Upon coming to Hawaii, I accidentally forgot my contact lens prior to visiting Seoul optical. I was greeted by a soft spoken gentlemen, the owner Kenny approach me with a warm and inviting disposition.Before this initial visit I had called three optician, with no success for contact fitting, only eye wear ranging from $160+Kenny made a few phone call and even gave me his personal cell phone number! Shortly after our conversation, I sent him my prescription. He told me that my contacts would be expedited for an additional $20 and a 6 month trial (6 pair of lens) for the low price of $99 + 20 with expedited shipping!Im greatly indebted to Seoul Optical and their ability to resolve and mitigate my stress. 10/10, one of the hinge screws of my sunglasses fell off so I randomly googled this store and they replaced it free of charge. The gentleman who helped me was very nice.

I lost a contact lens during my trip to Hawaii. I was so disoriented because of it. The owner asked me to come in, checked my prescription, then gave me a box for free. He has such a kind soul. Also lesson learned: when you go on vacation, bring one pair of spare contact lenses; if you are surfing, bring two 😇

This place is awesome. The owner was very courteous, knowledgeable, professional, EXTREMELY PATIENT, and has excellent customer service. My boyfriend purchased a pair of glasses with him years ago. We both got new prescriptions and decided to go back to him. He took care of us in a very timely manner. Highly recommend him. Were going back to get a couple prescription sunglasses!

Today I stopped in to see if MY glasses can get fix. Went in feeling foolish for I only had it for 3 weeks, then step and sat on- cried like a baby. I have a fix medical plan, where glasses only comes every 2 yrs. So handy it over to Seoul, I was ready to pay for it to be fix. He let me know hell do his best, I told him how it got this way he smiled and did his magic. He walked back with it as brand new, showed ME how to put on my glasses, with two hands not one. As he adjust so it fits the right way but also to let me understand how,why and no glue! Then I ask how much? With a comfort smile he said NO charge. Trying to keep my eyes from tearing up all I could say was lunch is on ME. I got as far as outside his doors and cried, who says no charge anymore. Mahalo

Ive been seeing Kenny for 3 tears for my glasses. He came referred from my Walmart after I changed my insurance. Hes a sweet guy who takes care of all his clients. He saw me 8 minutes before they closed to changed my nose pads, but he even fixed my loose arms of my glasses. I dont even think I asked him to. He was very quick and sweet. I appreciate the time he takes to assist me as a returning customer.

This guy remade my prescription glasses within a half hour after I lost them in the ocean. Life saver. Great view too.

I usually never do reviews but I just gotta say, the Korean gentleman that runs this place is absolutely the nicest person in customer service Ive ever had in my entire life. He was *not* rude, condescending, or shows any level of annoyance. Hes incredibly patient, caring, and I felt really homey.It was my first time today, and I just wanted to walk in with my father to purchase some glasses. My father was late like 40-60 mins and he did not show a single level of annoyance by me hanging out at his glasses office for a bit. He was really nice when I asked to try on multiple pairs of glasses and didnt show a single sign of ignorance when I didnt like a lot of frames. (Im quite picky LOL)I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE IF YOU NEED FAST SERVICE, GOOD PRICES, AND A FRIENDLY GLASSESS GUY!!! :)
