I won’t recommend this place to anyone. Stay away. Dr. Wei she was all about the Money. We don’t have dental insurance. We got a price which was fine. She kept telling my husband “I no refund money “ She repeated this through the hole time we were there. All he wanted was the tooth pulled. She gave him such a horrible time. She makes you pay up front then is nasty and robot like. I have never seen anything like this in my life. They need to ditch her. Awful Awful.

My 2nd time here and it’s simply amazing got to see my 3D scan done on my tooth getting a crown saving me 2 weeks I love the doctors and assistance always making sure I was ok I highly highly recommend this place 10/10

New office is awesome and outside of the mall! Dr Chen and Allyanna are a dream team in there. Had a root canal done and not only was it painless but I didnt feel awkward, judged by my teeth, or anxious at all. Great banter, smooth service, and very quick yet thorough work. Already have my next appt booked.

Best dentist office in western mass ... very kind gentle and explains AMD shows you in detail everything needed to be done AMD fixed ..... might I add PAIN FREE while staff is exceptional!!!!!!!

Hell no he took so many teeth out my mouth over the years, I only know that because I received a second opinion. I suggested to my female friend to go check them out for her gums being swollen, they said they have to take the tooth out. She went to another dentist who told her to stop eating crackers until it went down. Guess what 3 years latter she still had that tooth and it’s healthy.

Will not recommend to anybody. When I did a cleaning they took only five minutes. I know what a cleaning feels like this wasnt a cleaning. My boyfriend had the same bad experience 5 mins just swooshing water in your mouth. Place sucks. These people just replied to stop spreading lies... These are not lies and I never mention the date which was the end of February of this year. No matter the date the experience was awful. Period!

Very professional and services are quick and easy and staff are always pleasant, hospitable and friendly.

Dr chen is wonderful hes done multiple extractions on me and I can honestly say after the procedure Ive never really needed the pain relief pills..

Horrible customer service. I had 8 teeth pulled never stitched me up or anything. Sent me on my way with just ibroprofeun. I go back today cuz Im having bad pain 7 days later which shouldnt be a thing. I go back and Im told I didnt have dry socket while my whole face hurts my ears hurt. I literally had to make an appt with another dental place cuz this was the worse experience I have ever had. Never return your calls or call you back like they say they will... Needless to say they butched my mouth bad to were Im going on 7 days without being able to eat, sleep or even relax due to this pain. I strongly strongly strongly recommend not going to Holyoke Dental at all. Very unprofessional and have no idea what they are doing. BAD SERVICE DONT GO HERE

If you want an actual professional cleaning done for your dental health. DONT go there please! Just less than 10 mins quick non thorough cleaning?!!!! Offcourse no pain coz not thorough lol. Dentist seem like a nice guy, hygienist spoke minimal During X-ray but just giving me instructions like I should already know the steps. I don’t care for customer service as much but at least usually it always takes 30-40 mins of actual cleaning at any professional dental places in all my life.so surprised. General public should know. Water spraying around outside of my mouth and dripping down my neck and back and when asked they just gave me random paper towel ( sanitary?). Took my X-ray using keyboard frequently but didn’t notice sanitized after grabbing around the X-ray machine. Dentist said I don’t need extraction where as others places recommended I take out as my wisdom teeth going sideways & crowding front teeth and as well hurts when food tends to get stuck right there. Plus they didn’t require to sanitize hand at entrance, & I had to ask for eyewear ( non disposable & scratched up resused during covid? not sure if they cleaned it) and neither offered new mask after cleaning during covid 19 crisis, 7 ppl waiting in small waiting room, left outside to wait with phone # , they didn’t call and took me in late even though I came 30 mins earlier. Take care all

Will not recommend to anybody. Horrible service. Went for a cleaning they were done less then 5 mins. Did not feel like a cleaning. Receptionist also rude and argumental. They are unperfectional.

I was told to let him know if i felt pain and when i felt pain i let him know and instead he kicked me out saying there was nothing he can do and that i should have just toughed it out to get the work done. He was unprofessional and rude will recommend people to stay away from this place they do not care about the patients opinion

Dr. Chen did a fabulous job on restructuring the shape of my tooth. Very attention to detail and meticulous. Went above and beyond to make sure I was happy! Highly recommend if you are looking for dental aesthetics!

This place is horrible and a rip off. I came here on tuesday july 21st for a cleaning and xray. They litterally took 15 minutes or less to do both. They didnt use the scraper at all. Last time i come here!

Im not as afraid of the dentist now after my extraction, the dentist was patient and communicative, the assistant was just as good and I personally recommend this place. No problems with the employees theyre all very nice. I walked in with no appointment and got my wisdom teeth pulled and within 2 hours I was already home. Loved it 😄

Wonderful experience. 22 minutes to extract my wisdom tooth and molar, with no pain. I was actually shocked when he said all done. I would recommend this place 100%.

Went here once before it was fast, but its a chop shop and dont care when you say you can still feel pain because itll be over in a secondI went today and the hubby took work off and everything and I made sure to even call ahead and rushed immediately here because I have major tooth pain where my nerves are exposed and I got rejected because the doctor decided to leave 40 minutes early..I asked them why have business hours posted and they responded with Were a private practice we can do what we want So now I have to have one more agonizing night and watch imagine if I come here tomorrow morning and they reject me because of this review. Im in pain and in tears and this is not right.

All of the employees were very helpful. I went in with tooth pain and they took care of the problem within 30 minutes. I highly recommend

I see bad reviews and don’t understand why.. a always go there, my Doctor is Dr Chang, and he is amazing! He always helps me when I have problems with my teeth! He is very good.

Ive had no problems. People are nice. Ive had cleanings and molars pulled.

I’ve never liked going to get my teeth done . I was nervous as it is. The dental assistant I had was very nice . But when it came time to have my work done I almost felt like I was being told the truth I felt like all the dentist wanted to do was pull my tooth out all he said was root canal or take it out that’s it No compassion or anything . I didn’t have the money for a root canal so I had to have the extraction done normally every other dentist I’ve gone to if there is an infection they will put me on antibiotics and then re-schedule me to come back after the infection is gone . But no not here I literally got 16 shots of Novacaine I counted and still felt extreme pain when he started to take the tooth out give me a couple more shots of Novacaine I still felt the pain and then after he broke the tooth started to drill the rest out it hurts so bad I’m surprised I didn’t break the arms of the chair off . Now it comes to suturing I’ve never had this done before but he put a suture through the lower left side of my cheek and all I can say is it still hurts so bad I’ve had teeth taken out before and for a few days it’s sore but never like this . he also told me that the root of my tooth he cannot take out because it is already calcified I’m not seeing the doctor is lying about that but I’ve asked other dentists they’ve said they’ve never seen that and the younger patient only older elderly people . I just wish people would take the time to explain things thoroughly and take care of you as they wanted to be taken care of if that was them in the seat I honestly felt like I was a dollar bill sitting in the chair that’s it I hate to say this because I do not like to give bad reviews but this is the worst experience I have ever had in my entire life .

Very bad experience dentist could not locate where pain coming from. extracted one wisdom tooth, no antibiotics. after novocain wore off was in extreme pain. 2 days later so much pain was in tears. went to another dentist they did the xrays said I had 3 cracked fillings that the dentist at the mall did not see. they gave me a pain regiment and antibiotics till I can have the root canals. I would NEVER GO TO HOLYOKE MALL DENTIST.....for any work.UPDATE POST...... I went to another dentist who then stated I needed the antibiotics and scheduled root canals and explained more thoroughly what is going on...... The dentist at holyoke mall could not even tell me for sure what the problem was and did process of elimination. The new dentist looked at X Rays told me which teeth are the problem, put me on antibiotics and a pain regiment since I was in tears from the pain

Dr.Shisha is hands down the best dentist there. His work is great and he makes sure you understand whats going on. I had 4 crowns done with him, and they went as smoothly as crowns go. I also had 2 wisdom teeth taken out with him and the recovery was very quick if you follow his instructionsI deducted 1 star because I had an AWFUL HORRENDOUS experience filling a cavity with one of the Asian dentists there. I was hyperventilating and bawling my eyes out, and he was so unsympathetic. He kept trying to convince me that I was only feeling pressure and not pain, but I was certainly feeling pain. It was the most horrific experience.

Horrible, horrible people! Extremely bad customer relations skills. I felt completely uncomfortable talking to the supervisor Maria, she just kept talking over me not listening to a thing I was saying. 3 times my daughter went there and 3 times was sent away and did not take my daughter for dental services even though she had a confirmation for dental work. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau just because of the way the supervisor talk to me. If I could give them a zero star rating I would.

Water went down my back. They gave me around 20 exrays. The customer service was bad. He put his whole hand in my mouth. So many bad things.

The dentist is nice but a liar they think that having a tooth pulled is not major enough to give you medication. I suggest not to go here.

Got 4 teeth pulled & got stitches all I got was mortin went back because my mouth was still killing me & swollen & all they gave me was mortin again! I do not recommen this dentist

We had a horrible experience with Kool smiles and small smile. I had to drag my 5yr old out of one of those offices after a procedure she had gotten (mind u, she still has her baby teeth) nd they treated her like if she had her adult teeth. I didnt like the way they spoke to her in either places nd they were not that much kid friendly, at least not the way I thought they would. I was stressed because I didnt know where else could I take her. I read bad reviews of this dental office in the mall but I seen the dates, nd since they were old I gave them I try. The dentist and their helpers were way better. We felt welcomed and Dr.Chang was amazing, still is. And my daughter is no longer traumatized. Definitely recommend!

Unprofessional to the max refused to do their job.

First filling was painful and fell out in days. The second attempt was also painful and fell out in days. I cant go back there, and now its weeks and my tooth needs to be repaired.

I just went there for celince and floride and I left scacking almost geen and in tears please do not send your children there so they dont have to suffer like I did.
