I tried a few spas in hotels in Waikiki. You will not find more relaxing spa and better service. Its located in the penthouse of the hotel, with amazing ocean view. You can request an ocean view massage room, even tho lets get real, your eyes are closed during a massage. I had couples and single massages here and loved it. I usually have Deep Tissue, and I like how they communicate during the massage, not talking too much but enough to ensure you are happy. And their prices are acceptable considering the market. I recommend staying after massage and relax on the terrace on their swing chairs. They even make great IG photos :)

The facility is beautiful and peaceful. The staff were very nice. We loved the Ooofos shoes and bought some while there.As far as the massage goes, it was a less than average quality. We (my best friend and I got massages together) wanted to love it and we needed the relaxation, but the massage was definitely lacking and was the feedback of both of us. I get a significantly better massage in my tiny little town in rural Indiana.

The only reason this spa received two stars was the facility was very nice and clean. The massage was very lackluster, the therapist missed all of my trouble areas, was communicating poorly, and I left my massage in far more pain than when I came in (primarily from the massage table hurting my shoulders). After the service I informed front desk about my poor experience. She was understanding and listened well. She informed me that she would get in touch with her manager to see what she could do to make up for it. Its been a couple days and I still have heard nothing back. I would expect far better customer service for such a high-end spa. I spent far too much money on such a poor experience.

$200+ for one of the bottom 3 massages I ever received. For real, ignored my designated trouble areas almost entirely will doing what felt like was just rubbing oil on my skin. You can do better on your Hawaii trip.

Although the amenities like the sauna were closed due to covid restrictions my fiance and I had a wonderful experience. Miguel and Lisa were experts and very flexible on what type of massage we wanted. Hot stone highly recommended for part of the massage. Thanks again!

I had a great massage with Janet! She asked me if there were any areas I wanted her to focus on or avoid and asked me a few minutes into my massage if the pressure was ok. I forgot to tell her about my sunburn but she was so careful and made sure I wasn’t in any pain. I left feeling so relaxed. Would definitely request her again!

This place was so relaxing, we took a bunch of photos on their relaxing roof. The massage room was great and spacious for a couples massage and overlooked the ocean.

I’ve suffered with a very tight and tense lower back my whole adult life from heavy lifting at work, and I’ve never had a real massage before but I honestly feel like Telma fixed my back. She asked where my problem area was and how much pressure to apply, some parts were honestly a bit painful but only because they needed serious work. I walked out of there feeling as if I had a whole new lower back. I’m stunned, I’m going to get back massages more often for the rest of my life. I can’t recommend Infinity Fitness and Massage enough!

Absolutely Wonderful Experience! Hubby and I are big fans of massage when we travel! We enjoyed an AWESOME couples massage offered by Infinity Fitness and Massage while visiting Honolulu! The use of elbows to remove the knots in my back and shoulders was incredible! The staff was both professional and attentive. Would definitely recommend! Check it out for yourself!

If you want to waste your money go ahead. Overpriced and not worth it. I guess you’re paying for the view but your eyes are closed soooooo....

One word to describe Infinity, “Amazing!” Went after a long, hard day of work and was treated to an awesome massage. Very peaceful, soothing, relaxing atmosphere. Left feeling totally refreshed. Next time I’ll book a couples massage and bring the wife! I’ve recommended Infinity Fitness and Massage to my family and friends and would recommend it to anyone in search of a great massage.

Got a massage here. Kind of hard to find the top floor but the place is really nice. Telma was my massage therapist and it was one of the best massages I’ve ever gotten and definitely would recommend her to anyone going here.

This place is a must in Honolulu! This place was very clean, with professional therapists, and awesome view to the beach of Waikiki!! It can get busy so be sure to book your appointment with time!!

Supposed to be open 8-10 pm with customer service from 8-8 pm. Went up at 7:15 pm and they doors are locked with lights out.

It was a blissful moment in a superb location overlooking the beautiful Waikiki beach and the city of Waikiki!To get to the spa, you need to rent an elevator card key to Infiniti at the bell desk in the Outrigger Hotel.Take the elevator to the PH (top floor) and youll be impressed by the spectacular views of Waikiki Beach and the city of Waikiki in front of you!I had a staff member named KEN take charge of the conversation, and I had a conversation in poor English and Japanese, but there was no problem with communication. (Ken says that there are also Japanese beauticians)The main massage was perfect for the strength of acupressure, and I had the massage focused on the shoulders and hips, but after the massage, the stiffness was almost refreshing! After that, I took a shower and enjoyed the finest scenery on the roof terrace.Next, we will consider the timing of the sunset!
