Prompt and quick. Very polite

Not sure how this place still open. Everyone is always rude! From the cashiers to the pharmacy technicians to the pharmacist itself and the manager. Whoever hired these folks from the last ones is doing some serious underpaying and overworking these folks for them to not even wanna pretend to have a good day.Store for the most part clean and organized but using coupons here , western union or even passport pictures it isn’t worth it since machine is always acting up or people don’t know how to do the stuff.Only nice person is the male pharmacy technician who tried his best to help anyone. If you don’t speak English BEWARE as no one is competent enough to even try to help.Going to amazon to do my pharmacy needs and shopping!

This place is the worst rite aid. I went in to use the bathroom and the employees started knocking on the door and being rude for no reason treating me like I stole something. I have never had such a strange and ridiculous and insulting experience at a store. I will never set foot in that store again. I have no idea why i was treated this way and am extremely insulted. The employees need to be as concerned with doing their job instead of threatening innocent customers because they have nothing better to do.

I go here frequently. Its a clean, friendly store with wheelchair access and good selection of drug store type products. Its even better if you sign up for the wellness card...the more you use this when you buy general merchandise, the more you save...to a point. Edit: They used to be open 24-7--even the pharmacy--which was a huge plus for me but now the pharmacy closes around 9:00 and not sure about the store in general but you can call and get hours. Mostly friendly store associates and knowledgeable pharmacy staff. They will go out of their way to help you find things and/or answer your questions AND they now offer prescription delivery, which I love. The only thing I dont like is that they changed the carts and now they have big poles on them and you cant get it out of the door to your car unless you tip it. I know some people steal carts, but this is really inconvenient for me as I usually do all my drug store shopping at once and want to be able to roll cart to car. My back injury makes it hard to carry a lot of heavy things out to car. Oh yes and check your box before you buy because one time I purchased an expensive item and got home to find nothing in the box. Some people steal items out of boxes and put box back on shelf. Another edit: (there are cameras everywhere and undercover security people roaming around so don’t even think about being a klepto). I always check to make sure item has not been tampered with as well (if box is not sealed). But I do that everywhere ...not just this store.

Every time I go in to this pharmacy, employees working behind the counterare extremely rude. If it happened once I can understand somebody having a bad day, But every single time???? Not possible!!! Horrible way to treat customers.....

The pharmacist is always happy to answer any questions I have. My medicine is always ready on time. Glad to be a customer for so many years.

I used the western union phone it was not that good of service reception, please fix it! Cashier Ashley short and very beautiful was very helpful and respectful and I couldnt ask for a better employee then her, thank you Ashley I hope you see this review about you..

Rite aid may be a bit higher but they have really great deals an the people are always polite in most events

Open 24/7 . Good to go on those emergencies at night.
