I were so pleased with everything and how he handled delivery of our baby girl! We were kinda iffy about west Houston medical center where he delivers babies but to be honest the Whole staff at West Houston was Great! Very nice helpful and friendly! I hope you get Nurse MAY she was absolutely the BEST after delivery! She help me so much and went out of her way to make us feel comfortable at our stay there, she didn’t miss a beat! Thank YoU DR Hana for this 9 months journey! You really showed up and showed OuT! We appreciate you and your staff so much!

Took my elderly dad here for the COVID vaccine. The staff was very fast, friendly, and efficient. We were in and out in under 30 minutes (that includes 15 minute wait after the vaccine was given, to make sure no problems.)

Today I had appointment with Hope clinic dental and gone there but they were telling me your appointment has been canceled. Whenever I asked why ?then they told me that they had sent an email to me about cancellation but I showed them the email for appointment that showed for appointment not for cancellation. Then they were telling lies they had called me left messages and which were also for coming to appointment. Then they were telling their system is not working. When I asked them then why the other people are getting appointments right now and moving inside then they were telling lies upon lies. In short they had given our appointment to other one and were miss behaving with us because they had nothing to say. The dental section of Hope clinic is very corrupt and incompetent and full of liars. The main Hope clinic is very professional and good polite people but this section is full of liars and unskilled people who just play lies upon lies. I hope the management would either train them or replace them if could not train them. I am talking about the other sections of Hope clinic

Ive been coming here for maybe 2 or 3 years. After losing insurance I expected some changes. Ive never had an issue. I do think the front desk staff could be a little warmer. But it also depends on whos there. There are peek times that I try to avoid like lunch. Or getting close to after school times. The longest wait time I experienced was during a peek time with no appointment. Maybe I just got lucky with my appointments. I see Tiffany Nguyen I like her and get better after seeing her. She seems to care about not just my immediate problem but my overall health. I did go there once with breathing issues not realizing it was an asthma attack. I had not had one since I was 12. I was seen and treated great. Sorry to those who have had bad experiences. I hope improvements can be made.

Pediatric nurse. His name is Moe. I love every time when I see him, he is always smiling, active, fun, always making joke with my kid and very energetic person. He is able to remove apple seed from my son ear least then a minute before doctor come in to the room. After 5 minutes later doctor come in and I was able to go home quick. Look like he has a lot of experience with kids and he know exactly what he was doing to my kid. Thank to him.

I have very bad experience with hope clinic. My babys doctor gave speech therapy referral for my baby. Referral team told me that my baby can be referred to ONLY one speech therapy referral agency and we have to WAIT for that agency to call us for actual service.I called Community Health Choice and was informed that Hope Clinic can and must refer my baby to more than one speech therapy and by baby has a right to go with any agency who can help my baby first.So I got the 2nd speech therapy agency. However, Hope Clinic is VERY slow to respond to this speech therapy agency in the process of referral and getting my baby on the actual speech therapy service with this agency.There are may evidences to tell me that Hope Clinic has very bad customer services and DO NOT care about PATIENTS needs and Hope Clinic DO NOT want to go any extra miles to help patients.So if you have thought to sign up with Hope Clinic, please consider my experience with Hope Clinic.

I went there for my general tests and i requested to Dr. Tiffany as well as receptionist that i want my Thyroid test too. When i got my blood report so there was no Thyroid test report. I asked to the receptionist so she said we will call you today and let you know. No one call me on same day i received there call on next day with very lame excuse that insurance will not fully covered thyroid test thats why we did not do that so i asked them why you did not inform me about it at the time when i came so i will talk to my insurance now again you want me to give my blood. Basically they forgot to do my thyroid test and later they were giving stupid excuses. Very unprofessional front desk staff. Not recommended at all.

Lousy service I had to wait 13 hours for the recipe and when they sent it wrong I do not recommend it, apart from the fact that the prices are very high for the service it offers, look for an option other than this

Very bad experience with doctor Nair Smitha, she shows no patience to her patient, only 2 minutes in the room, she opened door and tried to leave while we still had many questions. Then following questions and answers were half in the room and half in the aisle.... and with no no no patience. hope clinic do have some amazing doctors we had seen, but definitely not this one!!!! If you plan to go to this clinic, be careful do not choose this one!!! You will be upset. Good luck!!!

Very professional staff. Doctors were also very nice and understanding. However would not recommend for specialized care or more sophisticated needs. For regular follow ups, colds, minor aches and pains, kids physicals.

I have visited all Hope Clinic Office, but I like this location which is in Alief. All staffs are nice and happy, they always help you whenever you want. Highly recommend

All 6 of my kids are patients at hope alief clinic...they love all the staff..Dr. Nair rocks..& Moe the medical assistant is so helpful & smart..I just recently switched my kids to there dentist office also..i love the convience and nice staff...they are all down to earth..people friendly..smiling faces.

I went last week of December for my wife and my daughter to this clinic the Ob nurse was extremely professional she take her time to explain everything about procedures Ana is her name my wife was super thankful to her, she always smile, thanks to Ana the MA and Dr Gawargious.But went my daughter have her appt was total different the guy He is at the front was in the phone talking with the pediatric Dr to see if can see my daughter he was so rule the way talking with her, after the Nurse call my daughter and she is not professional she was in the phone the time my daughter was triage in the room she was talking about other nurses they are fake with her and I dont like that Actitud She ask me if she look fake that is not my reason to go the clinic, to see if she is fake or not , the first nurse was amazing need more like her dedicated to her Job and professional

Yesterday I went a had test done , I choose her for sooner results and pricing, today I called to know how I would receive my results and i was told it would take a week and a half to even get results back which the doctor told ne 2 days , foreign male , i was then told about extra charges i knew nothing of and would have never received if I knew it was a charge. The pain is unbearable thats why i came a week is a bit exaggerated. I WILL NEVER BRING ME OR MY CHILD HERE AGAIN!!!!

I love this clinic so much especially the front desk staff Lilianna and Lam theyre very helpful in many ways also their medical assistance Moe very attentive and caring!!! However Dr.Creighton we have seen lately for my child shes not very attentive on things she seems to be unhappy on what shes doing. We came here cause our child is coughing much and it happened to be that when were at the Doctors office my son is not coughing not even once, but outside yes nonstop and sometimes he would just vomits after coughing too hard, as a mom of course im worried my son is only 22months and he sleeps late nowadays around 12ish and then will wake up around 2-3am and then 4 am crying and coughing nonstop and next hell vomit...i dont know how many times i wash our bedsheets and pillow cases but all I remember is we are exhausted and i felt horrible because I wish i could have done more to ease his pain I followed the Dr instruction with meds however my child is starting to not like the taste of the meds he will spit it out and i tried every method: such as mixing with yogurt ,juice ,fruits but then this little boy is too smart to taste everything so the meds will be waste sometimes but then the meds were gone and now needed a refill i asked Dr.Creighton for refill and she told me why is the medicine gone so fast?! (with her voice of annoyed tone).so I explained it to her that sometime my son would take the meds and spit it out, or vomits then we would give him another one since he spits them out. The point of this is shes making us feel like we just want the meds and taking advantage of something I dont know why i felt that way but also she told us that my sone are perfectly fine he isnt coughing its just a allergies, so she prescribed allergy meds so as for his ear infection. Long story short we came back after 6days of his antibiotics I figured he might needs to get a follow up check because we notice that his cough are still not going away not even single night he would sleep good.. So i came there with my son and she checked it she was in a hurry that she said maybe he isnt not getting the medicine enough on his body thats why he isnt getting better! with the attitude tone anyway i have no problems towards her I just want child to get better and I know with my heart since Im also in Medical Field she shouldnt be talking like with attitude tone... we understand its a tough job and shes afraid of presribing meds because lawsuit will chase her. But then she kept telling me the same exact thing that my son got allegies and its been almost a month and his ear infection came back also. I just dont see her care to her patient i just see that she cares for her pay check... Anyways moving on I wasnt please on her diagnosis I went to Urgent Care Sugar Land and they gave him Steroids right away and antibiotic for his ears and some Albuterol for of his cough and at the same day we came from hope clinic the Dr at Urgent care never mention any allergies and did Not prescribe any allergy meds to my son. I am more happy and feel at ease since he is back to his sleep time. i just hope that even tough theyre working hard to do their job i hope she could still show some care because you dont know what futures holds, what if you happened to be a mom and turns to be in that position...just saying Life is too short and God is all about giving love without it you wont be in that position. i still love this place but i hope they would find a right fit for the position just an FYI if you work with kids you need to show the care and love the better action the fast recovery they will reach. Worst place EVER!!! Do not come to this location they don’t know what they are doing! I called in had me waiting over 30 min. Then I walked in and not one person is in the lobby. Lazy ass people!!! Put some workers that actually care for the sick!!!

I recently wrote an review.... after i was seen my results came in . I do not have health insurance doctor H gave me all persciptions i couldn’t afford including birth control. My second time coming in i was in and out.

Hope clinic? more like hopeless clinic

I take my 13 month old son here the staff is pretty friendly and get you in and out pretty fast.I took one star off because the Asian lady over the phone is very rude telling me I cant schedule any more appointments just because I wasnt able to make it to one.

I had an appointment and I was 3 hours waiting for a vaccine. after three hours waiting, did not have the vaccine . 😭

I have vaccine shot and I wait more than 1:5 hr and no one call me . Since I talked with them many times but they are not care . I have bad experience for the waiting to see the doctors for this clinic and the clinic in Houston corporate dr, some time reach to three hrs .

When I started going to the clinic I loved how they treated me and especially Ana gynecologist nurse she was a very kind person I knew what I was doing to translate excellent I can not believe that she left the clinic so I changed clinic because no It is the doctor who treats us in if she is the nurse and I do not like at all the way in which the new nurse translates and it is very sadly my family will no longer go to that clinic the manager is an uneducated person I asked to speak with her and She said she was on the phone but on her cell phone because she looks from the outside and Nurse Polanco attended to my husband and we asked for our gynecologist nurse where she works and started talking as badly about her as the lack of professionalism is notedbring back the best nurse Ana

We went with my wife to consult for an IUD because a friend referred us there nurse Ana Polanco gave an IUD to our friend yuridia arroyo since the patient never came for him but when we got there and went to the doctor we realized that everything It is pure falsehood, nothing is free and what the nurse did is something that is not done. so I was just going to put it there to the clinic I am reporting it because we found out that this is not professional and it bothered me a lot for the things they do there we had to pay 85 just to be told that I do not expect they will not continue doing that we are very upset
