Interested trans patients may like to know that they are very helpful with HRT (teach you how to do self-injections in the office, order labs, and are informed consent). The nursing staff is all very friendly and respectful and help to get you organized for surgeries. Dr. Hawk is fantastic as well, both with LGBT+ things as well as as a regular PCP. Great bedside manner. Genuinely nice person.If I could rate the secretarial staff separately, Id definitely retract a couple of stars. I dont know if theyre just overworked or what but theyre really not on top of things. For example, Ive had them turn me away for paperwork without reading/understanding what the form was, only for someone else to take care of it when I asked again (I dont know names, but theres one woman there whos good). Still perfectly nice people, but normally I wouldnt even comment on this and its so bad I feel like I have to warn new clients not to judge the clinic based on this alone.

I found Dr. Hawk in 2012 and I couldnt be happier! Most doctors make you wait even when you take the first appointment but this has never happened with Dr. Hawk. He is always on time, personable, knowledgeable, reachable and professional. He is very down to earth and you can even book your appointment online! Super convenient. Not only that be he is caring as well. I first went to him when I injured my neck which he worked on and I recovered well. When I found out that he was also a primary care doctor my husband and I switched our care to his practice. I cant say enough good things about him!

Please save your time and whatever you do DO NOT go to this practice. First of all the secretaries have no clue what is going on and can barely make an appointment for you, let alone refill a prescription. Then the office is a run down dirty make shift shack that can barely be called a Dr.s office. Every time I come in to see a provider it is a new Nurse Practitioner, I have not seen the same provider twice and they often times have to look up on google what the diagnosis is. This place is dirty, incompetent, and should not be providing care

Tried to make an appointment called 3 time. No call back... no email... nothing...

Great service, open late, friendly service. If you have a job and work all day this place is wonderful, open till 8. Had several health issues all are being handled with care.

Dr. Hawk was a life saver! I was suffering from chronic pain due to a bad accident, and Dr. Hawk used his skills to good effect. He did a great job with trigger point injections and musculo-skeletal work, Im not sure what the technical name of it is called. But I was in so much pain, and now he has helped me not just reduce the pain dramatically, but also make changes in my lifestyle that have continued to improve my health, despite my disability limitations.He is very kind, caring, and knowledgeable, and I like that he is so friendly.

Absolutely saved my life. Experienced a car wreck and he patiently has navigated me through a myriad of modalities to get me beyond suicide and helplessness. By far the best doctor Ive ever had!

Dr. Hawk has gone above and beyond to help the LGBT community on Oahu, this clinic is the one place I feel completely safe in. All the employees are extremely helpful and friendly.

Very disappointing! I was scheduled for an appointment at 10am with the nurse practitioner on Friday 07/28. I arrived 15 mins early so I waited in my vehicle until about 9:50am. I went to the office and they had just unlocked the door. When I entered and signed in, the receptionist confirmed my name and ask if my appointment was with the nurse practitioner Michelle (think thats her name). After saying yes to her question she stated she received a call from her about 5 mins before I got there that she was stuck in traffic in Pearl City and it wasnt moving. Now why would you be stuck in traffic when you should have already been in the office preparing for your appointment. They had no courtesy to inform me by phone about running late, so does this give my a $50 no show credit since this is their no exception rule now? Then the receptionist asked If I would like to wait for the nurse to come in but couldnt give an approximate time. Who has the time to sit and wait around for an appointment?! Then they have no courtesy to call me and apologize for what had happened. I guess if this is normal operations, you wouldnt make any effort to apologize since its normal practice. Very poor service and this comment comes from someone in customer service.
