They are always friendly and gentle! They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. Sugaring is also much better for the skin! Waxing will leave me sore the rest of the day. Sugaring leaves me sore no longer than 1 hour tops, and it’s only a little sting. Staff is very knowledgeable on aftercare, too. They give complimentary mud masks to new customers!! Truly a pampered experience.🧖🏾‍♀️

I was a little scared at first because it’s waxing. But when I found out what sugaring was it completely changed my entire outlook on hair removal. The receptionists greeted me when I came in & made me feel very welcomed. The facility was clean which put my mind at ease. I saw Kendra, she was great! She talked me through the entire process and made the entire service go by so fast! I even signed up for a membership. I love LA BIKINI! I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my girl parts from now going forward!

I was extremely disappointed in my experience. I asked my waxer, Raven, multiple times to give me a break; however, she refused my request and continued waxing. She had me so frustrated I was in tears because of the amount of distress she was making me feel. I eventually demanded her to stop because I felt so mentally uncomfortable. I was charged for a partial, although I did not even receive a full basic. When finally given the chance to look, my skin was terribly bruised, irritated, and incredibly blotchy with hair. I called their manager for a refund, but was denied. They told me I would need to come back for them to look at the bruising “as it may be very serious”, but refused when I offered to send them pictures via email. On top of that, my waxed did not take the time to properly clean up. I was covered with wax on my arms and legs when I left, which got all over my car with is incredibly hard to clean up, plus embarrassing to have your own hair stuck to your legs. Overall, very low quality and terrible experience.

Booked an appointment for 11:30am this morning, I repeated it back to her and she confirmed it. I get there 15 minutes early and told that I missed my appointment for 11:05am. I explained that my appointment was for 11:30am and was told sorry about the mistake but we cant do it today, how about Wednesday at 1:30pm? I work full-time and cant do that. Absolutely no effort to get me in today because of their mistake.

I like this place a lot girls are good but I don’t why they don’t take all the hair, I have tell them multiple times and it grows fast , when I get wax I want everything out not part , I guess they don’t go that deep or what I went to other L.A bikini in Mountain brook and the girls said that maybe they just break the hair not actually pull it out w the sugar , and they actually left more hair and this people, I make sure I got w my hair short and everything but still and it grows fast that’s why I do Believe they just brake it

I signed up for a wax membership with LA Bikini and after my first few times coming I continued to have cyst like ingrown hairs that refused to go away. They told me it was no big deal and to just exfoliate and moisturize and they would go away. My last wax with them was in March.. I have yet to shave or wax since then BUT STILL HAD PAINFUL PUS FILLED INGROWN HAIRS. After seeing a dermatologist in May I was told to discontinue any kind of hair removal and was put on an antibiotic. I called to see if there was anyway to drop the service even though I knew it was for 6 months. The receptionist seemed to acknowledge my issues and how hard of a time I was having and told me the manager would reach out to me. Never happened. I called two weeks later and was told the same and again no call back. Recently I have also lost my job and the closest LA Bikini to me is 25 miles away but today I was told I have to live 40+ miles to cancel or have a doctors note (which was never told to me) Also due my place of work shutting down I am also without insurance so to see my dermatologist again I would have to pay out of pocket to see my dermatologist again when the waxers can see for themselves the awful cysts I have from waxing. So I am stuck paying $140 without a job for a service I am told not to use.

They do such a great job here, Jessica is my favorite. I feel so clean and smooth. The hair removal services here are phenomenal and so is the customer service.

Ok so I was hesitant about waxing my downstairs because lets be honest it doesnt feel good. Dont get me wrong the first time hurt a good bit but it was over in 15 minutes and as long as you exfoliate like youre supposed to the hair grows back much slower and you avoid those pesky ingrown hairs. Also the sugaring really is less painful than the strip and it also serves as a natural exfoliant as well.

Excellent facility and staff! Jasmine, the receptionist, is always very helpful and kind. I usually see Jennah during my visits, and she is a delight! Jennah is very experienced and quick. Today I got the opportunity to see Raven, and she was also amazing. I appreciated how thorough she was during the service. Always my go-to place for waxing services.

Love going to LA bikini. Everyone that works there is nice, helpful, and professional. They make getting awkward places waxed less awkward and are super professional. I would 10 out of 10 recommend going here for your waxing or spray tan needs

Very displeased with the management here. My mom called ahead to let them know 15 minutes in advance that she would be late due to traffic. Receptionist told her that it was no problem just get there before the grace period ends which is 5 minutes. My mom made it there well before the grace period ended, checked in, waited for her appointment and then ended up cancelling on her because theyre over booked had the lady told her that beforehand my mom wouldnt have had a problem with it and she couldve rescheduled instead of wasting her time! DO NOT GO HERE GO TO MOUNTAIN BROOK! We get waxed by Naudia who is amazing all the time we love her, but the front desk absolutely sucks here!

Had my first sugaring experience here and it went well! Didnt really know what to expect, but the girls were super helpful and explained everything! I was hesitant at first but my sugarist, Nadia, was super sweet made me feel comfortable. I definitely recommend! Will be back!

The lady (Jessica) came in the room and immediately told me to “lay back” I asked if she was Jessica and she said yea, u can go ahead and lay back. She immediately started wiping me down and applying powder and started immediately. I wiggled a little because it was so painful when she started to remove the hair. She wiped me off again and said “ok I’ll see h up front when u are ready. I asked her if she was done and she said yea, I can’t do it if your moving and that I can reschedule if I wanted ... this was my second visit here and this time I bought a friend... I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone else at this point. I’mExtremely disappointed

I come to see Raven for brazilian sugaring sessions and shes amazing. Not only does she make sure I feel comfortable, but she asks about my life and the session goes by so fast with great conversation. Not to mention she leaves me hairless.

I have been a member here for half a year and I went about 3 weeks ago. The front desk girl was rude. Emily W. did my wax and is usually very friendly and does a great job however she was extremely rough. My eyebrows were sore for 2 days. My armpits were swollen as soon as she finished and stayed swollen for 2 days then turned into a horrible infection. My bikini area was sore for 2 days as well. I have had to go to the doctor several times for my armpits. The hoover location is absolutely horrible. I will never go there again. I am also looking into what I can do as far as the uncleanliness and rough wax I received that lead to a nasty infection. I regret the tip I left Emily as she didn’t even deserve a penny for a tip!

After a not so good first impression with them (a mistake was made, but fixed) I had the best experience today. Alexis, the manager, was so kind and professional. Jennah made me feel so comfortable and did a wonderful job. Looking forward to going back.

Jessica, the store manager, auto renewed an expired contract without my wife’s approval. She then would not refund the $70 charged to our account. This place is a scam and very unethical.

I highly recommend this location for sugar waxing. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and my session was professional and quick and very well done.

Hoover LA Bikini is the worst. You can’t get ahold of a person to talk to them about your contract. If you do they are very vague about the terms of the contract or the actual date the contract is over. I’ve emailed to ask for a copy of the signed contract and no response. I’m going to guess that they do this so that the contract will renew and then they stick you for another year. Don’t sign a contract or you’ll be stuck forever. On a side note the esthetician’s are sweet but the front desk and management definitely are lacking. Spend your money somewhere else.

VERY VERY displeased with my last visit with Emily. The results were simply below satisfactory. She stated she’d only been working there for 3 weeks and it definitely showed. Afterwards I noticed this location has an inspection score of ZERO?!!...yet they’re still operating? I would not recommend anyone visit this location.

The service here is always great and the rooms are always very clean. I have had great experiences for the past 6 months. The only downside is their cancellation policy which charges you for the service if you miss your appointment, even when you are on their membership.

They will get all over you for being late but they take their sweet time. I’ve bounced around through the constantly rotating staff and they don’t seem to be the problem. Management is ineffective and creates policies not reasonable for operations. They used to FALSELY advertise permanent hair reduction from the sugaring after 6 months. Great way to suck up membership fees, but not ideal for building trust in your brand.

The staff was great but their method seems flawed. They use a sugar, honey, lemon juice mixture for the hair removal that doesnt completely remove the hair and doesnt leave a smooth finish.

I love that all the ingredients are natural. The process is less painful than a wax and takes less time. The staff is knowledgable and very helpful to the customer. I learned more about hair growth and removal in one appointment with LA Bikini than with all of my years of waxing at different places.

I am very displeased with LA Bikini for the first time since I’ve been going in February. I called in to reschedule an appointment due to me having to be at a follow up appointment with my doctor due to a reproductive health issue. I spoke with Gabby and she was EXTREMELY rude. She claimed to be the manager and abrasively told me that I would be charged for rescheduling. At that point I told her that I would like to cancel my entire membership. She then stated that I couldn’t and that I would have to furnish a diagnosis from my physician or live at least 25 miles from their location (which I do...I live in Grayson Valley)in order to cancel my membership. My doctor Mia Cowan of Mibella Wellness Center is going to email them tomorrow with my diagnosis so that I could get out of this membership and I will take my money elsewhere. It is very inconvenient for my doctor to have to do this just because I wanted to come to my sugaring appointment another time. Efforts to reach Clay Haley, the owner of this wretched facility, were unsuccessful!!! I’m sorry your rude employee cost you money and bad publicity!!!
