I visited the office today for my first ever visit to any dermatologist! The lobby is very nice and the front desk staff is very nice as well. Awesome experience considering I was in for a nail and nail matrix biopsy. Dr. Jacobson was and is fantastic, she answered all my questions and put me at ease. I am not going to lie, My anxiety was up the roof. The nurses and her assistants were awesome, joked around and made sure I was doing fine. They helped me forget what was going on my foot. The procedure was quick and painless. I have followed their instructions to the teeth and so far I have been pain free in an otherwise painful procedure. I am impressed and lucky to have found a great team of dermatologists. I can trust my care and the care of my family to them. Thank you!

I had some skin cancer removed some years ago with them which took about 5 visits to get all of it, but I haven’t been doing a yearly check like I should.So I see a spot that might be questionable so I call them to make an appointment. They tell me that since it has been a while, I would have to wait until January to get an appointment like a new patient.This wasn’t for a Botox treatment, this was to see if what I saw was skin cancer and they tell me to wait at least 3 months to do a 15 minute check?Not the compassion I’m looking for in a medical practice.

Dr. Hunt was super sweet. My Mom passed away and had to move my appointment and she was very considerate and extended her condolences. And the whole staff was awesome! Everybody was really helpful and nice.

The wait time was a bit long, but sometimes that just happens. In the exam room it was a team effort, which was interesting and quite efficient. Overall, a very positive experience. They found something they did not like, and with my permission, quickly and painlessly took a biopsy sample

I got an appointment for the day after I called when concerned about a suspicious growth on my arm. It was removed and I was through in less than an hour. The staff was very thorough and explained what would happen next, when the report is received.

This was my first visit to Inverness Dermatology. I was very impressed with the layout and cleanliness of the office. They took every precaution possible, to ensure I was safe and comfortable. I really appreciated the friendliness and professionalism of the staff . Dr. Templin conducted my exam with notable carefulness, and I felt confident that, all my health concerns were addressed absolutely, beyond what I expected. I strongly encourage anyone seeking the services of a quality dermatology team, to look no further than the Doctors and staff at Inverness.

There was little to no conversation regarding my treatment. I explained that I had gotten fillers before and specifically said that I had only gotten juvederm. I was given radiesse and was NOT told it could not be dissolved if I didn’t like the results. I was given ZERO information about the filler and didn’t get any information regarding aftercare. I feel like I’ve been hit by a truck and I can barely speak. I’ve told everyone I know who gets fillers not to come here. It felt like I was in an injection factory and I was just a number. I will not be back. I will be going back to DLA where they actually care about you and talk through the process. Coming here was biggest mistake I have ever made regarding skincare and fillers. Dr. Jacobson is just out to make her dime and doesn’t care about her patients. She sees them as numbers. Do not spend your money here.

Before Dr. Hunt came to forefront dermatology my Doctor had me on fluconozole for toenail fungus. Dr Hunt switched me to Lamisil. Neither medications were helping me. I am 73 years old and blessed with good health. This is the only medication I take. I am not comfortable taking something that might adversely affect my liver. Dr. Hunt agreed with me and suggested we take the safe route and treat me topically. I appreciate so much her willingness to consider my concerns. Plus I am confident this treatment is going to work for me. Kudos to Dr. Hunt. Joe Chandler.

I saw Dr. Hunt and she was absolutely precious! She took the time to listen to my concerns, address them, and then gave me a detailed treatment plan. I could tell she really cared and wanted to help. I will definitely be back!

Waited in my car for 45 min. and then doctor spent less than 5 min. which is fine if that was all that was needed but didnt really explain much and seemed in a hurry. It was fair/good service but definitely not great.

Dr. Jacobson and the other doctors are al top notch. Great bedside manner and always very professional. I’ve been a patient for years and have no plan to go anywhere else.

The regular full body screening for cancer helps prevent and avoid poor skin health. The most susceptible area is the face. Dr. Jacobson removed spots on my face, both pre-cancerous and suspicious spots that were biopsied.. These regular visits helps to prevent unwanted potentially dangerous unmanageable cancer spots before they develop. Thanks to Dr. Jacobsons guidance and management of my skin disorder, I essentially have avoided the dreaded continuous itching that goes with psoriasis.

As a male, I came in for a disconcerting issue that would make anyone feel uneasy...while also being accidentally late to my appointment too. After getting checked in, I didnt know what to expect as I was pretty nervous about my condition... But in a matter of moments after Dr. Jacobson walked in the door... (With two other women specialists - Dr. Allison and Caroline) I was put completely at ease with their cheerful dispositions. They not only put my anxieties at ease through verbal encouragement and jokes, but also communicated their technical analysis smoothly with an unalarming flow. I was even out and on my way back to work with what seemed like 30 minutes! Inverness Dermatology has truly changed our life. Our daughter began seeing Dr. Marks at the age of 4. At that time, we had taken her to numerous doctors (at least 10) with no help or improvement to her skin. She has a severe case of eczema and no one was able to provide any relief. Within just a couple of months we were able to notice improvements happening. Now 4 years later, eczema is still a part of life, but our little girl now has such a high quality of life that we never thought she would be able to experience. Dr. Marks gave our little girl a chance to be a happy child! Dr. Marks is always there for us, no matter what. She is more than just a doctor for us. She is an answer to many prayers! We drive over 4 hours just to be able to see Dr. Marks. She is truly worth every mile! We will never be able to thank Inverness Dermatology enough!

A very pleasant experience from the moment I walked through the door. Everyone was professional, but friendly from the office staff to the doctor. I saw Dr. Marks who listened to everything I had to say. Gave feedback during the exam. I realized I had forgotten a question after the doctor left the room. I shared that with the nurse and he put me back in the room and in a few minutes, the doctor came back in and resolved my issue. Will definitely go back.

They treated me great, but the paper they provided (after I’ve stripped until only wearing underwear) left me cold 🥶. My doctor finished checking my total body and found any skin cancer and was finally able to put own my clothes 🤗.
