Dr. Roy was wonderful to my wife and brought her cochlear implant‘s up-to-date with their programs. She was very kind and caring and as nice as an audiologist as she has ever had and she has had some good ones. I was at the appointment with her and I can assure anyone that they would get the best service from Dr. Roy
