I never got to express my thanks to your facility. 10 years ago I lost my dad and went down a dark rabbit hole in life 3 years later I found myself here and they saved my life. The staff was overall amazing and I would recommend them to anyone who needs help. And yes if you do your part this will work.

Of course, this facility wants money, it costs money to run it. And Just like anything, therapy and or rehabilitation, recovery from addiction is what you put into it. If you work it, it does work. This facility has been amazing to my family, as a loved one is seeking help with their addiction, we couldn’t have asked for a better support system of professionals. Memorial Hermann has a proven track record of success, and with the intensive research we did, we are so happy we picked PARC. The current support, as well as the ongoing support that is needed in recovery and sobriety, is integral to both the addicted and family members.

Nothing but money. All they want is the money

My family and I spoke with PARC intake/ admissions multiple times over two days to initiate a door to door transfer for a loved one in need of help. We were assured multiple times that we had nothing to worry about, they would be able to help her. If by some long shot they could not help, they would transfer to a facility that could. After a nearly 3 hour intake interview and with no warning, they stated that it wasnt the right facility and gave NO guidance on what to do next. The admissions department (which is out of state) is clearly out to recruit with no thought over the anguish caused for potential incoming patients who get denied admittance. There is no communication between the admissions and the on-site facility staff. Beware- the admissions department are sales people. They do not know anything beyond how to get you through the door so hopefully they can profit off of you or your loved one.
