So glad my Wife told me about this place. My haircuts done by Victoria are ALWAYS perfectly cut just the way I want and like it! And with my hair being kinda thin and receding, she cuts it perfectly everytime! And she ALWAYS blends and fades my hair with absolutely NO LINE!

Extremely affordable. Licensed cosmotologists in the state of Texas. Cater to Latino neighborhood folks. I use to pay $35+ bucks for the same cut with a plastic cup of wine or flavored coffee or tea and lots of pretentious bantor. Elys is no frills. I pay $7 for a cut so leave a $4 tip. $10 would be just the tip expected from the other salons Rarely wait except weekend afternoons or before holidays or the end or beginning of school. Friendly and fast, under 10 minutes for me. Language is not a problem, 2-3 bilingual hairdressers on staff. Ive been going there for many years. The manager had a child around the same age as mine. Both our children are in their mid 30s. Parkings not easy but finding street parking is worth the best deal in town for a no frills cut. I can go without the complimentary beverages and air snipping of scissors to add time. My mom did hair and told me this was an old trade secret so you felt you got your moneys worth should speed and efficiently somehow not add up to quality.

No reservation but there can be a line sometimes. Nice and chill super inexpensive spot!
