I came in to this office out of pain and desperation because the chiropractor I usually go to was closed. You need an appointment to be seen here but I walked in and Dr. Leyva treated me anyway and spends time making sure you leave feeling better to tackle your week. This is the only chiropractor I will see now and urge whoever is on pain to make an appointment here.

Amazing services! Outstanding attitude and unbeatable treatment! Here’s why I’m telling this... My knee was hurting really bad and was swelling. So, I thought it’s hairline fracture. I called Houston Healing Chiropractic and spoke to Dr Viri Levya. She said it’s just little problem and she could fix it in a bit. So, my fear about fracture went away, this way she made comfortable over the phone only without even paying a penny. She also prescribed me over the counter medicine until I would go to visit their office for treatment. When I went to their office I had little issue when stepping and had to walk carefully when stepping left foot. When I came out of the office, I was completely normal and my knee pain vanished. She also explained very well how the treatment worked by showing me the pictures of areas of pain and made me understand. She also provided me with a tool to use for keeping my muscles in order. My experience here was excellent in all aspects- professionalism, knowledge, passion, cure and best of all- the cost! Very reasonable price paid for the comfort I got.I would strongly recommend this place.

2 words, ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! From beginning to end of my visit the staff is welcoming, considerate, friendly, personable and beyond accommodating. After being in a car accident (which is already a big inconvenience in itself) coming to a chiropractor can seem like a hassle but Sam and Perla make sure to get you in and out in a considerate amount of time. In the 20+ times I’ve had to come for a scheduled appointment I’ve never had to deal with long waits and I’ve never felt like I was wasting my time. They ask me how I’m feeling as soon as I walk through the door and make sure to focus on anything that’s bothering me. Dr.Leyva is professional and very knowledgeable at her craft . She can tell me what’s wrong and where it hurts before I even open my mouth which is a huge plus in my book because I never want to feel like someone is just trying to get me to pay for something I don’t need. Her and all of her staff never fail to ask me about my daughter or how’s school is going. If I tell Dr.Leyva I have a big test the next time I come in they all ask how a did. Have been going here on and off for a couple years now. Whether its spine issues or another area, I can always count on the friendly staff and Dr. Leyva to get me fixed right up!It took a few visits a year and a half ago to get me fixed, then I managed to stay away until I moved my entire house contents myself, which had my spine in all sorts of knots. Again, I went in and they fixed me up and I left feeling great!Ive been to a number of chiropractors in a few states throughout my life and after a spine injury 16 years ago and this place, both staff and Dr. Leyva, are the best Ive seen. I work here and I love this job and my boss. She is very genuine and caring and she loves what she does. She cares very deeply about her patients and wants nothing more than to help them heal and feel great. Not only do I work for her but I also see her as a patient. I always have occasional back and hip pain, but it was recently so bad that the right side of my hip felt like it needed a huge pop and I was even considering getting an X-ray on it. She gave me an adjustment and did some muscle work and after she was done I felt a whole lot better. The pain has actually went away and very seldom returns. I’m very appreciative that she actually took the time to listen and figure out what was causing me my pain. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME - FYI - Her website advertising that she is part of Blue Cross Blue Shield network, it is not true. If you have this insurance do not go. After reading all reviews I made an appointment about a week ago and provided all insurance info to verify. When I got to office today for my appointment I asked her if she have verified my insurance, she told me yes, and told me i have $300 deductible. I informed her that i have meet all of my deductibles for this year. She started the examination and start to tell me that today she is not going provide any treatment, because my insurance will not pay for treatment on first visit i have to come back next week and i do have $300 deductible. I informed her again that i have meet all my deductible for the year. She disappeared for 10 minutes, comes back and tells me that she is not a part of Blue Cross Blue Shield network, after wasting one hour of my time.

Being in a car wreck recently and being treated by Dr. Leyva , the treatment and work she has put into my body has been magical. Came in and could barely walk due to very bad pain in my lower back. I am known to be super anxious anytime I have to see a doctor but the staff here was so friendly and seemed to really care about their patients that I realized my anxiety was not so bad. When I met Doctor Leyva she took her time with me and answered every question my partner and I had. She said she would get some x rays and would have a plan by the next visit. When I came back for my next visit doc Leyva took her time and went over my x rays with me making sure I understood everything she was saying. By the time I left her office we had a 4 week plan to get me out pain and back on my normal routine again which is exactly what happened.

Ive been seeing Dr. Leyva for almost a year. She is amazing and on top of her welcoming and warm hearted personality she actually wanted to find out what was wrong with me! Instead of so many Doctors telling me what wasnt wrong she worked with me to find out what was. I was in tears bc I went to a spinal specialist and all he could tell me was I needed cortisone shots for the rest of my life and there wasnt going to be relief. Dr. Leyva made sure that wasnt the case. Highly recommend her and her staff. Her message therapists and assistants are all trained and go out of their way to make sure youre taken care of. Anna would call my lawyer as well as any of the doctors I saw to get what was needed ASAP. Go see her! Amazing energy there.

A few months ago I hurt myself lifting weights, I had a lower back pain after deadlifting. I talked to her receptionist really professional they got me in and out at the time they said they were. Till this day I’m still getting treatments even tho I’m walking straight up again just because she gives you this energy after a treatment that I can’t explain. It really builds my confedence up to go out and work out and not be scare to lift heavy because i can trust in DR. Leyva to fix me and now I can leave the accident behind me!

Whenever I have any kind of pain from running or gym, I make an appointment with Dr Leyva. I have been doing this for a few years now. She has a magical way of making the pains disappear and I leave the sessions feeling looser, with no pain, and actually a bit lighter. I was one of those people that over the years developed nagging little pains in my ankles or back or shoulder and I would just wait as many months as it takes for them to heal on their own. I didnt know those things could be fixed with the right touch in the right place! (Which I now know, is usually some place other than where the pain actually is). I will continue to go see Dr Leyva for many many years.

Im thoroughly bewildered by the 1-star review that I saw amid all the other 5-star reviews. Since I got into a car accident a few months ago, Ive been seeing Dr. Leyva few times a week, and not once during any of the 25+ sessions have I ever had an experience that I would rate as less than 5-stars.Dr. Leyva is compassionate, friendly, empathetic, and of course, very knowledgeable about what she does. Shes excellent with spotting where I may be hurting and its cause, and I can feel the release immediately after she provides the treatment. Shes oozing with good vibes and good energy, and I can tell she genuinely enjoys helping people. Ive had multiple occurrences where Ive just wanted to hug her because of how her treatment made my pain go away so quickly and because of her unrelenting support and reassurance shes provided for me. It is very apparent that she really cares for her patients conditions, both physically and mentally.I really like Ana and Mel, too; they are also very sweet and wonderful. Whenever I have any questions, they are always very helpful and attentive with suggestions/possible solutions to my concerns. Anas massages are so relaxing and shes excellent with really getting into those knots and releasing tension. I’ve never had an experience like I had with Dr.leyva. Before I went to her, my other doctors told me I’ll be alright and to just basically walk it off. Come to find out I had a whole muscle spasms on my left side, Dr. Leyva won’t let you leave until she figures out what is going on and what needs to be done. She is very passionate about her job, and you can tell she loves what she does. She is also very caresmatic, and knows how to pick a staff, because her assistant is pretty amazing too. No doubt about It, Houston Healing chiropractic is where you need to go if you are looking for a chiropractor or even a sports injure doctor. I know I will be coming back to her during my sport seasons for sure!

It has been wonderful working with Viri. She has an ability to locate the trouble spot and made adjustments to free things up so I have no pain and regain my range of motion. This allows me to go back to my daily routine. Just like I change the oil in my car I now see Viri at least quarterly to keep in tip top shape and prevent things from acting up. I was referred to Dr. Leyva from a friend of mine. If I could give 10 stars I would . She well deserves it. I came in with a shoulder injury due to an accident . I was seeking therapy from another chiropractor who wasnt do anything to make me feel better . Making this transition was the best decision I made. Dr. Leyva explains everything thoroughly and takes her time to do her adjustments or better yet until I feel better . She truly cares for her patients well being and isnt in it for the money. If you need a chiropractor in downtown Houston, Texas, you need to go to Houston Healing Chiropractic! I had injured my back lifting a few heavy objects where I live in Atlanta and did not have time to visit my chiropractor as I was flying out the next morning for business to Houston. I aided my pain with medication until I arrived in Houston. I just happened to be staying across the street from Houston Healing, so it was within walking distance and I needed help! I was greeted with a warm welcome and was told I had came to the right place because I was in severe pain. Even though I didnt have an appointment and was a cash payer, Dr. leyva worked me right into her busy schedule. I have been to numerous different chiropractors in my life and I have NEVER exerpeineced the type of work Dr. Leyva performed for me. She uses Hand muscle technique and spine movement, and if your worried about strength, she has it! The first visit I was at least 70% better. I returned the following morning and she pinpointed exactly what needed to be worked on and moved. I am now close to 100% better with mobility and hardly any pain! It was like nothing I had ever experienced and I wish I could have this office moved to where I live in Atlanta! It was such a phenomenal experience and if Im ever in Houston I will be coming back for sure! A huge thanks to Dr. Leyva and her welcoming staff! Definitely do not miss an opportunity to see this Dr! Came in with major muscle spasms rendering my lower back useless and my posture completely off keel. I have seen chiropractors most of my adult life due to the physical sports that i play and some differences in my physiology. The best i had ever had the pleasure of visiting was luckily my first one, who has since gone on to be a world famous chiropractor! Dr Leyva, however, immediately caught my attention. She displayed the same compassion, passion, philosophy and very importantly to me, similar methods that my first and best chiro had years earlier. She kept me informed, engaged in discussions, made sure i understood everything, and was very forthright. I am now much better and believe back to normal...feeling very grateful after several visits in the past 2 weeks. Ive learned a lot though, and thats a big benefit for my future.
