When i called to ask for pricing, the person on the phone was already asking for extra information to book an appointment before even giving me the price. Once she gave me the price i booked an appointment and was told i would be receiving a questionnaire to fill out through email. After a while i noticed we never received the questionnaire. I had to contact them to get them to send it to me and we filled it out. The day of the appointment we arrived a couple minutes late. The place was packed. We went up to the receptionist desk and they told us we didn’t have an appointment, we should have left then. We filled out some paperwork and waited a couple hours. Finally, one of the ladies spoke to my mother. I do appreciate that they had someone who spoke spanish and how polite the staff were. My mom said they were already speaking treatment prices and deals before they even physically evaluated her. Felt sketchy. We didn’t feel comfortable returning after that. We will look elsewhere.

Absolutely fantastic service and overall care. The people here check over the entire body very thoroughly and proceed with only necessary treatment. Great experience and I had a fantastic service from experienced professionals.

When I began treatment, my arms and hands were numb and tingling. I was limited in how far I could turn my neck. Discomfort would wake me up in the middle of the night. Thanks to Dr Durrett and Dr Jameson, The pain and tingling are gone, and I have experienced a remarkable improvement in the mobility of my neck. When I am driving, I feel that I am a safer driver because I can turn my neck. I am so glad that I found Dr Durrett and Dr Jameson.

After car accident when I realized my sore neck, back, and shoulder were getting worse after second day, I made appointment with Dr Durretts office. My pain level was about 5 out of 10.They determined that my nerves were impaired in 42 places and muscle weakness and impaired strength in 21 places. After 4 weeks of adjustments and other special therapies such as rapid release, cox table, ice/heat packs and rollers, my pain level went from 5 to 1-2 and impaired nerves down from 42 to 15 and weakness in only 8 places instead of 21. So thats almost 2/3 improvement in just a month. Theyre amazing. Definitely recommend whether its an accident or any other stress on your body.

Ive have chiropractic issues for years upon years, and thus Ive been to more chiropractors than I can easily count.At this point, Durrett Chiropractic is the only place Ill go in Houston. And theyre not close to me, its easily a 30-40 minute drive to get there for me if traffic isnt great.About the only negatives I can say are theyre not cheap, but youre not getting cheap service. And their hours can be frustrating at times.I absolutely recommend Durrett to anyone whos looking for a good chiropractor and isnt going to be upset because visits arent $20.

Ive been going to the chiropractor at Durrett Chiropractic for about 18 months now. Ive used chiropractic care for about 25 years. Their office is about 45-60 minutes from my home. I have had relief from TMJ & trigeminal nueralgia through the care at this clinic.They have the most friendly & professional atmosphere that Ive encountered in all the chiropractic clinics Ive been to. the care has been exceptional. The doctors go above and beyond just doing adjustments. I have referred many people to this clinic. The drive through houston traffic is worth the benefits. I am extremely selective in who I receive adjustments from.In the last 6 months, my husband has started receiving care here as well. He has had SIGNIFICANT improvement in his back and his hand (botched surgery). He has gained more range of motion and feels much less pain and discomfort than before treatments here.

I went in for a free consultation when I began experiencing shoulder pain. I was adjusted twice, with minimal relief. They told me I needed to come in at least 4 times a week at 40$ a session, get acupuncture, and all these other expensive treatments that were seemingly unrelated to my problem. 2 months later my whole back has gotten MUCH worse. I went into the spine doctor at Kelsey Seybold, and when they called Durrett for my xrays, first Durrett couldnt understand my name and told the doctor that I wasnt in their system. I had to call In myself just so they could tell me they werent able to fax my xrays, because theyre using outdated machines. Wouldnt recommend or go to again.

One star, because they smile so much and have a Keurig in the waiting room. They wasted everyones time and at $40 a session, I just cant believe they would do this to so many sick people. Basically to sum it up, we went there when the pain first started and they said come in for free consultation. We did. It was nice, fine, whatever. Then 2-3 more sessions later, no relief was found. Pain had spread and increased 100%. Obviously we tried a different doctor. Kelsey seybold. They seem to actually know what theyre talking about. Theyd never let us down before. So they called durrett to get the xrays. Durrett tells Kelsey that they have no records of my wife.... Wth. We called them and asked what the deal was and they said oh we mustve miss understood, I thought she said sederick... my wifes last name is Frederick. We laughed it off and told Kelsey. The Kelsey employee,laughed fakely and said... after I spelled it twice....! passive aggressive. . Idk if theyre fraud. Make your own judgement, I will deffinately not be returning or referring anyone.

Terrible. Told me my herniated disk (received in auto accident) was do to an old football injury. Hed be able to fix me right up for $10,000 though! :(
