I had a hearing evaluation today with Dr Furstenberg. She was thorough, competent and eased my anxiety of being tested. I have to say that Ive never been more at ease with a doctor. After ther examination, she tuned my old hearing aids, and for the first time since I got them they actually seemed to work. Ive had them for five years and purchased them at a large retail store,; theyve never performed as advertised.Given the new technology, I plan to ask Dr Furstenberg to help me with an update soon.I highly recommend that you see Dr Furstenberg if you need help with your hearing.

My recent visit to Medical Center was by far the best experience Ive had. From the moment I walked in your staff mainly Helen, was heartwarming and pleasant. I even learned a new pandemic bump handshake. It really helped ease my anxiousness with getting fitted. Now as to the fitting of my hearing aid Joan was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I even was shown the Cadillac version. I look forward to getting my blue tooth hearing aid!

THE PLACE TO GO FOR HELP WITH TINNITUSIf you have tinnitus, ringing in the ears, Medical Center Hearing Aids is the place to go for help. If you want to eliminate the ringing they can help. They helped me.I have horrible tinnitus. The ringing in my ears was so loud, I wanted to put my head through a wall. I tried several over the counter herbal remedies. None of that worked. As a lawyer it was interfering with my work and ability to concentrate. It was a serious problem.Fortunately, I learned that hearing aids can control tinnitus and I was referred to Medical Center Hearing Aids for help.I received and continue to receive outstanding care and advise from audiologist, Dr. Kathleen DiGiovanni. Dr. DiGiovannis expertise in audiology helped ascertain what hearing aids would best help me fight tinnitus. With Dr. DiGiovannis help my tinnitus is now Under control and neutralized by my hearing aids. She turned the ringing in my ears off! The hearing aids are adjusted to mute the ringing.I cannot adequately express my gratitude for the care I received from Dr. DiGiovanni and everyone at Medical Center Hearing Aids. I still go in for adjustments and they are always kind and patient. A special thank you also to Helen, at the front desk who is always professional, helpful and understanding. Dr Kathy di Giovanni helped me get hearing aids with tinnitus masking. She is very professional, courteous and patient. Based on my experience she is an expert in administering hearing tests, interpreting the results in layman’s language and then making a recommendation for the right hearing aid.
