Horrible Horrible HORRIBLE! Had a appointment at 10:45am… wasn’t seen until 2:20pm & the doctor had no idea what he was doing!!! He was asking the nurses for advice! And kept trying to get me to have services done that I didn’t even need or come for, just so he could bill Medicaid for more money! This place is trash & I would NOT recommend any one come here!!! I definitely should have read the reviews before coming here!

My appointment was at 9:45 am, I had it confirmed and everything, needless to say its 10:45 am and still havent been called in, the front desk is careless 🙃 apparently when you make a appointment they dont see you at the appointment time, you have wait and extra hour or so. I should went to a different doctor office or a simple consultation, my recommendation is not come here,

Very bad place to go they are not professional at all very dirty very rude they take extremely a lot of time to see they have you waiting for hours even if you have an appointment everyone very rude staff and owner. They made me come in for my appointment and then they said they couldn’t see me very unprofessional. I don’t recommend at all

This is NOT a free clinic. Even if you have an emergency. But the staff is very nice and helpful and gave me the right recommendations.

I have an appointment today at 1:45. They close at 3. Its 3:22 and Im still waiting to see Dr Faith. Never coming back to this location. People that came in after me got called back before me.

I came here for a Well Womens exam. I use Texas Healthy women because I just recently opted out of my fathers insurance after turning 26. The process took a little bit longer than anticipated because of a seemingly first come first serve basis (even with an appointment) BUT with patience, a lot of services got done for me today. I had no issues with the staff. I found the doctor and her and assistant to be polite and easy to work with. Miss Heason the lab lady was also great.5 stars for helping many who are without private health insurance.

Worst clinic ever, long story short they make you wait 3 to 4 hours with appointment, they didnt even do lab work. They told me to go back the next day because the phlebotomist left, bt I bet they charge the medicaid for the blood work. The medical assistants gives u attitude. They are confuse when you call to ask for results.. wow is ridiculous worst clinic.

This place is trash, the dr pees on the floor in the mens bathroom. Disgusting.

UNPROFESSIONAL! You’ll never get a call back the doctor will leave notes for the nurses to get in contact with you and they never do. I DONT RECOMMEND

Really wish I could give zero stars on this. Called ahead and was price quoted for a guided nexplanon removal. They quoted and said they could do it.My fiance comes out after an hour and a half later In tears, these guys opened her arm up, and werent able to get it out. They didnt do the ultrasound part of the guided removal so they either cut in the wrong place, but blamed it on the person who did implanted in the first place.She gave us 3 refferals of people that said they could do it, and every single place we called said they didnt do guided nexplanon removal. And because it was already cut open no one would touch it anyways.So we payed to have her arm opened up and dug through for absolutely no reason.Faith Onyechefuna should lose her license, and she should not be claiming she can do things she cant. Completely unacceptable.EVERYONE STEER CLEAR FROM HERE.

This clinic provides horrible service. Just because you have medicaid or low income or Hispanic doesnt mean you automatically should get horrible service or for the staff to be rude. Too bad I dont have health insurance because I would go somewhere else if I had a choice right now.

They are open until 3 pm, I got there before 3 pm and tgey are not taking any more patients. What a joke!

Why make an appt when your waiting over 2 hours almost 3 for a room!!!! This is ridiculous. My appt was at 11:45. I showed up a little earlier since it was my 1st visit to do paperwork......it took 30 min to be called up and then about another 30 minutes for additional forms to be completed.Why couldnt they give them to me all at once? Instead wasted a whole hour on sitting and paperwork. I was the last one called to a room and left with NOBODY else there at 3. Seriously!!!!?? People who came after me all left before me and I had an appt. Never again.

I would very much like to acknowledge Patricia Rivera, Outreach Coordinator/CHW of VCARE Clinics! In this time of healthcare costs crisis, this individual makes an extraordinary contribution in regards to patient care!This individual finds it very rewarding to help those that struggle to obtain much-needed medications for chronic medical conditions such as insulin for diabetes, inhalers for patients with asthma, among other vital healthcare needs. She is also very involved in numerous lower-cost healthcare programs! She always goes above and beyond to help those in need and truly wants to help patients that struggle to obtain these and many more vital medications. And, she is always only a phone call away!As a manager who sends many patients to VCARE Clinics, I have contacted her personally on many occasions in regard to patient care needs and this individual is always so kind and helpful that it makes my job so very much easier. I have only experienced great satisfaction from the patients that I have sent to VCARE Clinics.

The waiting time is horrible! I should’ve read the reviews before coming. It’s my first and last time coming to this clinic. I had to wait over an hour in the room to get seen by the Doctor so she can just check me for 10 mins for a women’s exam. Then wait 30 mins so she can tell me what kind of lab exams I should be getting done today. Oh and an extra hour to get my blood drawn!!

Wait times are long, true. Overall, the receptionist was very helpful and friendly. Appointment time for my 2 kids were at 11:45, sure enough I was there until 3:30. My 1st time going, I wouldnt recommend this place neither

Came to this facility over a year ago. And I was very disappointed took 3 hours to take care of me. Came back a year later, figured Id give them another chance to make the appointment at 9:45 and its 12:30. I have yet to get help. I if you have a life or kids or have things to do I strongly recommend you do not come here. These people really dont care about you. And now I have to miss work because they took too long to see me. This is the most ridiculous place Ive ever been, definitely not coming back.

The staff and doctors are great. When I call or go in they treat me with kindness and respect. They helped my husband and I get on a program that allows us to recieve our medical care and lab work free. They are a blessing for the uninsured and by no means do they take advantage of the people they care for.

First and last time, Horrible only go if you have no insurance... Cater to a certain ethnicity

This is a great clinic. They have affordable prices and offer financial assistance programs. Its great that they are open on Saterdays and the PA is friendly and has good bed side manners.

The reviews about the wait time are true. I have used this place due to lack of insurance. This was my third and last time. I got so sick that I could no longer wait. Three hours and never saw a doctor. Also they love to do unnecessary test, trying get more money. Never again!

Service here is very poor, not to mention the girls at the front desk are very rude. Did a cat scan for this location and dont even care to get it reviewed by the doctors there. The doctor with the C name was very nice but the staff is the absolute worst.

Great place to go if you are uninsured and cant afford healthcare. This clinic does itts best to serve its community and keep it affordable for those who wouldnt normally be able to see a doctor. The only clinic focusing on the uninsured in this part of town.

Its cheap but you will have to wait hours. No joke. Even with a appointment you have to wait more than a hour.

Had my first appointment at 10:45 so I got there 10 minutes before. I was getting a wellness exam and women’s exam. By the time I got in the room it was around 11:30 then by the time the dr got in the room it was 12:10 and she was literally in there less than 5 minutes and only did the women’s part of the exam. I asked her a question about my current health concerns and all she said was when you get sick again you can come get examined and she left. I was in disbelief like is this really happening is she not going to address my concerns. A few days later I had to go to an urgent care with a upper respiratory infection and was prescribed a few things. Had this “dr” actually addressed my concerns and cared about her patient instead of sitting behind a desk making me wait then maybe I wouldnt of had to go to an urgent care. I wasted my one free annual insurance wellness check up on this ridiculous place.

They dont properly let patients know that if you get a sti test (which you pay for) then you have to pay for the results. The doctor was too lazy to do a real exam and made me feel judged. They are taking advantage of the uninsured

I would give no star if I could . Very bad service, only good if you dont have insurance and looking for cheap healthcare and wont care about the quality of the service you get. I was looking for new primary physicion who accept my insurance and my insurance assign me this clinic , as soon as I can will change my primary physician , had to wait almost two hours.

Great staff and doctor, everyone is nice and friendly the doctor is very thorough about testing, Highly recommend.

I started coming here because of the convinience of it being open saturdays but every time I come they change the fee and it wouldnt be a problem if they let me know ahead of time not until Im here and then I have to be figuring out gow to pay the difference

I went in for a pap smear and had an appointment for 11:45. I got there at 11:30 and didnt leave until 2:30. I was told not to eat because they were going to do my blood work and that never happened. So I sat hungry with a headache for three hours before they inserted the plastic tying. I told them it hurt and that I was scared and they didnt say or do anything to make me feel better. They lady checking me in kept asking if i was 17 three times i got frustrated it seemed stupid of her that she couldnt do simple math and count how ond i was the made me sign two forms of my date of birth and personal information she also kept calling me by the wrong name and when i tryed to tell her she said it didnt matter whole thing was a terrible experience and Im never going back again

Never done this before but feel obligated to do so the service at this clinic is incredibly poor first got there at 8:30 am when the schedule says they open at 9:00am the waiting room was full while Im waiting I get a fever of 101 I just made it home and yes I still have the same fever the nurse refused to give me anything the doctor said she was going to give me ibuprofen never did the doctor got my name wrong on my prescription so I was delayed even more when Im getting in my car I get a phone call telling me that they forgot to charge me for the lab tests so I had to go back oh and the people at the pharmacy werent there when the sing on the window said yes we are open just because low income families go there doesnt give them the right to incredibly poor service

Went there for the first time last week; got there at 8:40am and by 11:30am I still wasnt seen; so asked for my refund and left. The worst service, and way too many employees just walking around not doing any work.
