Horrible attitudes. Was next in line, they ask me to move down to place where no one was helping because my Gold Star needed extra work. . They then continued to take people that were behind me in line. After 5 mins I complained, I was ignored. I went I back to my ‘place’ that I was ‘assigned’ to. After 3 mins a woman came finished my transaction.

I hope to never need to stop here again. After leaving the ER, I hobbled to the pharmacy and met Cassie who has the worst attitude ever! She informed me they closed at 8 which was 17 minutes away and that she would not fill all my prescriptions. She made me pick the one I needed for the night. Then told me dont stray far, because they close at 8. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

Terrible attitude and customer service by pharmacist. When the pharmacist tells you let me just tell you... things are not as they should be.

The store is not here

The ONLY CVS I have EVER been to that would not honor CVS bucks within the week of expiration! I guess being a valued customer for 30 years is only honored at decent CVS branches, which would be every CVS in the nation except for this one. Will not be back!

I bought a $2 bottle of water there yesterday and was only given correct change for a $5 when I paid with a $20. I had my mind on other things so wasnt fully paying attention but I did say, Im sorry I dont have anything smaller. I would not have said that when paying with a $5 bill. The cashier who I later found out is a shift manager asserted that I had paid with a $5. I even left the store and went back in to ask her again recalling my comment about the size of the bill I was giving her. Expensive lesson to watch the cash you give.

Great pharmacy staff. Have also purchased passport photos here. Very convenient location right off Hwy 31.

Hello I want to make my comment against the pharmacy Cvs I went to make my purchase and they tended me very bad they are very racist and they tend very bad the gentleman the manager and the cashier lady are very bad to attend they do not help they are racist Mr. Steven If they are there, it is because they will help and take care of them. If they do not like what they do there, I will not go back to that pharmacy

They don’t take our top of the line Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance that we pay 18k per year for...they won’t tell you that until you go to pick up the prescription though.On top of that, there is always a huge line inside at the regular check out counter.It’s a shame there isn’t another pharmacy near downtown Homewood on Highway 31.
