Dr. Warren is heaven sent and a breath of fresh air! As soon as you walk into her office, there’s a sense of calmness and the vibe is so soothing. I have been to several chiropractor in passing, seeking treatments and none can compare to Dr. Warren! She doesn’t just offer your standard treatment, like turning on your side, arms crossed, etc…for an adjustment. Her office offers so many type of treatments that is design specifically for your needs. It ranges from acupuncture to massage therapist and so much more. You can tell she loves what she does and her staff is just as wonderful as she is! Everyone is so kind and helpful and you will walk out of her office feeling like a brand new person every time! Dr. Warren and staff is simply THE Best at what they do! Thank you Dr. Warren and staff!Also, her office treat patients as young as 2 years old.

Dr. Warren is amazing and her staff is fantastic. Ive been coming to ROC for many years and have referred a lot of friends here. Dr. Warren is actually an intuitive healer and may pick up on things going on with you emotionally that you had no idea were effecting your body. I see her monthly for maintenance now and am so grateful for her healing touch!!!

Pros:The office staff is very friendly.The massage therapist Misty Coty is the best I’ve ever had. Very knowledgeable and excellent technique.Dr. Warren is highly knowledgeable.Cons:I was forgotten a few times while waiting for the next step in my visit. Once I was left on the table half dressed with the tens unit on my back. I waited at least 15 minutes before peeling them off myself and finding the next place I was supposed to be.A couple of times my adjustments were extremely painful and I assumed it was necessary but I felt a little disappointed that I wasn’t given warning.I had a massage therapist fill in for someone else, and it sounded like they were on their phone while they poked at my neck with one hand. It was terrible.Also, the whole process was not explained to me. I have a couple of old injuries and it was mentioned that after several treatments I was in the next step of the healing process but I don’t know what the process looks like so I have no idea what to look for or work on now that I’ve moved. I asked but wasn’t answered.Overall I think they have some true healing abilities, but possibly overbook because there is a lot of waiting and you might get lost in the shuffle. Also, either know exactly what you want and ask for it, or don’t care at all and have no expectations. I don’t recommend seeking treatment here to be educated in healing your body. That’s not what you’re paying for. I probably shouldn’t have hoped for that.Hope that helps. Good luck!

Dr Shannon is the best, she is very professional and have deep knowledge. I was there in 2018 for my elbow pain and within 3-4 sittings it was completely resolved.I heard lot of stories how some Chiropractic clinics enforce you to come for more sittings based on what your insurance allowed but in this clinic nothing like that. I am going here again for my shoulder pain and just like previous time getting professional service.Oh yes i love the way they decorated each of their room with antique furniture and the music which they play all the time.

Dr Warren and her staff are so wonderful! They always make me feel so welcome and get my body back on track. I love that there are so many services offered here from adjustments, massage, ultrasound therapy, acupuncture, etc. I highly recommend this business.

I recently had a baby (first born) and I felt like my back was hurting all the time after delivery. I honestly figured it was because of that and the fact that you are in a sort of hunched down position for feeding etc and I kept putting it off to go. Finally my co-worker recommended me to Dr. Warren and I was able to make an appointment the next day. Just to make this short Dr. Warren was able to pop my back and neck and it felt so good (the last time I was able to pop my back like that was about a year ago). Mario also gave me a really good therapeutic massage!! Thank you I cant wait for my next appointment.

I love Dr. Warren s passion. She really cares about her staff and clients. I have been a client for over 3 years, and I feel like apart of the family now. I highly recommend River Oak Chiropractic. I dont write many reviews, but I can say that because of them I do not have to have carpal tunnel surgery. I am a stylist and I work with my hands all day and I have to have a self care regimen for my body. I go about twice a month and it is money well spent. Many of my coworkers complain of chronic pain. I cant imagine living life that way.

Wow! What a great experience! Today was my first time going and everything was explained to me very well. The office e is very relaxing and everyone was nice. And after just one treatment Im feeling Improvement, such a relief ! Im looking forward to my next treatment!

Awful. Unprofessional. I made an appointment with Dr. Warren as she was recommended to me. When I arrived they gave me another doctor. I indicated that I had requested Dr. Warren and was told I might be able to see her for the adjustment portion. I patiently explained my pain concerns. The guy grabbed Dr. Warren from the hall - introduced me and then continued with the appointment. They said I would get a massage. I requested that at minimum I please have a female. They said they would try. A female came to do the massage. She as unfriendly. Explained nothing. And basically gave me a light back rub for 10 minutes. Next they took me to lay on a rolling machine for 10 minutes. Last I was given a tool adjustment. My back is in further pain following this treatment. Id have been in better shape to get a massage at the local nail salon. Dont bother with these crooks!

Dr Shannon Warren fixed my back! I have had lower back problems for years and just recently had a flair up that landed me in my recliner all Thanksgiving holiday. I almost went to ER but called her office, they got me in that day and a two days later I had a 75% improvement. Decompression, massage and adjustments were all I needed. I now use the on site gym and personal trainers to keep me fit and pain free for the first time since my early 20s! By the way the office staff is so great and the office is like a spa.
