Great place to workout and friendly staff members.

Very excited to see these guys coming down south! I met the owner at his Kendall gym over a year ago and was really impressed. This place has really got it all figured out! Even though I live in the Keys, I will probably make the trip.... there is just nothing like this anywhere.

Excellent, brand new fully equipped training gym. Im a powerlifter and found everything I needed to get work done while visiting the area. Folks working there were helpful, nice and happy to have visitors!

Very different! In a good way. No more going to the gym and guessing what Im working out today, or doing mindless cardio, you go here with a purpose and you leave satisfied. The coaches know exactly what they are talking about!

Ive hesrd good things about it and will be staying in florida city for a few days and was wondering if u offer guest pass so i can still get my workout in while im down there?
