I love this studio and I hope that they are around for a long time to come! I tried yoga before and I did not have a great experience. I came here with my daughter after securing a groupon and we both fell in love with the place. The Candlelight class is amazing! I will become a regular.

The 200hr teacher training at Reflections Yoga Center encompasses all of the aspects of yoga and the teachers make sure that the material is being understood by all of the students. I would recommend this program to anyone who wants to become a yoga instructor. The variety of classes at Reflections is also great and the all of the teachers are friendly and professional, leading transforming classes. Come check them out!

Great studio and vibe. There are 3 rooms for simultaneous classes, mats are complimentary, and the teachers and staff are friendly and knowledgeable.

The Svaroopa style of yoga, as taught by instructor Andrea Lites Perry, is very good for a person like myself who is not too flexible and has existing back problems. Perry is a very competent and dedicated teacher. -- S STRONG

Reflections Yoga Center is a gem. I have unknowingly driven past the center for years. I was drawn to it through a promotion advertising beginner yoga classes. That evening, I approached Cipriano and Klaudia to ask about how to deepen my practice, as I felt but could not clearly articulate my desire to cultivate mindfulness. Because they are such compassionate and intuitive people, they were able to guide me towards the teacher training program. This decision has changed my life. Having just begun a difficult career transition, Cipriano and Klaudia were and continue to be supportive and kind. I love RYC and I have discovered thanks to Klaudia and Cipriano that I love yoga and it will always be a part of my life. I continue to grow stronger in my mind, body, and spirit everyday and I am more flexible in my body and mind than ever!
