Little small, great equipment but way too over priced I’m guessing it’s because it’s so close to the Military installation. Front desk guy was pretty cool we bought a t shirt.

I had never been to a gym before, and from the get-go the front desk gave me a tour and all the information I needed. They set me up with a personal trainer (her name is Annia, she’s also the fitness manager at the gym) at my request. She gave me a beginning assessment and really listened to my fitness goals. She is very knowledgeable at what she does and she has made the experience worth my money!!! Highly recommend this gym to anyone.

I Signed up I believe March or April. Then my husband got orders to move to Tennessee so we left. I keep getting charged I called I sent so many emails. No one helps me . I won’t be in homestead until thanksgiving am I going to keep getting charged idk since it seems no one works there. Unbelievable

Just did my first visit. Ryan nice and well equipped. It was very clean with lots of cleaner bottles and wipes. Patrons were ALL wearing masks. Everyone was cooperative and considerate of each of us. Had a great return to the gym after a long hiatus due to my normal gym conversion to a COVID-19 test facility.

We moved here from 25Hour Fitness in Homestead, a state of the art gym but that also gets crowded and has a a lot of posseurs. We did not look back. This gum is well equipped, beautiful color coordination, and noceolite mature people. We love it there!

All good in the gym the bad is the pure black zone and lack of respect they insult you if they see you in a machine that they want to be horrible

If i have to give a zero star i will, but i have to give a one star to be able to write my experience with this gym. 2 weeks ago i sign up with no contract and paid 52 dollars, so monthly would be 20 dollars, i did not went once to the gym because i have to move out of state i called to cancel my membership and they told me they have to charge 66 dollars for cancellation! I was not aware of that because when i signed up and they explain everything i asked the lady at the front if i cancel the membership do i have to pay something? And she told me no, and when i spoke with the manager about this the only thing he told me was i am sorry about it, and they apologize about the inconvenience but they have to charge me that money, is very ridiculous because i didnt have not even a contract and i did not went once to the gym, DONT GO TO THIS GYM! THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY, very bad customer service! With no understanding. What a bad experience.

I love this gym! Ive been reading some of the misleading posts and I have to say based on personal experience, that they are not true atAll.. when I went for information Kimberly gave me all my options and explained what was the price for which and contractual agreements.. I decided for the non contractual obligation but I am strongly considering staying there. Very nice people, the place is spotless, The equipment is awesome. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great place to workout.

I have been going to this gym for more than a year and just have to say that it is a great small gym. The staff are professional and the gym is cleaned regularly.

Good place to workout only thing is for the equipment they have only 1 of each thing except for Treadmills and ellipticals

Seem to be desperate for membership, I tried several times to cancel, even with a doctors note, and they continued charging me!! Then had the nerves to send the fraud charges to collections!! Never had a contract!! Please do not allow these people in your bank account!!

I’ve been going to workout anytime gym in homestead for almost 2 years and it is a great gym to go to. the trainers are knowledgeable and are willing to help anyone. their HIIT training classes are awesome. overall i continue to have a great workout and experience at workout anytime in homestead!

As a silver sneaker member that has the luxury to go to multiple gyms, I find myself returning to this gym weekly. The gym is well kept, the staff are amazing, body scan to read your fat percentage they have monthly challenges to win movie tickets, fitness accessories, etc. I love how they offer the weekday MX4 groups classes and the Saturday boot camp that leaves me trenched in sweat! Oh yeah, I almost left out the most important part, I can finally see my abs babbyyyyy!

I’ve never set foot in this gym once in my life but from reading the comments i don’t think it’s a place I’d like to try. The responses from whomever handles social media are very controversial and trying to prove their side. I don’t think they understand that true or not, that’s not the way you handle customer responses by arguing and debating what’s real and what’s not. Furthermore, 1 complaints fine 2. Sure. There are numerous reviews regarding the same thing and i don’t believe everyone is lying. Every gym and place of business has their faults (except chick fil a) but lackluster customer service is one i won’t deal with. I’d rather pay the 40 for 24 hour fitness

I moved to another city, called them to close the account and they refused. Said I had to come in person which I could not. I e-mailed the manager and even called the parent company that handles the payments. No help. Now I have an account in collections over this. DO NOT TRUST THEM

I would like to to sign up for the $10 membership, but I refuse to because the hours giving are not good enough. Other gym offer the same deal with 24/7.. I like to workout early in the morning and go about my day. Please fix it.

Finally open, I didnt receive any emails about delayed opening like the staff said but whatever. The facility itself is clean with a respectable amount of free weights and cardio equipment. Only time will tell how this gym turns out but for now its a 5/5

Told me it would be opening no later than April 15th. Way past that and not a peep or so much as an email. Place still looks empty. Canceling and going to another gym. Hopefully one thats more professional

I must give this gym 5 stars. From the staff to the manager Kimberly I have had the most excellent uplifting and motivated experience. Cleanliness is second to none the communication is awesome any and all question I have are answered even the fellow gym members are polite and are willing to share machines and or weights and uplift one another. If you are looking for this type of environment and or experience than this is the gym for you. I would give it 10 stars if I could ,but Google only allows 5. Great gym decent location amazing staff and gym members and all this stems from great leader ship from the gym manager Kimberly. She sets to tone for the environment always pleasant door is always open she always smiling. She interacts with clients and staff very well and kim actually works out as well and leads a class for those whom want a more vigorous workout. Kim is open to any questions I may have regarding payment current or late related fees too. Kim is always there to make sure they are answered and if kim isnt available for what ever reason everyone of her staff including the cleaners can and will assist me. The only thing better than this is if it where free! Well worth the price. I hope anyone taking time out to read this will join the W.O.A team and enjoy the experience,the camaraderie, and all the extra experiences the gym offers. ( tanning booth,personalized weight and fat measurements, personal trainers and my favorite the water jets message bed.)

Signed up and never when because every time it was extremely pack. tried to cancelled and they gave me the run around. Never even workout at all. now they sent me to collection for basically nothing.

Friendly environment, friendly and helpful staff. Every day more people are becoming members and I am very happy to go there whenever I could to try to stay in shape.

They constantly push the no contract when signing up. Then when you call in to cancel or pause the membership they forget to put the account on hold then when I want to cancel they said I couldnt that I am on contract. Now my account is in collections for something that could have be resolved so easily. HORRIBLE SERVICE. NO ONE EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE YOURE LUCKY IF THEY DO AND THEY ARE EXTREMELY UNHELPFUL POINT BLANK.

Maybe this will help.***———————————————————————-To Whom It May Concern,• First and foremost Threatening voicemails from your “management”...is NOT appreciated.•Spoke to her (Kimberly, Homestead location) over the phone and she was very confrontational and dismissive (attempting to tell me that I was essentially inconveniencing her because she has a member in front of her and that I should call back at different time). Is this the way we are going to do business together?•Especially, When I am stopping my day to act in accordance with her threatening request to call her back within 24 hours or have my membership cancelled!? I have been a member less than a week!•I train anywhere from 2-4 Hours a day,From 12am-5am because its the only time available for me to go to gym to weight train and complete my cardio. I have guest privileges to train with my family and friends but can’t use them unless there is an employee in the club (8am-5pm).Are we aware that those are prime business hours and the average business owner such as myself are usually working during the hours you are “staffed”. I highly suggest that we come together to make an exception in this case.•Again, I have been a member of your establishment for less than a week this display of “customer service” is highly UNPROFESSIONAL and unbecoming of any business that plans on maintaining success and longevity.I am extremely underwhelmed with this entire experience.• The only reason I signed up for this gym is because of how EMPTY it is, now that there are 2 other health clubs located in this city and BOTH are open 24 hours.•However, As unfortunate as it is I am now aware that Workout anytime does NOT VALUE my personal business nor the 5-10 referrals I was willing to bring.• Furthermore, I check all my financial accounts on Friday but received 3 alerts from my financial institution notifying me that your business charged my account $29.00 3 times this morning (April 11th, 2019). Let me start by saying what a waste of money. I paid 3 months of personal trainer, even though I saw her just twice I still got charged for the whole 3 months once a week training that was around 14 sessions $39 each. She never weight me or measured me to see improvements, both times I saw her we did not warm up neither she taught me how to do it. My schedule was a mess she said she could send me the workout by email. I had to be reminding her to semd me the workouts which sucked by the way, only sent me like 3. I paid another trainer from somewhere else and it was an awsome experience. They only care for the money. The gym is veryy small people were on top of each other. Tha k God they just opened a huge LA near my house, definetly worth the money. When I went to cancel with Workout 24/7 they told me I still need to pay a month because of a 30 day notice. Very dissapointed at this gym, also those who work there very rude they are always in their office talking to each other and thats about it. Dont recoment this at all if you can pay a little more do so. If not get somehing like Planet Fitness, cheaper, larger and over all better than this cheap fitness center.

Gym is nice .Workers are professional..but premium guest membership is a joke..after finding out that your guest is not allowed when team workers arent present ..Ill be canceling membership and looking for new gym

This place they put people to deceive you with those packages a girl sold me a package of a20 she told me that with that she had access to relaxation machines they were lies when I claimed she told me that with her code it was not to tell anyone cm they believe when Im going to cancel they tell me not to grab the 10 dollars a month aja and that I had to pay the annual again I told them not to cancel it that I wont pay more they told me that they were going to call the manager they called and they said no maam you are not going to pay the annul only 10 dollars a month and it turns out that they already charge me 10 months later the annual and cm if that were not enough just because the pay day I had no fund the next day I put my phone call to be charged and they said no maam, your payment is fine, and they charge me more than 30 dollars, do you think that someone will give you the money? they should take note and be more aware
