Great people, great care. The office can be a little interesting since its in Waikiki so they get ALL kinds. People watching can be quite entertaining though! Ive always had excellent care here.

This place is a complete and utter cluster f$&k! The doctors and nursing are amazing! The administration, billing, front desk and case managers should all be fired and do a complete revamp of the staff. They are rude, incompetent, lazy and down right morons. I’ve cancelled all my appointments here and moved my services elsewhere. When I called to speak with a manager or someone in charge they took my info and said they would have him call me. He sends me an email yesterday telling me his phone system is down and for me to call him. I call and he “isn’t in the office” and they transfer me to a voicemail, they claim it was his voicemail, but it was a general voicemail that everyone could hear. Sent the doctor a message via the patient portal and ask for her to call me....she emails me back too. I now owe a bill that nobody can explain to me why since my insurance is suppose to cover EVERYTHING and I was told by my case manager I didn’t owe anything. DO NOT GO HERE! ITS A HEADACHE FROM DAY ONE!!

The staff and doctors were extremely caring and thoughtful. The outreach services were very respectful as well. I would say that my overall experience was great

Came in because I wasnt feeling well needed medicine and a checkup other than getting a Dr note. Obviously if need a sports note when sick when Im working 40 hours a week. And service I feel like they have issues with other clinic or doctors. They seem to only care if we stick with them and never go back to your pcp.

Waikiki Health is a clinic, but it is not for everyone.* Most health care provider holds a Physician Assistant degree, but they do not have knowledge that a patient should rightfully expect.* Appointments are based on the following criteria: You arrive few minutes before the appointed time - You report your arrival to Front Desk Personnel - You are told to take a sit - 45 minutes later, you are still waiting. It means that the health care provider you had an appointment with was not in the clinic when you arrived. 45 minutes later that health care provider is not yet in the building.For the past several years, I walked away from Waikiki Health 9 times without anyone telling me what happened to the so-called professional. 9 Times!Do you want any of this? I dont.

Love love love Waikiki Health! I love it so much that I fired my previous doctor and made Waikiki Health my PCP. When youre done seeing your doctor, your meds are ready in their in-house pharmacy. Need dental work? The got you covered at their Makahiki Clinic. Its one stop shopping for all my health needs!

Expect to wait 45+ minutes to be seen. My appointment was at 10AM. It’s 10:50AM and i’m still sitting in a room waiting for my “doctor” ....

Good doctors but the people in the waiting room are sketchy. I not longer go here after an incident I witnessed from a patient. Scary

This place has helped me more than one can imagine. The staff is always helpful and my doctor has seemingly moved mountains for for my health. I am faithful to this center because I know they care about my health.

Its my dr ofice and I wouldnt trade my dr for anything she is the best I have ever had and I not joking plus staff are so caring and helpful along with going over and above any other dr I have ever seen or been to!!!

Nicole is the best doctor i have every encountered... she really cares about her patients, she is accommodating to their needs, i initially saw her for a distal fibula (broken ankle) and have been with her every since... i love the fact that she is my doctor and on top of that .....she always has a smile and it is a sincere smile...

I have been to sooooo many doctors for my injuries. So I know when I say Dr. Payem & his nursing staff as well as Dr. Franzen are really great...I know what Im saying! They will take their time with you and actually listen! You really feel like they are on YOUR team and want to help you heal to your absolute best potential! Good people!

Not very helpful. I came in with strep throat and all i get is, “oh sorry we’re not a walk in clinic” cool thanks! Hawaii has the worst health care, ever.

Ive been going here for almost 7 years. The staff is tremendously overworked because they serve a huge number of elderly, disabled, and indigent people. Nevertheless, they have always treated me with the greatest professionalism and compassion. I have an incurable illness, and a great deal of pain, and they have never given up on me.The negative reviews here are idiotic. One mental defective accuses the staff of stealing residents property. Health clinics are not nursing homes. No one lives at the WHC.

I see my GP here, but they have tons of different services (lab work, counseling, pharmacy, HIV/AIDS treatment, services based on Native Hawaiian treatments for Native Hawaiians, and soooooo much more). THEY ARE THE BEST. Before I had insurance I used their reasonable sliding scale to pay (for appointments, lab work, AND meds at the pharmacy). When I got insurance I stuck with them because I dont want to go anywhere else. They have locations other than the Ohua clinic but I chose to drive from Wahiawa to Waikiki because its the most comprehensive location, and its worth it. Appointments are best but they do take walk-ins if there are openings. They have their own parking, just get a pass at the front desk (it wasnt always this way. It used to be difficult to get parking. Now there is ALWAYS an open spot). Ill stop here but I could go on and on. I have nothing but good things to say about the clinic and the staff and I would rate them higher if I could.

I was blessed to have a awesome PCP--ISABEL HUNG ! I STAYED A patient since my very first visit with this great Practitioner-:)She recently informed me she was branching out to do specialty work. As I am pleased that she is blessing her patients in the roads she travels. whomever gets to be blessed by Isabel. She will always have a place for the many years she took FANTASTIC care of me. The attitude is okay, it is too expensive, there is no US medical insurance, it costs 100 to 300 knives for self-funded medical treatment, not counting the cost of prescribing. Everyone should love your body.
