Customer service is poor, no one acknowledges you when you walk in, my husband was in a lot of pain and I asked if I could go back, the lady at the front said yes, but few minutes later, I was asked to leave. No information on what they are about to do. The reason to ask me to leave is because they had a whole room full of patients but there was only one other patient. All the beds are in one room and chairs every where, so I’m not sure why standing next to my husband would be an issue. Definitely would be our last time at this place. If you like everyone watching you get adjusted and everyone is put in the same room, then this is definitely the place for you. Good luck!

It was my first visit at this clinic today, I seen Dr. Chapa and to be honest, he was the only friendly person at the facility. The rest of the staff seemed to have attitude problems. Other than this inconvenience, therapy was great and at a very reasonable price

This place is really good. Theyve helped me to sleep and get better movement in my arm after my accident. I was extremely stiff and being on the heavy side doesnt help. But they just did what they do. And I appreciate that. The nurses and office people are very friendly and work together. I enjoy getting treatments here. The roller bed is awesome.

I was recommended by my cousin because she went do to her knee injury. I had a loading accident that caused me not to be able to lift more then 16 pounds, and if I was to move more my lower back would be killing me. I had also a lot of tension on my neck and my headaches would come out of no were and they were a straight 10 I’m not kidding you. After having my x-rays done and going into treatment I am able to light my little brother of 65 pounds with no problems I still have some work todo but so far I’m very pleased with my results and I’m not even half way done. The staff is amazing and nice and the doctors are some of the best I know. Definitely recommend 10/10.

Unknowledgeable office staff, all over the place and confused about what was said or quoted. To be honest seems like they told me a price just to get me in the door. Talked to the office manager Debbie and she too did not take ownership of what was said or what her office staff said. I wasted an hour lunch going to and from to not be seen since they gave a different price for the consultation and x ray of $70 over the phone that in person which would have been $50 for the consultation $95 for the x ray, and $25 for the adjustment, huge difference from the $70 i was told. If the price was $1000 that is fine, a decision could have been made but but dont lie to get new business. Its a shame because dr Edgar is great, but the front office staff is not on the same boat.

Best Chiropractor clinic Ive ever been too. I recommend them to anyone who may need therapy regarding adjustments to your body for better health. I experience daily aches and pain with little or no comfort, and the car accident made it worse, but Dr. Hallisey and Dr. Mendoza are very caring and knowledgeable chiropractors, and to all the beautiful staffworkers I saw daily, they are the best Ive ever had the pleasure of meeting in any doctors office. I was in severe pain daily, but at the end of my two month visit, Ive never felt better. My pain has eased up tremendously, I can move better than before, and I havent felt this good in a long time. Im not sure why I was never referred to a Chiropractor, but I know where to go from this day forward. East Loop Chiropractor Clinic is the best clinic ever. I made an appointment 7/17/20 and it was the best decision of my life. I just found out that I have scoliosis, and each appointment I get better and better. I have been coming here for years and I cannot stress enough how good they are. My spine gets misaligned which causes me pain, so I try to come once a month which keeps me pain free and healthy. One of the worst decisions I made wasted 800 dollars out of pocket for nothing. I got the the doctors promised me that the pain was going to go away 13 visits later I feel the same or worst the only thing they did was pop my back like 4 times and every time they did it my back felt worst and other then that they had me in a massage table with electro shock therapy that didnt do nothing at the last visit the doctors didnt even asked me how I felt and the front desk lady tried to sell me a 20 dollar portable electro shock therapy device for 100 dollars. This place is a fraud do not come here these people do not know what theire doing

Came in with lower back pain that made it hurt to walk and also knee pain that I had for quite awhile when I would run. Doctor H took Xrays, assessed the situation, & relieved a lot of my lower back pain the same day I came in; all within an hr.3 visits later and my lower back pain is completely gone and I’ve been able to run without pain. They make it easy even for the busiest people. 10/10

You will not find better than this office on the East Side of Houston! From the staff to the Doctors this office is run perfectly , for as busy as they can get they always have a great work attitude torwards each other as well as their patients. Dr. Hallisey has been my doctor for many years and its because he genuinely cares , he goes above and beyond .

The front staff is awesome, they’re super friendly, helpful, and they usually remember you which is cool. Dr. Hallisey works with both my mom and I and we always feel MUCH better after going! Highly recommend for any back problems.

Completely worth the drive from my side of town to the other side of town to be seen at this clinic, on average about 45 min to an hour with Houston traffic. All the staff is very friendly and really care about you because even when it’s near to closing time they don’t make you feel like you’re being rushed out. Thank you Dr Hallisey and Dr Mendoza!

I feel very welcome and well cared for at this clinic. The staff here call me by name, the wait time is nominal, and the care is excellent. Also there is a sense of team work as the staff is always dressed in the same colors, neat and clean, and communication seems to be very good. I am on a wellness program and visit the clinic every month. I am 66 years old and walking well because of the care I am receiving. I would recommend this facility to anyone who asks.

Professional and knowledgeable. They take their time to make sure you understand everything that is going on. They have a wide array of tools/machines to help get you back on track. Even without an appointment, I have always been in the back in less than 15 minutes of arrival.

The clinic staff made me feel so comfortable and welcome. I met Dr. Hallisey and he also made me feel comfortable before he did anything he would always explain. Even my silly questions wasnt silly to him, he took the time to explain each one. Each test he would explain each one. He is so down to earth. I felt as if I have known him for ever. When I asked why no matter how many times about this or that he would explain and never made me feel as if I was taking too long. His staff was nice and cordial. The staff are very courteous and accommodating. During the initial assessment, Dr. Hallisey confirmed what I had been told previously by other chiropractors. I am able to get treatments on my schedule without appointments. The treatment that I have received has made a difference in my physical well being. I am very appreciative of the service offered.

Dr. Hallisey is the best! We use to live around the area but have since moved to the other side of town in Katy years ago. Despite the distance, we pass up numerous chiropractors and make the long trip across town to be treated by him. He has treated my entire family and he and his staff always makes us feel like family. I have had the best experience at this office. I never have to wait more than 5-10 minutes to be seen. They do same day appointment and I usually can just walk in when I can get away from work. I am usually seen and out in 30 minutes. The results are amazing, free of pain in just a few visits. The staff are very helpful and very nice. They are open on Saturdays if I cant make it during the week. They take X-rays there in the office, go over them pointing out what is wrong and let me take a pic of them with my phone for future reference. The Drs are nice, gentle and they take their time with you answering all questions. I have recommended them to all my friends and family and have even taken my 13 y/o son in when he hurt his back playing football.

My back has been hurting since I was easily 15 years old and Ill be 36 on Tuesday. For the first time I can get it of bed without pain and clean and work out without hurting. I was referred to this Clinic by a co-worker... She told me that Dr. Hallisey was the best. I went to this clinic as a first time patient without an appointment just walked in....I filled out all the necessary paperwork and wasnt there in the office a good 15 minutes and was called back to see the doctor.....When I arrived at the clinic I was in so much pain in my neck and right shoulder until I felt like I was in labor. After seeing Dr. Hallisey and having treatments I feel like a new woman. I highly recommend going here. The atmosphere and the workers are also very professional and kind.

Friendly staff, but extremely unprofessional overall.I found this place because its close to where I work & they have a $39 New Patient Special. So I went, had x-rays and an exam done. I should mention I have never been to a chiropractor before, but I definitely had higher expectations than this. The doctors dont explain things to you about what exactly is wrong with you or how the treatment will help. They listen, scribble notes about what youre saying that are no where near legible, and make you sign a copy of this paper. Why am I signing this? Never explained. He says nothing. Nothing about what you told him about how youve been feeling lately. Just adjusts and moves on. I was told my first visit I have several problems in my spine, and neck that need correction and prescribed several future adjustment visits. This all sounded great to me and they do have several financial options, so props to them for that. I decided to pay as I go, thank goodness.Lets get to the main treatment and service they provide. The office is fine, the wait time is short, but I felt I needed to ask questions about every step. Hardly ever any explanation. The doctors seem normal, knowledgable, (except for the lack of feedback), and they adjusted my back just fine, but after that, for the rest of the treatment on the agenda for that day, the doctor simply yells out commands to a staff that is not listening, talking to another patient, or in the other room. You wait for the next step of treatment: heat therapy or exercises, but just HOPE the assistant setting you up heard what the doctor prescribed for you that day. Pretty sure the assistants just do whatever they think the patient needs or they do what the patient thinks they need. Also, I had to ask to have the bed cleaned when I see a patient get up from laying on the bed and then its my turn... Every time..So, I felt I was not getting a professional experience. I want a doctor to prescribe me the correct treatment based off what my body needs and then have the assistant actually follow through on exactly what they were told by the doctor that I needed that day...I asked to obtain a copy of my x-rays to find another chiropractor- a second opinion if you will. They charged me $10 for a CD disc which is fine. I took it home, the disc is empty. Called them about it, they said no problem, we will get you another CD of your x-rays - no charge. Great, thanks, I live an hour away, but I work nearby so I can come by again if I must. I went today, picked up the CD, got home, and guess what- blank CD disc. I tried both CDs again, in 2 different computers... I called the office about it as soon as I could. They apologized, they dont know what happened, they asked me to come by again and either take a picture with my phone of my x-rays on the screen or they can look at the CDs they gave me at their office with me..... Again, I live an hour away. I said I am not making another trip up there. Is there no other way I can obtain a copy of my x-rays you just took a few months ago? Email? Fax? Anything? She said she will text me a picture of my x-rays to my phone.. from her phone.... What? How unprofessional. How am I supposed to show that to another Chiropractors office?????????[Side note: I actually passed out on my first visit to the office during the x-rays but I did not even feel the need to mention this in my story because it SHOULD be irrelevant. I would just REALLY LOVE to avoid another experience like that at another office... So why is it so hard to just get a copy of what was already taken....]

I love Dr Hallisey - I was it horrible pain and they saw me the day I called (after when the ER did nothing for me). He also went over my x-ray with me and explained exactly what was wrong with me. I have been going to Orthopedic Specialist for almost 3 years and he has done more for me in 2 weeks that they ever did.The staff is great and they have even stayed late to help me. I highly recommend the East Loop Chiropractic Clinic and Dr Hallisey.

Words cant explain how grateful and satisfied i am with Dr. Hallisey and Dr. Mendoza. I had been to a different chiropractor and they told me that they couldnt anything for me. That I would have to live with the pain in my shoulder the rest of my life.I wasnt able to putmy arm over my head or even brush my hair properly. Dr. Hallesy was my second opinion. After the first week of therapy I felt and saw the difference. I had 20 sessions. Now I am able to move my arm with no pain or medication. They were able worked with me with payment plan, that didnt leave my pockets empty.Also their staff is very polite and welcoming.

Ive had lower back pain for a bit over 2 years, i repair cellphones so im constantly sitting hunched over. Dr.Hallisey didnt judge me for self diagnosing he took every bit of information i gave him to located my problem. Not only did i have 1 pinched nerve like i had thought but i had 2. He is very straight forward and explained everything properly to me. Thank you everyone i still have one more appointment to go. Ive never been excited to go to the doctor but i am now lol. My back is relieved of so much pressure.

I have had back problems for more than 2 decades!! I tried just about everything without relief!! Heat wraps, topicals and pain medication!! I discovered an ad one day $39 Xray and office visit!!! I called fo make an appointment immediately; the xray alone was worth a shot!! When I arrived I was greeted and given paperwork to fill out. Within minutes of turning the paperwork in I found myself meeting with the doctor immediately!!! Wow I really couldnt believe how fast I was treated!!! The office was busy too!!! Dr Halisey discussed my xrays with me and told me what my treatment options were. He made an affordable payment plan and I begin treatment!!! I immediately felt relief after my first week in therapy; by the end of the month I had stopped all medications!!! I never thought I would ever have back relief without surgery!!! I thank God everyday I found his office because he gave me my life back and I am able to enjoy my grandkids and life again!!
