Amazing staff! Very patient and kind. Great service definitely recommend!

It’s been my Honore to work with this company I have learned a lot and the staff are wonderful for each and ever department. I have worked with orth mostly but with the General side they have the best staff and wonderful people that like to work and love their patient.

My girl friend has two front teeth cavities supposedly but she was a patient at another dentist and got examined with no cavity’s long story short she’s willing to do there fillings that are supposedly so urgent upon doctors request and the secretary’s push her appointments back every chance they get then when she shows up a min late passed her late window they cancel her whole appointment on her so I had to go in and set things straight the customer service is terrible and ran by Spanish ladies that don’t know what they are doing let alone good English .not a dentist I’d recommend

I havent even had an appt. yet but just scheduling with C&FD was a breeze and the receptionists are SO nice. My husband said very good things about the office and his appointment when he went. Looking forward to my appt. which is usually not the case with the dentist in general.Amendment: make sure you confirm your appointment time. Mine was abruptly changed a whole 30 minutes later than the agreed upon time, with no notice or acknowledgment.

Professionally caring and attentive! I came in with an emergency and they made me a new patient and treated me as if Ive been a patient there the whole time and made me feel relaxed. The whole staff is very friendly and understanding. But Id like to personally thank Dr. T for his extended patience with the details of my care.. and assistant Skye who compassionately helped me through each step of my process of care and understands even grown-ups can be weary of being at the dentist. Thank you so much Children & Family!

I havent been a patient, but I feel as though I was. I shared every appointment with my husband Jack. Id like to thank every doctor and nurse who treated him with respect and caring. His teeth are beautiful and we both left in tears with happiness. From the office staff, receptionists, to the assistants and dentists. You were all amazing and we love you. Thank you for everything. This place is absolutely amazing! Lorainna is the best she should be getting paid athlete money for the way she works and the way she treats her clients and co workers. Would recommend 10/10 every day! Can’t wait until my next visit it can’t come soon enough 😇 🦷

The staff at Children & Family Dentistry are very efficient and professional. I had not been to that location in over a year, but upon entering the building I was greeted with friendly smiles. The waiting area is very spacious, clean, equipped and accommodating for both children and adults. Dr. Z is exceptional! He is very personable and the love for what he does is evident in his performance. My routine cleaning and other oral care were handled with precision and accuracy. I highly recommend him! My name is Jack. I have had a long journey here. From every nurse to the 2 dentists Ive seen, I had the best. I was nervous and scared and they reassured me the whole way it would be fine. Ive never had good teeth and had to go the denture route. I got my teeth today at at 54!!! Im so happy. They are amazing. I was very emotional and I cried. My dentist was incredible. He thanked me for being so patient and such a good patient. Every nurse came to see me and congratulate me. I would recommend this place to anyone!!! Also, theres always children there and Ive NEVER heard one cry. Everyone comes out smiling 😁 Thanks so much for everything. I truly felt like I made friends and relationships here. Id like to add that although I didnt get everyones names I thank you all. There was no one better than the other. All amazing.

My three year old, who is usually very fearful of the dentist, got some personalized TLC from Dental assistant Emoree and also Skye who I cannot thank enough! They found the most caring and creative ways to engage my daughter in the process of her tooth cleaning and exam, while also giving her useful information about tooth care in a way she could understand. She left asking when we come back!

I just got my braces off TODAY! This office has been amazing in every way. Everyone who has worked on me is super friendly and the doctors did a beautiful job! My teeth look perfect. I looked forward to my next appointment and I will stay for my general dentistry needs as well. I highly recommend bringing your whole family here.

Dr. Nuygen and Melissa were awesome! The entire team there are wonderful. All, are very patient, attentive and efficient. Gabby was great as well. She was able to accommodate getting myself and daughter in together for the same procedure. Always a pleasure.

This place is great! My 4 year old goes here and they have sooo much patience for little ones. They always take the time to explain things to him which makes it less scary for him!!! We just went today and had a wonderful dental assistant named Emonee! She was phenomenal and my son cant wait to go back and see her!

I have been taking all my kids to here and they love it! They are friendly and always willing to make my kids feel comfortable and relaxed when they are here! I never have to wait long. I matter what time of day it is! They are very prompt! They also are on top of things like if u miss an appt! Everyone is always smiling and enjoying what they do its a great atmosphere! I don’t really enjoy going to the dentist but I really loved Noemy for making my experience so much better and amazing. She was fun and easy to talk to and actually made me enjoy my visit there which I’d never thought possible.

The dentist are very caring, the assistants help transition the children from having a fear of the dentist to smiling by the time they leave. Children and Family Dentistry works on making the children feel as if they are a part of the procedures and explain everything to them, so that by the time; it is time to get to work the child or adult knows what to expect. Its all about the communication skills and this company has that skill set down pack! Great work!

Dr Nguyen and Skye are truly a dynamic duo! I didn’t experience any pain or discomfort. I felt welcomed and cared for Dr Nguyen and Skye both have great personalities and make you feel like family.

What a GREAT experience! From the moment I walked in to the time I left! Everyone was kind, courteous and very helpful when it came to explaining things to me in a way I could understand. Im not a fan of going to the dentist, but at my age it was nice to be relaxed at dentist for once.

I really like this dentist! My daughter recently got braces and the staff has been tremendous! We recently went in for a routine cleaning and we mentioned to the dental hygienist that one of her braces wires were bothering her and the hygienist was able to bring in someone from the orthodontic group and they were able to fix her right up. The staff is always friendly and helpful and we have always had a very positive experience.

I cannot begin to say how grateful I am to the staff at Family Dentistry.The moment I came in the door I was greeted by Yami and Jasmine, they made me feel at home. They were professional and kind. Sally, the dental hygienist was gentle and very thorough and managed to put me at ease, which can be difficult due to my anxiety at the Dental office.Dr. Ahmed is without a doubt the most educated and compassionate Dentist I have ever encountered in my 54 years.He takes the time to listen to his clients as well as educate you with regards to the latest procedures.I never once felt like I was being rushed .Amanda is the dental assistant , she and Dr. Ahmed compliment each other nicely. She is a bright young young lady.

I love this office! The staff is very knowledgeable and guides you through want can be an overwhelming experience. Its also super convenient they have specialties IN HOUSE for both braces and oral surgery.

Besides getting your cleanings and regular dental work done, they do Braces and have an Oral Surgeon on staff! You get everything done with the same, great, caring staff. I highly recommend them to anyone. You have dental anxiety? This is the place to be. They also offer different methods of dealing with it.

I barley waited anytime as soon as I got there. I was politely talked to and seen nothing but beautiful smiles from all the employees. Dr. T and his assistants Loranna and Skye did an awesome job making sure I was comfortable while I had my filling done.

The entire staff went above and beyond with all aspects of my appointment today. Myself and my daughter, age 5 were promptly adressed, checked in and seen right on time. There were no delays in being seen or treated. I am thankful for the positive visit.

I love coming here. The staff are so friendly as well as the dentists. Today I saw Dr. Z, he is so funny and easy to get along with. My kids come here as well as it is the only dental/braces facility that accommodates to MassHealth patients. I live in Hampshire county and there really aren’t any places in my area or in Franklin county that take MassHealth. So, although Holyoke is out of my way, I choose to bring my family here because they take our insurance and they have the best staff!!! Shout out to the receptionists!!!! Consider setting up shop up north a little. I know a lot of families would appreciate it.Tina

I just called 4 times they are currently open but when I call it says Im calling outside of business hours.. Its tuesday at 2 pm... they said theyre open monday through friday 8 am to 5 pm

Sandy and Dr Ahmed are the BEST team!! I honestly have a blast when I come in to get my teeth cleaned and worked on. Always on time, professional but extremely personable, and great care. I wouldnt dream of getting my dental care anywhere else!!

Lorainna the Dental Assistant was phenomenal. She explained everything in terms that we could understand and provide examples that my child could relate to. We loved her! The wait was a bit longer than expected, but once she took care of us things were great. She answered all our questions and concerns in a professional manner. Dr. Tsesis was patient and took his time to figure out the root of the problem. We did not feel rushed like other places.

I have been coming to this office for a long time and everyone is always so nice! Cely has been cleaning my teeth and my two boys for awhile, she is always very friendly and does a great job!!

The staff in this office are absolutely amazing, from the front staff to the back staff. They are all very knowledgeable in the dentistry field. When I go in for my cleanings I couldnt be more satisfied with my hygienist. Not only does she clean my teeth very well, she also talks me through what she is doing and which areas I should be paying close attention to. My 4 year old son also had an emergency where he fractured his tooth and he needed 2 teeth removed at that visit. The doctor was amazing and very gentle, my son did not even move an inch! I would definitely recommend this office to everyone; adults and children !

Excellent time with my 3 year old son who just had his first visit here, the staff was awesome and made him feel very comfortable and had him smiling I would recommend this dentist especially for children to anyone I know.

Everyone is so friendly and it is just a overall great atmosphere. The dentists are extremely skilled and willing to help in a way that is comfortable to you. My cousin hadnt been to the dentist in a very long time due to being scared and embarrassed of her teeth.. after alot of convincing she was confident enough to make an appointment. Everyone was so kind and had no problem explaining every single step before it was done. From the x-rays all the way to completing her last cavity she was cared for in a way that made her comfortable and ready to come back next time. By her last appointment she was no longer scared and walked out of there with a smile she hasnt shown in years! Went in extremely nervous for my 6yr olds 1st appt. Shes a handful by herself, I just didnt know what to expect. I also had my 10m old twins with me. So ofcourse I was a mess. We were welcomed with nothing but smiles. They were so comforting I felt like weve been going there for years! They not only took great care of my oldest, they helped me with my babies as well. Left happy, relived, and with no doubt my daughter is in good hands. Thank yall. Ive never had this much fun at a dentist appointment lol

Dr. Tsessis did a superb job replacing a lost crown and completing the work done by the endodontist. He had previously diagnosed a dead tooth under a crown that had been overlooked for 2 years. Millie is a very capable and friendly dental assistant.July, 2019Cely is an excellent dental hygienist. And engaging, too. I look forward to seeing her .And I really, really like how professional and friendly the entire staff is. Jasmine shared today that pretty much everyone has been there for 4 years or longer. The place purrs along.

Dr. Z and Lorainna were so amazing when I had to get my tooth pulled, I was terrified, I didnt feel anything as he pulled my tooth then afterward I usually have a lot of pain but with Dr.Z no pain at all. Lorainna calmed me right down before the procedure. Im not scared to come back and they will be doing any further work for me.
