I went in for an adjustment for my kids and I and I am so happy the care that I got! As soon as you come in you feel welcomed! Doctor Billy was amazing! Best bed side manner ever! He made me and most importantly my 8 and 10 year old super comfortable. He was very informative of what he was doing so no one was nervous. I left feeling like a million bucks! Dr. Cheong is an amazing doctor. He is a wizard of dry needling. He is kind and cares a lot for his patients. Don is a fantastic rehab tech who did wonders for my lower back. Dr. Billy and his staff are the BEST!!! I have been seeing them for a little over a year. My back and neck were in constant pain from my three small children. I have been to multiple chiropractic offices across Texas and this office is by far the best and most thorough practice that I have attended. Dr. Cheong really knows his stuff, is very respectful knowledgeable, and Rebecca does a phenomenal job with the rehab stuff. She’s extremely friendly and personable and the best part of the office!

Friendly staff that greeted me immediately when I arrived. They applied 50% new patient discount to my bill which made the experience even better. The chiropractor is very punctual about keeping appointments, which I liked. He listened carefully to my concerns and did a thorough exam before making a diagnosis. The only drawback is that Elite Spine is not covered under my school districts HMO plan. The rest of the treatment plan will be out of pocket which I cannot afford.

Tam is literally a life saver. I have degenerative disc disease so my back shoulders and neck is always hurting. Having two kids also adds on to the stress of everything. I went for my first visit today and was very impressed with how thorough the evaluation was. I truly think they will be able to help me. I will post a follow-up after I have been a few times. I have had sciatica pain for 4 years, and so far, have found nothing that that has helped. Update to follow.

Dr. Cheong and his staff are very well-knowledgeable and have a comprehensive approach to their practice. They have tremendously helped me overcome neck, shoulder and back pain from standing long hours on my feet and from chasing around toddlers. They offer more than adjustments and even provide soft tissue therapy which is a huge plus! It feels like I’m getting a nice massage and all mamas need that. Not only am I actually experiencing relief from chronic pain but their service is above and beyond. They’re prompt with my appointment times and rarely do I wait to get treated. Plus, they’re incredibly flexible when I bring my 2 year old with me to the appointment. I can’t always find a babysitter so I’ve brought my toddler along with me and they’re super friendly with her. I continue to go weekly for maintenance and it’s made all the difference in keeping my pain and discomfort under control.

They really went into detail on the issues with my injury. During treatment I was able to get a better understanding on how they assess and plan to take care of my injury. Plus they are great at holding a conversation, so it’s very comforting environment.

Probably one of the quickest yet effective appointments ive been too. I recommend after one visit, will have a follow up review on pain management.

Ive been to a few Chiropractors in the past. Some did only Spine work, some did only tissue work. Going to Dr.Cheong, they truly listened to my issue, explained the situation and addressed my issue from various angles. Not only did they do the proper spinal work, but also worked on the other issues surrounding the injury to reduce the pain. This place is awesome! I had a chronic injury for over a year and had tried different physical therapists, oral steroids and cortisone shots. Nothing helped until Ariel came along. Best physical therapist ever! Highly, highly recommended. If you do as instructed and follow the treatment protocol, you will be healed! I went from being in pain, not being able to walk and gaining 20 pounds to being pain free, working out with a trainer and losing 10 pounds (so far)! I am so thankful for Dr. Cheong and his team.
