Great staff. Good pricing and when they say your glasses will be ready they are exactly on time. We will definitely be back.

They say in one hour or less I have never got my glasses in a hour. So that is not true and the glasses that you get in there special are all cheap and discontinued. The price is really not cheap. I am thinking of going some where else next time..

I was pleased to know that my prescription for progressive lenses would be ready in two hours! They had a nice selection of budget-friendly frames to designer frames. The place was clean and Covid-conscious. Great, friendly service! Would definitely buy here again.

Made an appointment to get my eyes checked. After getting my prescription I noticed it was for glasses only, I told them I only wear contacts. They told me I would have to come back... I made another appointment to come back and was surprised to find out they charge a $60.00 fitting fee! It would have been nice to know this when I made my appointment. I specifically asked. I have never been charged a fitting fee for contacts ever!

Had to make an emergency trip out of town. Getting ready I broke my glasses. Went to success with my script , the people there were great , made me a good pair of no-line bifocals and had me on my way in less than an hour. Great price also...Two thumbs up; Ill definitely be back

Perfect solution for me, my son roke his glasses and we needed a pair ASAP. Everywhere online has atleast a week or two wait. Not here! We came in and had a pair of cute glasses for less than $100 AND less than an hour. The staff is very nice and helpful as well. If you need a quick eye care solution this is definitely the place to go!

There was a good selection of frames to choose from. Staff was helpful in helping choose frames . I was able to have my glasses without waiting a week. I will return !

After purchasing a pair of glasses the frame kept falling apart , then it broke they get one star for replacing the frame , but that frame two kept getting lose and sloppy until the arm fell off I’ve got two weeks left on warranty and the crab of a salesperson tells me they don’t carry that frame any longer and can not be replaced , I asked for credit toward different pair she refused …..never never again will I go back when they won’t honor the warranty ……service and product is junk in my opinion stay away

I was able to get my vision appointment and then get fitting for my glasses. Wait time was little. The Staff was very helpful 🙂

My glasses were ready in less than an hour, and I am so pleased with their quality! They actually seem a better frame than the one I bought for much more from my regular optometrist, and my vision is bright and clear.

My only concern is the selection of glasses for sale price is not very good. Everything else about the store is perfect. I really like my glasses but I could only afford one for the same price as 2 if the selection was better.

1/19/2018 I went in with my mother to get her prescription filled for her glasses. She told me get your eyes checked. Its overdue child. since it has been the better part of 13 years since Ive had them checked (oops lol!). I went to the ophthalmologist section of the store , the admins (who were AWESOME) said lets get you back now! I said okay this is QUICK! Needless to say I had an eye exam in 15 minutes (paperwork and all!) that I wasnt expecting! The doctor (who was so kind) gave me my prescription, I picked out my frames, and got my new glasses in under an hour and paid next to nothing from what I was expecting! Total success! Im telling everyone I know. Fabulous place to get your next set of peepers peeps! 🤓🤓

Absolutely love my new transition no line glasses. The selection was phenomenal and the prices were really good too. The exam was very detailed, and one of the best I have had in years. The ladies/staff that helped me went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and taken care of.

I had a great experience here. It was fast and professional. Great selection of glasses at a really good price. Im going back soon to get contacts as well. My pink Ray Bans are my favorite glasses. Never seen something so unique anywhere else!

Success Vision of Hot Springs took 2 days to get my first glasses to me. This time, K. had more computing power than the first Apollo lander, but did not tell me that my prescription had run out. “Only 2 hours,” she said.Another Bait and Switch in Hot Springs. Never again.

Their prices are great and so is the service. I just bought my rimless frames with lightweight lenses. I love them.

I will never buy from success vision in Hot Springs ever again! It started with me buying the 2 for deal. Within no time the frame broke around the lens. I took them back and decided to replace them with a much more expensive pair. I paid over $300 more.When I got home I seen there were stress fractures in the lenses. I took them back and they replaced the lenses but they were constantly coming unscrewed and I couldn’t see well out of them. So I got another eye exam to be sure my vision hadn’t change and it was still the same. So I took my new prescription and the glasses back to success vision. The snarky unfriendly woman who waited on me took my glasses back to get screws tightened and she brought them back broken in the corner where the screw is. She claimed I brought them in broke. But I know they weren’t broken. Someone in the back broke them when they tightened the screw. Because it was broken right where the screw went in. The condescending woman proceeded to tell me my insurance had been used up when I bought them back for the stress fractures (they caused). And it would cost me $100.00 just for 1 new lens. So I’m out allot of money now. I’m going somewhere else to get a new pair. I waited several weeks before posting this review so I would have time to calm down. But it still feels like I’ve been ripped off.

I accidentally left my glasses at home and went to Hot Springs for vacation.. Contacted Success Vision and they helped by contacting my ophthalmologist at home and had my new glasses made in a couple of hours!! Such a wonderful EASY experience.. Will always know what to do if that situation ever happens again.. CALL Success Vision!!

I lost my glasses on the lake, and I was able to get a new script and glasses within a few hours. Loved the ease of the process and the price.

Friendly staff. But they CANT adjust the frames! They definitely need some training in the adjustment department! My husband does a better job of adjusting them, thank goodness or I wouldnt be able to wear them.

The ladies at the Hot Springs location were amazing! My glasses were ready in 45 minutes! I even had to take them back to be readjusted and the service was amazing!

College student without a lot of money, so when my old frames broke I was freaking out. went in and they helped find frames for my old lenses. the frames were kind of expensive but I was expecting that because my insurance doesnt work in Arkansas. Kelly was very helpful and made my trip as easy and cheap as possible

I will never go to another success vision again. 4 times I went to the store and no one not even the Dr. wants to listen to me. now my 300.00 pair of broken glasses are decorating my counter, I can see better with the ones I got from the drug store.

I visited Success Vision Express in Hot Springs for the first time. They were very friendly and had my glasses ready in less than an hour. I will definitely use them again for my next pair of glasses.

My husband and I live 2 hours away and picked here because they accept his insurance, and theres nowhere local that does.Just to warn anyone wanting to get contacts from here(for the first time ever having contacrs), dont unless you want to make several trips up there and not be informed up front about all costs.My husband has an astigmatism bad enough they had to order a couple different trial sets. they did not inform us it would be $20 per pair before they did this. they told us that we already paid everything before we left the first time. then after that, they said it will be $55 to come back and pay for the 6 month supply they ordered. this is because they had used all the insurance would pay to order the trials, and would have been nice to be informed of this before they did it instead of after and had a choice based on that information.not happy with their lack of information up front. waste of money, gas, and time.

Husband went in just for a cheap pair of glasses ...the eye exam went well ,but the two blonde women in front where extremely rude and would not tell him about the $39 glasses and tried to tell him he needed a $200 pair .When asked about the $39 ones we were told you have to ask the ...they dont tell customers about the specials ever....so beware and good luck ,go somewhere else with your money.Worst customer service I have ever seen. Apparently they dont want return customers.

Terrible experience. $189 and I now have glasses that do NOT fit the contour of my face well at all. I visited the store and got a COMPLETE run around that was totally bogus and they never addressed my issue. They then tried to convince me that I needed to purchase ANOTHER pair of glasses for another $189. Bad business and customer service.

I got my glasses on 07/25/2018 and the very next day the lens came out as I was driving. I took them back on 08/04/2018 and the technician broke the lens while trying to pop it back in place. I was told there would be a two hour wait. I couldnt wait so my glasses were mailed to me with the lens coming out. So now I have to make another hour and twenty minute trip to get them restyled. I am not very happy. I am on a fixed income and dont have money to keep traveling to Hot Springs to get my glasses fixed.

Monday, Monday, man, if anything could go wrong, it did. First, we were never offered any deals as the commercials on tv indicate. My wife and I both feel like we got gouged by the staff there. I wanted 2 pair (both bi-focals) and was told they would be about $150 each, and I just said wait Im pretty sure I dont want the really cheap glasses for $39 but I figured I could get bi-focals for less than $100 each.... nope... then we had to go through a deal with the polish machine not functioning either, and 2 hour service was out the window. Final count, my 2 pair of glasses wound up at $288 (although I was first handed a bill for $828), but oops... sorry about that. My wife had 1 bifocal and 1 single vision... $238 for those... and now to top it off... when I got home ... both my pair were the same, and that is not what was ordered... one pair was for far vision and near vision, and the other was for intermediate vision and near vision... so overpriced, and still couldnt get the Rx correctly. They certainly are not Success in my opinion... buying Hot Springs is not a good idea.

I went in to get an eye exam and new glasses the doctor was so nice during the eye exam and the staff was friendly however due to my eyes needing a high prescription I couldn’t get my glasses there which stinks but what can I do about that it’s not their fault lol but great work and great staff

Fast and efficient service. Both with the front eye-wear center and the attached Doctors office. Helpful staff throughout. Comparable to Walmart prices with the added bonus of NOT going to Walmart nor dealing with Walmarts horrible customer service. Absolutely recommend.

VERY misleading commercials. They have one tiny little row of awful glasses for 2/$39. They have a store full of regular priced glasses. And dont ask about the commercials because then they get an attitude with you. 😑

Bought a pair of glasses been back 6 times to get them corrected replaced the new lens twice replaced the frames because they bent the frame picked up new pair today the lens are scratched and still have manufacturer numbers on the lens. Back tomorrow will not use the again
