I absolutely love Pure Dermatology. The staff are very kind and accommodating. There was a little confusion at my first appointment but they made it right and stayed late so that I could be seen. I was in and out pretty quick. I think the new regimen she has me on will work well. Would definitely recommend them.

Great experience! The office was peaceful and the staff very knowledgeable and friendly. I was seen right on time, and my Botox was administered with little discomfort. The best part was the result. In the past, I have had to return due to areas missed. Not this time. Time was taken to carefully analyze the way my face moves. I have been seen by Elizabeth, Pam, and Kristen and love them all. I will definitely continue to go back to Pure!

From the moment I walked into Pure Dermatology I was treated with professionalism and warmth. The staff was very thorough in explaining exactly what my BBL Laser treatment entailed. Each step of my procedure was explained in detail and I was made to feel very comfortable. To say I was pleased with the results is an understatement. Ive been calling many times everyday for the past week and a half and cant get anyone to answer the phone. Ive left several messages and no one ever calls back. I dont even know why they have a phone number.

This was one of the best experience Ive ever had at a doctors office. Dr. Martin was amazing. She made me feel comfortable and explained and made sure all of my questions were answered. The office was clean, the staff was friendly, and the doctor was awesome. Couldnt ask for anything better.

Dr. Martin and her staff are incredibly competent and professional. Theyre warm, inviting, and make you feel comfortable in what can be an uncomfortable scenario. Their office is beautiful, and its super easy to park there and get inside. Highly recommend.

Very Bad Experience! 1st - Called to make a new patient appointment and the first thing they asked for was a $25 new patient fee. 2nd - Cancelled the morning of my appointment (I made it clear that I had a very painful, serious skin issue which required non-emergency but urgent attention). The cancellation was through text. 3rd - I called in to reschedule and they told me they had a doctor but he couldnt see me because he didnt take my insurance (even though other doctors in the office did) and that they couldnt see me for another couple of days. I tried to explain my case was urgent (not just cosmetic) but that didnt help. They are obviously just out to collect money and cosmetic high-dollars stuff. Hailey-Hailey Disease apparently is enough of a concern.

Dr Martin and her staff are amazing. I have had some skin scares in the past and have to go every 3 months for exams. Dr. Martin is always very professional but at the same time very personable. She makes you feel very comfortable. I would highly recommend them for all of your skincare needs.

Great experience. Only waited about 3 minutes! I was in and out in about 20 minutes after a full skin check. Dr. Bentley was professional and kind. Quick, but took time to answer any questions I had and didnt seem rushed to get through.

I had an appointment with Dr. Bentley. This was my second visit. Just like the first, I waited in the waiting room for too long. This time it was 50 minutes. And its freezing in there. When I got to a room, just like last time, I waited wearing that paper gown in a 65 degree exam room for too long. I gave them 10 minutes and left. Id waited an hour and thats too long, in my opinion. I can find another doctor that can keep a schedule and not make me freeze for an hour waiting. My time is important too.

While the medical attention is excellent, the woman at the front counter, I believe her name was Amy, seemed to get off on telling people their information was invalid. After forgetting my insurance card, which I gave to them 2 months prior and saw no reason to bring it again, I offered to email a picture of it to them. The woman clearly gave me the wrong email address and continued to tell me very loudly that it was my fault. The other woman at the front desk offered to help me instead and got all my information and insurance in under 2 minutes. I dont under what this persons problem was but I watched multiple other patients go through similar troubles with her.

I always enjoy my experience with Dr. Martin so much! She always goes above and beyond in a beautiful setting with a lovely staff!

Great experience at Pure Dermatology!! The staff there is friendly and professional I’ve never had to wait to see the Dr. Dr Bentley is amazing! My face has never looked better! She takes the time to talk to you as a person not just a patient to understand your needs. Then provides treatment that truly addresses the problems. Great staff and clinicians. I drive from downtown to Hoover because their service is excellent.

My 10 year old grandson had a 10 am appointment to see a nurse practitioner on 10/31/19. After taking off from work, signing him out of school, and driving in torrential rain; I was informed that a scheduling mistake was made. Seems a child has to be 12 to see the NP. When I asked if he would be worked in; I was told I needed to reschedule. This didnt appear to be a customer centric organization as it failed to try and remediate its mistake and didnt consider the impact of their mistake on me personally.

Ms martin is the best dermatologist there is very gentle and understanding

I appreciate the work and professionalism of Dr. Bentley and their staff. She worked me into the schedule one day on very short notice. The facility is clean, easy to find in Hoover, and the wait times for my visits were very short. I recommend this Dermatology office.

I made a bad choice and decided to get Stacey because she had an open appointment. Well, there is a reason why she was the only available person to see me. Within 30 seconds I knew that I had gotten a re re and my consultation didnt last too long after that. If you are seeking satisfaction go somewhere else!

Front desk is very rude. Rolled their eyes at my request and while I was waiting she received a phone call and then bad mouthed the patient when she hung up. I canceled my appointment and left.

I have never met a more competent staff. As well as, Dr. Bentley being the most caring and compassionate doctor.

I would not recommend them either first i got appointment after 2 months secondly, I kept asking the nurse who gave me an appointment and also the same morning of my appointment called and asked if I need referral they said NO just come in and when I go there the front desk says cannot see the doctor today have to reschedule because need referral. I specially took off from work wasted my day and time they could have worked it out by saying since u are here lets c what can be done so we can see the doctor. Did not say anything about referral besides asking several times and then they say we dont know. Really bad service and attitude. I wasted my time waiting for their appointment for 2 months, zero rating

Dr Martin is amazing. I have some hair and skin problems. My skin is looking amazing and my hair is getting there.

I think it is ridiculous that you should wait in your room 30 minutes or longer just for the doctor to come in, diagnose you, and prescribe you medication in under 5 minutes. I will definitely be going to see another dermatologist after todays visit.
