Originally posted on Facebook Reviews but wanted to post here as well.I have been a patient of Dr. Ben since he was an intern in acupuncture school. He began treating me when I was in the midst of a very traumatic and stressful season in my life. He helped me understand my present physical condition (severe cold ) and its tie to stress both physical and emotional. He has worked with me mainly through herbal medicine sometimes adjusting the combinations on a week to week basis as my body began to heal. I have gotten stronger and handle stress much better. We are not done yet and still have a ways to go in my healing process but I have gotten incredible results. I cannot say enough about his bedside manner and his compassionate care for his patients. He cares. He is also a Cardiologist which gives me additional comfort. Grateful for Dr. Ben, and his team.

Dr Hsu and his team have been excellent. I have been treated for back pain and other chronic issues and the improved has been dramatic. The acupuncture technique is unique and individual for what I have experienced . The herbs that you get are compounded and tailor made for your individual situation right there while you get the treatment. Overall is a great experience. I only wish I had found this before any of my issues became chronic. Do not wait until you try everything else, you will end up in acupuncture when your issues are bad and harder to treat . Give it a try.

I began working with Dr. Szu a little over a year ago. I say working with because that is what he does. Every treatment begins with a brief check in on how the time between visits was followed by a diagnostic (pulse, tongue & feet) and an action plan. Needles are placed and herbs are prescribed. Sometimes, the herb blend will change during the visit as Dr. Szu takes his time to decide what the best combination is. The visit ends with a check out where he says goodbye and answers any questions I may have thought of during the needle nap. Dr. Szu will finalize what he came up with during that session and what I am to be aware of until next time.The healing process does require patience, as the best ones usually do. I recommend his office.

I visited Dr. Szu due to some severe sleeping problems. The office is very appealing and Dr. Szu’s staff takes great care in keeping it spotless so you feel safe during this Corona virus crisis. His employees are very helpful and friendly. Ancient Chinese medicine can offer a lot of healing benefits through acupuncture and herbs, but western has also its merits. Since Dr. Szu is a trained doctor in Western as well as Chinese medicine he combines the best of both worlds. This is precisely why I went to him in the first place. Dr. Szu’s knowledge of acupuncture and Chinese herbs is outstanding. On a personal basis he is one of the most caring and dedicated physicians I ever met. He will listen attentively and patiently to your concerns and does not give up until, like in my case, he finds the underlying cause for for my problem. I can highly recommend Dr. Szu’s office to anybody.

I highly recommend ACU4U! Dr. Chen is amazingly gifted. He listens and cares and takes the time to address every issue thoroughly while ensuring I am always comfortable with not even the slightest pain. Dr. Chen has helped me countless times when all the doctors and specialists could not help me. Everyone at ACU4U is professional, kind and respectful. I know I can always trust everyone at ACU4U to have my best interest at heart and to do all they can to help me.

Awesome they are great.... they listen and pay attention to your questions/needs and if they need to they work on it til the problem is taken care of and understood they worked on pain from a fall on my shoulder and foot plus my GI problems...

I highly recommend ACU4U!!. My son is 3 and has ADHD, with ODD tendencies and sleep apena. We tried so many Western methods. Nothing seems to help or the medicine made things worse. I friend told us about the doctors here. So, we decided to give it a try. Within 1 month, my sons behavior, tantrums and sleep problems were remarkable improved. Great service very attentive staff very good results I highly recommend it

I tried TCM out of total desperation and Dr Suger has been brilliant. Western medicine completely failed me and without exaggeration just one day after my first session with Dr Suger, the acupuncture/herb combination reduced my symptoms by about 80%. That was the first relief I had felt in 6 weeks and to say Im eternally grateful is an understatement. If you have been diagnosed with a chronic illness dont despair, there are other methods of treatment. This was outside my comfort zone but it opened my eyes and Im pleased it did.

I decided to try acupuncture for a neck issue that I was having. For a few days, I was not able to move my neck and decided to see Ben and give acupuncture a try. Ben addressed my issues and comforted me and I felt better within a day. I was scared of the needles hurting, but I did not even feel it. Ben not only helped my body feel better, but I felt that he addressed the root cause of where my pain was coming from. He also suggested some supplements and they seemed to help calm some stress that I was feeling. I am so thankful for Ben and cant wait to go back again.

The combination of acupuncture and enlightening self of alternative treatment for my neck pain is just awesome. I have and will continue to recommend others to try acupuncture and Chinese medicine. Great team, very friendly and professional!

The staff was amazing, and the service was just so relaxed and at ease. i do recommend this place.

For the last 2 months I believed that I had pulled a thigh muscle and even went to the doctor as it was causing me a great deal of pain. When I stood up there would be a sharp pain in the bend at the top of my leg that felt like a painful pulling on my entire thigh muscle. My doctor gave me anti-inflammatory pills and advised me to use a rolling pin on my thigh to massage and loosen up the muscle. That did nothing to ease the pain. On 6-9-2018 I went to see Dr. Benjamin Hsu – Founder/Practitioner at the acu4u clinic at 7515 Main St. #120, Houston, TX 77030. I explained the pain in my thigh. Instead of focusing on my thigh muscle, he focused on my back using his thumb on the pressure points up and down my back and spine. Dr. Ben stated that the channels were blocked resulting in the pain in my thigh. After one intense therapy session focusing on my back I sat up and was totally thrilled and amazed as there was no pain in my leg or thigh when I stepped down and started walking. I am so grateful and would thoroughly recommend the acu4u clinic and Dr. Benjamin Hsu.

My parents and I have been coming to see Dr. Hsu for the longest time. All our friends and family have said how we look so refreshed and healthy now. Dr. Hsu cares so much about all his patients. He really cares about you and is so patient. He is SO SO good. Before I met Dr. Hsu, I had given up hope of ever having a pain-free day. I had lived with neck and shoulder pain from a car accident (suffering whip lash and a bad back) for 35 years. I was also suffering from severe muscle spasms that woke me up screaming every single night. Some days I could barely walk. But after just a few treatments, I was able to sleep through the night without the spasms, and with continued treatment, I have been able to sleep through the night without the neck and shoulder pain. These treatments have had a major impact on my day to day life. I sleep better, I have less pain overall, and best of all, I have hope. I know that Dr. Hsu is going to heal this body that I have (as he likes to remind me) abused for most of my life. I have always had a high tolerance for pain, and I just kept going, ignoring the signs and messages from my body. Now I pay attention, and Im trying to turn back the hands of time. He is an excellent doctor, he takes all the time to explain and understand the problems of his patient, which makes you feel very comfortable. I have very serious problems with my rheumatoid arthritis and in my first four sessions it has already helped me a lot with my pain.Thanks for your support.
