Joel was extremely helpful and very professional! He was very nice and made it an enjoyable experience. We were looking for glasses for my sister but in the end he was able to clean and adjust her current glasses making them just like new! Highly recommend that you stop by to see him for your optical needs!

Excellent customer service!My boyfriend and I visited Honolulu during the New Year and we accidentally stumbled upon Vitra Eyewear while visiting our favorite coffee shop ( Dean & Deluca) next door. Considering we both wear eyeglasses we were instantly drawn to the store because of the unique pieces on display.Although designer glasses can be purchased anywhere, what made this store a nice shopping experience, was the exceptional customer service! during our first visit to the store we were just browsing and basically killing time. We were trying on several looks and while doing so, we inform the sales person (Katie) that we were just looking around and browsing. Although she knew our intentions were not to make a purchase, she was still so nice to entertain us by opening and closing the display cases, offering suggestions on fit and style and staying to talk with us after the store was closed, she was just a good sport.We returned the following day after falling in love with so many styles and ended up making a purchase. The wonderful customer service continued weeks later once we returned home because the glasses I purchased started to distort a little and none of my local eye stores could make the adjustment do to the unique style. I immediately contacted Katie and she instructed me to send them back so she can fix them and I literally had them back in my hands 2 days later.love this store!

Overpriced and do not care for customer satisfaction. Hawaiian Edition Maui Jim’s were prices $40 over the cost of them sold elsewhere like Freaky Tiki. Went to return them and they would only allow exchanges. I’d prefer Freaky Tiki since they have more selection and cheaper prices!
