Amazing School for all ages. My son is taking classes and I started with him as well to keep him inspired. I am competing at 44 years old. I cannot believe it. Excellent class routine where you will learn a new grappling technique every day, roll, stretch, do a specific exercise and gain much more than you expected.

I started this gym at the top of 2021 as a new years resolution. I really enjoyed MMA and wanted to experience it. From the beginning professor Daniel and everyone in the gym was EXTREMELY welcoming and very eager to assist and teach.Not only do I feel like this gym assisted me in improving my health but also my confidence and has helped to build a community here in Homestead as I am new to the area.If you are looking for something that will improve your overall life, this is the gym to go to!

This place is the ideal jiujitsu gym . The people are welcoming and hard working ! Profesor Daniel is an Encyclopedia of techniques and submissions , aside from that he is a great person with a good heart that is always there for you on or off the mat .
