I would recommend this place to anyone who wants personalized care for their loved one. This is a loving caring home atmosphere. Safety is their first concern. The owners and staff are wonderful. The house is warm and inviting. I have more piece of mind that my loved one will be taken care of.

This is the best personal care home that you could ever place your loved one in! My father in law was a resident for over 2 years. The care he received was phenomenal. To speak to the negative reviews- yes Diane expects the best and some employees just didn’t cut it. She expects the best out of her employees to provide the best care for the residents.

I will pat myself on the back! We are proud of the care we provide! Its a shame Google allows fake reviews to stay on your profile. All the bad reviews written by the same disgruntled employee. Everyone of them are the same person! Not only were those profiles made up, she repeats the same words in each, I have seen her get over on people Shes money hungry This employee was fired for not doing her job! I will fire someone immediately, if they do not continually meet my standards. I will work those shifts myself before I will ever let that happen! Please go to, Estia Care in Humble. That is our original home, opened in 2011. Though this person wrote bad reviews there as well..... You will see more family reviews, along with even one of our Residents. I will continue to oversee & ensure our, Residents are cared for 100%!

I USED TO WORK HERE!! Very clean place and residents are loved!! But Management??????But over all it’s the residents that matters!!Not upset at all about leavings the company,Dian has a heart of GOLD if u just get to know her!! I will not say anything bad about her cause she is a good person.... inside work and outside of work!!! She cares for her residents in her own way!! And she goes an EXTRA EXTRA Mile at times if needed!!!

NOT A GOOD COMPANY TO WORK FOR AT ALL!!!!!!!!3 of my sisters work for this company and the manager is MONEY HUNGRY. The residents care is ok but can be better! It’s a lot of dirty things behind closed doors that’s senseless on how they do business! My opinion is that there are better personal care homes in this area. CHECK YOUR OPTIONS!!!!!

Dont listen to the negative reviews. All disgruntled former employees w an axe to grind. From our experience (which is extensive) this and Estia Care in Atascocita are amazing places. Highly recommended.

A very nice home for your loved one to live... but the manager DIANE ....... noooooo! Shes very rude, and careless! Shes MONEY HUNGRY!!!!!! and she speaks a good game to get your loved in her facility.... So if u choose to have your loved here make sure u peep her out! She has caregivers giving meds that are not certified to administer meds at all to anyone!!!And she knows this! She says she’s a NURSE, I pulled her up in the TEXAS BOARD OF NURSING! And it shows everything EXPIRED back in 2018!

They get over on too many people!! My advice find another place for your loved one!
