Yes! The audiologist Eric was very professional, respectful and courteous, above all else highly competent his doctor patient manner was patients and thorough. Lets make it clear, audiologist great, manufacturer poor. Two tone hearing Aids white bottom with brown top for a black man.Update! OK, the odd inefficiant hearing aids were returned by Eric the audiologist due to a loose fit. And replaced with a clear body, brown top, blue-tooth, in-the-ear set of Oticon hearing aids that Im meaningfully gratified and totally happy with. The hearing aids have three different sound pitches, general, speech in noise, and music, each mode has seven levels up and seven down. They work very well in public, even in crowds and on the bike path listening to music, answering the phone talking without using the speaker setting. Man these things are sooo cooooool
