Liz is an angel. That’s it, that’s the post. This woman is truly a master of zen communication. Peaceful, loving, kind, patient! Liz has created a space in Serendipity Yoga of calm on so many levels! She is not a pretentious “yogi”, yet her she has a familiarity in her personality that humanizes the total trust process of allowing you body, and mind to relax. Liz has given my daughter and I a chance each week to tap into ourselves and re-align, and flow.5 stars on Google in my opinion is not enough.
