I was experiencing respiratory distress while shopping across the street. Chest pain, dizziness, difficulty breathing, fast heart rate. Wanted my vitals checked to see if I needed hospitalization. I was asked for photo ID, but had none, and was turned away. Disgraceful.

Bad doctors, bad nurse,suppose to be good to patients as a muslim physicians, but very unprofessional staff and bad nurses, what a disappointment for ur free treatment.
